Sadly you cannot start with a Pokétch, Feather Badge, or a Plain Badge, because they are sadly non-existent in ASB and even then... :(
As for the Yanma, you need to alter the ranks for its stats, mainly Rank 2 Attack and Rank 4 Sp. Attack after adjustments. As much as we could start with all those moves, I am afraid you cannot. You can only start with any move that Yanma learns before it hits level 26 as well as Five Egg Moves and Five Current generation TM's of your choice.
Also its preferable if you use a BW or an XY sprite over Ken Sugimori art but I am not going to bite heads off for that.
Otherwise that is it. Let me or another approver know when you make the changes and I or said approver will look over this again.
