I wanted to put together a team chock-full of underestimated threats in the PU tier to showcase my personal favorite flyer, Unfezant (pretty lame, I know). The main strategy with this team is to gain momentum from U-Turning or revenge-killing, and then to set up with either Lairon or Whiscash.

"FlamBOYance"
Unfezant (M) @ Razor Claw
Ability: Super Luck
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Night Slash
- Quick Attack
- U-turn
Unfezant, the star of the team. Unfezant's role is to U-Turn all day, every day. His chance for a critical hit is 50% due to Super Luck and the Razor Claw (if only it could learn Focus Energy). Unfezant doesn't like to stay in for too long, so his first two moveslots are only if you can OHKO or finish it off with a Quick Attack the next turn.

"Steelamander"
Lairon @ Eviolite
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 40 SpD / 216 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Head Smash
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Autotomize
Lairon needs to force a switch so that it can set up that ever-so-needed speed boost. I would recommend to only attempt to set up once everything that resists the STAB Head Smash are taken care of. Iron Head and Earthquake get rid of the 10% chance to miss on an opponent who just needs a love tap to get KO'd.

"Rickety"
Mr. Mime @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Dazzling Gleam
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Healing Wish
My version of the standard ScarfMime, with Hidden Power Ground to hit Fire and Steel types. The Speed EV's make it so that a Timid nature is unnecessary, so Modest boosts the already decent Special Attack. Healing Wish is mostly for Stunfisk, so that the bulk doesn't go to waste.

"Rosé"
Roselia @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Bold Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis
Roselia can survive almost anything this tier can throw at it. The eviolite-Synthesis combo shouldn't be underestimated. Giga Drain for recovery and the Sludge Bomb for everything that resists Grass type moves. Leech Seed is when you predict a switch or your opponent starts to set up. Switch into Roselia when you predict a Grass move on Whiscash.

"Wario"
Whiscash @ Leftovers
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Spark
- Dragon Dance
Whiscash performing a Dragon Dance is a funny image, but with two Dances set up, it turns into quite a threat. Earthquake and Waterfall have STAB and Spark is for Pelipper/Swanna. Be wary of Grass types.

"Wiggle"
Stunfisk @ Assault Vest
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Calm Nature
- Thunderbolt/Discharge
- Earth Power
- Scald
- Sludge Bomb
Jesus Christ. AV Stunfisk. This Poke is either tons of fun or annoying as hell, depending on which side of the field it's on. STAB moves are self-explanatory, and Discharge+Static makes for a haxxy match. Scald gets the occasional burn and hits other Ground types, and Sludge Bomb goes for the Grass types, both these moves need to be predictions, as Stunfisk shouldn't take any super-effective STAB moves.
This Poke walls more than half the tier and not just Special Attackers.
Despite the PU tier being harsh against most of its bulky occupants, this group can shine with the right conditions. Please recommend alternative movesets, as I love slight changes every now and then to my teams. Thank you all! Battle on!
