Hey guys, this can get closed once I get answered, but I need to know right now because I'm at this part:


When are Palkia's stats set? For example, when he first appears, are they set? So I shouldn't save after the Commander Double Battle and Cyrus' Major Battle? Or are they set once I actually click on him to fight him. If that's the case, I'll just save after the battle with Cyrus and chuck the Master Ball at it and reset until I get something good.

I believe they are set when you start fighting it.

I'm sure the IV's would be calculated when you click on him, like every other legend.

After you beat Cyrus, you can save your game. Then start SRing for Palkia
