The barest baseline of a Pet Mod, where people can sub Fakemon and Pokemon, but if they win after the votes are tallied, Anyone can edit them to their liking in the next slate. Slates are separated by new creations and editing old creations. Doing both wouldn't actually be necessary, and slates will most likely be themed after fun concepts.
Planned to have an ~OU Power Level, but if it ends up straying away, I won't mind much.
How would a Slate work?
Simple: a Prompt is provided, and players make Pokemon (or Fakemon) following said prompt. After the first 4 Slates, every slate after the first 4 will also be eligible for the editing of the winning Pokemon, if they're too powerful, too weak, or any other thing in-between. You can sub up to 3 Pokemon. :D
This mod is planned to have 10 to 15 Submission slates (.. like a couple of the others.)

Name: The Pokémon's name.
Type:
Abilities: Choose up to three abilities to give to the Pokémon.
Stats: HP/ATK/DEF/SPA/SPD/SPE (BST)
Weight: How heavy the Pokémon is in kg. This is necessary for moves such as Heavy Slam and Grass Knot.
Movepool: (Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Take Down, Facade, Substitute, Tera Blast, Protect, Endure, Sleep Talk, Rest)
rest of the moves. If using a regular Pokemon, you're able to put their National Dex movepool, with edits, if applicable.
Custom Elements: 1, for each. For Custom abilities, list them as "Ability Name: The ability's effect". For moves, list them as "Move name: Power/BP, Type, Category, PP, Accuracy, tags (like Contact or Bullet), effect.)
Role: List out your Pokémon's role in this micrometa: Remember to take the previous winners into account. For example, you can assign it as a Setup Sweeper, or a Pivot.
Reasoning: What does this Pokemon do, exactly? list what it could beat and what it's beaten by, or other stuff!

RULES OF FUN:
(you cannot change an eligible Public Domain submission completely from its original purpose. You can change anything else, from its typing to abilities to stats and such, but never its intended role.
For example, if Toxapex were to win a slate, on every slate after the fourth, you would be able to make it a Rock / Flying type with Neuroforce, but if it were to ever stray away from playing similarly to a Toxapex, it will not be allowed.)
(this rule of fun won't apply if a regular Pokemon were to be completely changed in a slate and win via vote, so you infact could make Toxapex a speedy Rock / Flying type mixed attacker with Neuroforce, but if it wins, it cannot change back to something similar to regular Toxapex.)

FLAVOR: Its just pseudo Legend Granbull. Or Gen 9 Granbull considering the vast amount of Pcreep since Gen 2. On paper it seems busted but I doubt it'll be unmanageable in practice.

CHANGELOG: Removed Slack Off for Wish
PBull really wants some form of recovery especially if its main roll is going to be preventing Defog Usage. One Brave Bird from a Defog user will chip PBull. I can understand Slack Off being too much because of how reliable it is. Wish seems like a good fit and a solid option as it also helps bolster Pbull as a cleric and support.

Justification: We already have a pretty high power level established and I'd like to imagine I'm somewhat close to that here? Typing encourages it to run Choice Specs which will make Hydro Pump really hurt, or you can click Shadow Ball for likely more consistent damage. Absolutely slow as buns so you're probably taking some damage before you do anything. Switcheroo and Memento are always fun on Pokemon like this and Nasty Plot sets will be there if for some reason the meta calls for it.

Best ability is Flower Veil, but it can provide the niche of a Snow setter or run odd Harvest shenanigans (which are likely stuck with Leppa Sig Z-Moves as the only good Harvest set) Maybe you can run something with Lumina Crash. This is certainly a mon of all time. Weight is 12/25, which is Christmas day.

So...another mod where anyone can submit anything they want here, eh? This sounds like another Iron Fist situation...except the Diamond Hand are busy dealing with the beasts there. Luckily, recently, a group of public domain characters, each having their own grudges with the Diamond Hand member that matches their type, have banded together to form some sort of rival group...known as the RUBY COPYRIGHT.

Miska Mooska Mash: A 100 BP Physical Grass-type cutting move with 8PP, 90% Accuracy, and 0 Priority. If the target has more health than the user's, this is a critical hit.
Flavor: While it's a no-brainer who Crickey is based off, his origins go far back. He was once a happy go lucky lumberjack who was loved by his community because of his signature chainsaw, the "Steamboat Willie", which could cut down even the tallest of trees, and thanks to his help, Crickey's company had more lumber than any other lumber company! However, things changed, when, one fateful day, long before the beasts of the Iron Fist Arena invaded, Crickey was tasked with cutting down a massive forest to make the wood into a steamboat that would never run of out fuel. Crickey donned his chainsaw and got to work, but then quickly realized that a grass fairy was soon flying before him...it was Nihilink! Crickey was trespassing in her forest, and his boss, who knew of the forest's magical properties, never knew it had a guardian! When Crickey tried to tell her why he had to chop her forest down, Nihilink promptly responded by evicting Crickey out, and when he told his employees, they thought he was crazy, and fired him. Crickey was left to wander down straight streets with strange music playing, until he met the unseen leader of the Ruby Copyright, who, after seeing his chainsaw, quickly invited him to the ranks, where he now serves as it's main destroyer!
Role: A setup sweeper who excels at cutting everything down with his fast speed. He's kind of like a Public Domain version of Anarlvet from Iron Fist, and if his opponents don't find an answer to him fast, they'll be "M.I.C,K.E.Y,M.O.U.R.DEAD!"

Infernal Reel: A Fire-type status move with 16 PP, 100% Accuracy, and 0 Priority. The user sets up an Infernal Reel at the opposing Pokémon's feet. This is an entry hazard that, whenever a grounded Pokémon steps on it, makes them use Psych Up.
Flavor: Based off London After Midnight, Midtrate was believed to be the lost soul of a famous film director who tragically lost his life in a film vault fire. However, he did not know how the fire started or how he even perished...but in this world, there are always wrongdoings. One day, as he drifted across the land, Midtrate caught a glimpse of Mutinuncle being welcomed into the Diamond Hand by Daiyafia/Daiyakuza, and somehow, he recognized the flames as the same ones that burnt down his life...but in reality, it wasn't! But Midtrate believed it, and spent the rest of his days hunting down Mutinuncle to avenge his lost films! When he learnt that Mutinuncle had been resurrected in VGC 20XX as a Fel Ghost, he quickly learnt of the Ruby Copyright's whereabouts and signed up as it's fear factor, eager to settle the score with the enemy he wrongly believes.
Role: A premier entry hazard setter who has a unique hazard of his own, and an ability that makes setting them up a lot easier!

Flavor: Based off Tinin's dog Snowy, Snowergé is the victim of a very tragic backstory indeed...long before Upvybones joined the Diamond Hand, Snowergé was his most talented lapdog, and helped rescue his mates if they went over the brig. But then, on the fateful day where Upvybone's ship was sunk, poor Snowergé was lost at sea, but managed to survive using his special lifebuoy that could float on any surface. Snowergé was a poor lost dog, and searched for Upvybones to no avail...then, one day, he finally managed to reach the Diamond Hand's headquarters...only to find, to his horror, Dr. Liberty creating a new dog for Upvybones, who thought Snowergé was right scuppered. And boy, Snowergé was JEALOUS. Rather than run to Upvybones, Snowergé ran away...right into the Ruby Copyright's leader, who offered him a spot to get revenge on Upvybones. He now serves as it's rescue unit today, still awaiting the day that Upvybones will finally welcome him back with loving arms...
Role: A support pivot with a powerful ability that makes switching out a viable strategy!
