Question about Spikes and Stealth Rock

Do they both do damage if the are in affect at the same time? and would it be a good idea if you can to get them in at the same time.

Wow. All 3 spikes would prove mighty powerful.

Moltres (and every other Flyer) is immune to Spikes and Toxic Spikes.
