The Team
Altaria, Froslass, Sceptile, Houndoom, Marowak, Manectric

Altaria @ Yache Berry
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 56 Atk / 160 Def / 252 Spd / 40 SpDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SpAtk)
- Heal Bell
- Rest
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw

Ok Altaria as a starter because it quite good defense and spdefense. the EV is like that is for balancing both of the defense so it could take most of the attacks even ice type attack thanks to yache. Heal bell is for healing status problems. Rest is to recover life and heal it's status problem at the same time. Earthquake is for those steel types, rock types, and heatrans that might be a starter. Dragon claw is for those flying and dragon types.

Froslass @ Wise Glasses
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SpAtk
Modest nature (+SpAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Destiny Bond

This is the ussual Froslass set so nothing much to say except it sweeps and when it's in danger and no one could go for a safe switch and counter I'll just use destiny bond

Sceptile @ Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 156 Def / 252 Spd / 100 SpAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- Protect
- Hidden Power Fire

Ok this is what i mean with the stall. First it uses leech seed then use sub and protect until it kills. HP fire is there to help against grass types that couldn't be hit with leech seed. 156 defense EV allows it to survive against super effective physical moves with full health. And 100 spattack EV allows it to hit grass types badly.

Houndoom @ Heat Rock
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 76 Atk / 252 Spd / 180 SpAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Sucker Punch
- Sunny Day
- Solarbeam

This houndoom's main purpose is to use sunny day when the opponent switch pokes then use solarbeam on the water type pokemons that switch in for it. I know that timid for a sucker punching houndoom is stupid but that's the reason I give it 76 attack EV and because I don't want it to faint against an ice punch after SR is being set.

Marowak @ Thick Club
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 100 Def / 156 SpDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SpAtk)
- Earthquake
- Double Edge
- Aerial Ace
- Thunder Punch

Ok this is my physical wall. Earthquake is for STAB and for steel, rock, fire, and electric types. Double Edge is for gliscors. Aerial ace is for fighting, bug, and grass types. Thunder punch is for those setting up water types because they would think that this marowak packs fire punch not thunder punch so I can get a free kill.

Manectric @ Petaya Berry
Ability: Static
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SpAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Grass
- Substitute

This is a normal petaya sub manectric. Timid is for increasing it's speed so it could outspeed most pokemonss in UU. Flamethrower is for grass, steel, and bug pokemons. Thunderbolt is for STAB. And HP grass is for swamperts which I don't see in UU but if I go against it I could kill it easily after a boost from petaya.

Ok this is my team and please tell me what pokemons threaten my team because I can't figure what pokemons give threats to my team. And rate my team.

Sunny day on Houndoom caught my eye. Too random imo. Run a ScarfDoom set. It outspeeds everything, stops Roserade from setting up those Toxic Spikes on you, covers Psychic types with Dark Pulse, and hell, you can keep Sucker Punch if you want. Run Overheat on it also because it's going to be switching constantly.

I use it in OU to great success. Your lead is a little whack, switch Houndoom @ Choice Scarf as your lead, and keep Altaria for mid game to support with Heal Bell. This way you wont be sacrificing when you don't have to. I don't see what Marowak does for you. He's mega slow, and can't take any attacks named water, Ice, or grass for his life, not to mention Ground moves. You also have a triple ground weakness, and Marowak doesn't help there.

I suggest switching Sceptile to something a little better, that offers a bit more type coverage.
Milotic can take ground moves and knock out rock and Ground pokemon fairly easily, not to mention recover off all the damage done to her. She can also support your team with Hypnosis.

EDIT: Why are you playing this team in OU? It has UU problems!

This thread is being locked under rule 3:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
You cannot just tell us which moves hit for super effective damage on what. Most players already know the battle chart pretty well. I suggest you read the "How to RMT" thread which is stickied in this forum.
