What is the bug?
A Psychic Terrain protected against Stun Spore in a recent battle.
Misty Terrain protects against status conditions, whereas Psychic Terrain protects against priority moves.
I have saved a copy of the battle of you need to see what happened

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

Whimsicott has Prankster, so all its status moves have +1 priority and are blocked by Psychic Terrain. Not a bug.
