Other Pu Shuffle team.....help?

So i made this team cause I thought it would be a cool concept with hazard setters and bulky zweilous as the stars. I had a similar team last gen, but this gen it isnt really working for me. i like the concept but I am not too good at making teams myself. Can anyone give me some input on how i can make the team better?

Golem @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Rock Blast

I chose Golem because I wanted an offensive ground type that could absorb volt-switches. His main purpose on this team is to get up rocks and dent an opponents poke before going down. I like rock blast because it can break through subs, and after weakness policy, a plus two eq or sucker punch is pretty good damage.

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell

I have Lickylicky here to absorb most special attacks. The role of this guy is to get status off my other pokes and then pass a huge wish off to anything that needs it. i chose knock off as opposed to body slam because i figured i wouldnt be doing much damage with this thing anyway, and knocking off something's item would be better than a bit more damage.

Avalugg @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 248 Def / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Recover
- Roar
- Avalanche
- Rapid Spin

Avalugg is here because i needed a switch in to marowak. Also, this guys main purpose is to get rid of any hazards on my side of the field. He is a key player too because he is another phazer, and can take physical hits that zweilious can't.

Garbodor @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Gunk Shot
- Haze
- Toxic Spikes

i chose Garb because he gets access to both spikes and t-spikes. also, he is my main fighting resist on the team. his role is to damage anything that could spam a physical fighting move, get up hazards, and keep anything from setting up with haze. I wanted a little bit more speed on it so it could get off hazards before going down, and rocky helmet is nice to get extra damage on fighting types.

Vigoroth @ Eviolite
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 192 SpD / 60 Spe
Careful Nature
- Slack Off
- Taunt
- Return
- Bulk Up

This guy is my favorite set up sweeper. I wanted something that could set up and have some surprise factor, causing my opponents to switch around it. With eviolite, a lot of special defense, bulk up, and only one weakness, i figured this guy would be devastating to unprepared teams, which a lot of them are, seeing as how no one ever uses vigoroth. with taunt and decent speed, you can stop leech seed/toxic/willowisp shenanigans from slower bulky pokes, and beat Calm mind mucharna one on one due to slack off.

Zweilous @ Eviolite
Ability: Hustle
EVs: 236 HP / 180 SpD / 92 Spe
Careful Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Roar

This guy is what the whole team is based around. it can take almost any special hit, and with rest, sleep talk and two phasing moves, it can damage the opponents team greatly when hazards are set up. also, hustle dragon tail is nothing to screw around with, even without any attack investment. this guy is the staple of the team, and stops so many pokes dead in their tracks in the current PU tier. i wanted some speed so that i could outspeed slower pokes and sleep talk a roar or a dragon tail before they can hit me.

I really like the idea behind this team, but i dont know how to make it more solid. any and all help would be much appreciated!

This team puts a lot of pressure on Golem.

I recommend switching to a more support Golem.

Golem @ Normal Gem
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Explosion

Almost guaranteed to get up rocks, Edgequake provides great coverage. Explosion is quite powerful if you can get it off.

First of all, you don't need to put this in NU like littlelucario says. Anyway, as a team concept this is really cool. I like the idea of running bulky phazing Zweilous and bulk up Vigoroth, although since Zweilous won't stay in on fairies anyway, hone claws or toxic might be better than roar, although pp might be a problem. However, the team lacks a good way to prevent spinning or defogging. A ghost type to stop Avalugg is pretty much required on spikestack in PU, and it also helps with fighting types, which really hurt the team. Unfortunately, all members are essential except for Zweilous and vigoroth. I recommend Misdreavus > Vigoroth to help stop spinning and defogging. Since you have a lot of stops to fast, offensive mons, taunt + nasty plot would probably be the best set. I'm on a mobile device now, so I'll update a little later with an importable for the spread.

EDIT:

Misdreavus @ Eviolite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD OR 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4SpD
Modest Nature
- Taunt
- Nasty Plot
- Shadow Ball
- Dazzling Gleam
