Psycho Strike Force - OU Psychic MonoType

This is a team I've been working on, but I'm thinking of replacing metagross for another physical attacker or wall. I might also change Jirachi for Latias. any ideas?

Gallade@Focus Sash
EVs - 252 Atk - 252 Spd - 6 Hp
Nature - Jolly
Ability - Steadfast: Speed raises by one level every time the Pokémon flinches.
Moveset: -
- Sword Dance
- Psycho Cut
- Shadow Sneak
- Close Combat

This pokemon can fight well, I altered the set because of gengar leads, also this set can 0KO
most common leads, however Metagross and Scizor are a problem.
This works well as a lead due to it's high base power, 125, and STAB
Close Combat and Psycho Cut, gives great coverage and attack stregth

This lead also is helped by fake-out leads, such a persian.
With support from those that really on the para-flinch hax - (i.e. Jirachi/togekiss).

Bronzong leads have bean a problem, with hypnosis, so i was thinling of
switching focus sash for lum berry, as most of the time he only gets
dropped by about 70% health.



Also Fighting + Ghost hits every type for neutral or better.

Alakazam@Life Orb
EVs - 252 Sp.Atk - 252 Spd - 6 Sp.Def
Nature - Timid
Ability - Synchronize: When this Pokémon becomes POISON, PARALYZE, or BURN, so does the opponent.
Moveset: -
- Energy Ball
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power - Ice

Alakazam is brilliant, pokemon all round, can hit hard, and
has a reasonable move pool.
I chose energy ball over focus blast for the accuracy,
however i am looking for other options to work with.
With life-orb boost Psychic hits roughly 60% on scizor on the switch-in,
and energy ball hits roughly the same on Ttar.

Hidden Power - Ice gives coverage, and allows to 0KO Dragonite, Salamence and Gliscor.


Often, due to how frail zam is, I can't get a KO. An alternative is needed.

Any Ideas here?.

Metargross@Choice Band
EVs - 100 Hp - 200 Atk - 210 Def
Nature - Calm
Ability - Clear Body: Opponents' moves which lower this Pokémon's ability values have no effect. However this Pokémon may lower its own stats with its own moves.
Moveset: -
- Thunder Punch
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Earthquake

This set is designed to hit hard, then switch if needs be.
It works but might change.

Thunder Punch for gyrados, Meteor Mash for STAB, Zen Headbutt for
secondary STAB, and EQ for type coverage, and Mag Pull Magnezone.
The EVs allow it to survive an EQ from +1 DD gyrados, and +0 Tyranitar.
Also main Scizor counter.

Might change Meteor Mash for Bullet Punch, for priority.

Jirachi@Leftovers
EVs - 110 Spd - 200 Atk - 200 Sp.atk
Nature - Timid
Ability - Serene Grace: The chances of a move having an effect doubles.
Moveset: -
- Ice Punch
- Doom Desire
- Wish
- Protect

This set was designed to counter most grass/dragon/grounds also as doom
desire basicly has no type it works well, this is the mix-sweeper of the team.
Used mostly as a wall breaker, looking for another to switch with.

This can switch in on scozor and cause problems, but it can barely hit,
Doom Desire forces switches on the physical walls, as if the stay-in they take the
special Doom Desire, but iff they switch-in and Sp.Wall it takes an Ice Punch.

Doom Desire hits 99.5% on a max Sp.Def - sassy/gliscor
And Ice Punch hits 179% on a max Def - Impish/Gliscor

Slowbro@Leftovers
EVs - 200 Hp - 252 Def - 58 Sp.Atk
Nature - Bold
Ability - Own Tempo: The Pokémon cannot be Confused while having this ability.
Moveset: -
- Hidden Power - Electric/Flamethrower/Psychic
- Surf
- Calm Mind
- Slack Off

wtf, flamethrower on a water?
this set has the ability to remove most Physical pokemon from the field, plus this
pokemon having calm mind, and slack off, means it can tank fairly well.

Normally uses hidden power electric, for coverage. Surf for STAB.
This is my main Physical Wall, main problem is Scizor.

Celebi@Leftovers
EVs - 200 Hp - 160 Def - 150 Sp.Atk
Nature - Timid
Ability - Natural Cure: The Pokémon's status (BURN, PARALYZE, SLEEP, POISON, FREEZE) is healed when withdrawn from battle.
Moveset: -
- Leech Seed
- Recover
- Calm Mind
- Energy Ball

This set uses leech seed, and leftovers to allow you to set up calm mind, energy ball is
there so you can hit hard with the boost. I am not going to change this, as it is works
and doesn't need replacing.

Energy ball over psychic so theres no immunity. recover for added durability.
The Evs allow for a +1 DD crunch from a Ttar. After 2 CM it can 1/2hit most Ttars.
Has trouble with Scizor


Conclusion: -
- This team works but has some major flaws:
~ Large Scizor Weakness
~ Can not survive with stealth rocks up
~ Once Gallade is down has a Large Gengar weakness

- But it still has some advatages:
~ Lacks a major weakness to Dark, considering the teams typing.
~ Covers many OU threats
~ Flows as a team
