  • Follow all rules listed here.​
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.​
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.​

SV PU: Togkey vs Axrtix Togekiss saw it's zenith in gen5uu but surely can do work here as well
SS PU: OranBerryBlissey10 vs Meri Berry former UUFPL champion Meri Berry is no doubt a favorite when oran berry heals less than 2% of blissey's health

SV PU: Liz Angeles vs Z Strats out of all the people in UU liz is a special person for sure, I have no idea why they're playing this tournament when they moan and bitch about how mons sucks so much but hey, liz is truly amazing and has a very different competitive drive from basically anyone I know. She also went like 5-1 or 6-1 in SSPL.

SV PU: TyCarter vs asa - a tossup really, both r decent at the tier. asa has more experience while tycarter did okay in open
SV PU: Togkey vs Axrtix - better player afaik, and she's usually v motivated
SS PU: OranBerryBlissey10 vs Meri Berry - rate him more highly as a player + he has recent swsh experience between sspl and classic
SM PU: Leru vs Chloe - ummies idk she just knows the metagame + is good and idk how much leru has been keeping up with it, if at all. if this was later in the tour i think i wouldve bolded leru

BW PU: Feaniix vs EviGaro - more proven player in bw, but i think feaniix could take this one. he did well in rupl and knows this meta
DPP PU: HSOWA vs HANTSUKI - i dont think hantsuki knows what a purugly does. hsowa has been playing this tier for a while now and did okay the past 2 pupls
ADV PU: Medeia vs Lunala - kinda similar to leru vs chloe, wouldve bolded lunala if this wasn't week 1 but i think medeia's experience in the tier gives them an edge
Bo3: robjr vs DAHLI - better player, and he has played all of the bo3 gens. afaik dahli isnt as familiar with any of those gens

Bo3: pdt vs yandaud - he'll throw at least twice but he'll still find a way to win so..! just the better player, but yandaud's good too
