Welcome, raters, to my first ever RMT! Here we have a balance RU Team built around one of my favorite Pokemon, Sneasel. Without further ado, let's get into it.

Step 1:
215.png

Of course, I started with with the thing that I'm bulding around, Sneasel. Sneasel is very fast and decently powerful, allowing it to be a nice sweeper or revenge killer. It also has an amazing offensive typing in Dark/Ice, giving it extraordinary neutral coverage. All of this on top of Swords Dance and priority and you've got to ask, "What more could you ask for?".

Step 2:
215.png
683.png
379.png

Looking at Sneasel, 3 types of threats came to mind. Fighting-types like Hitmonlee, Sawk, and Hitmonchan all greatly threaten Sneasel with their STAB moves, as literally any Fighting-type move ever OHKOs Sneasel, the latter of which has STAB priority to take out Sneasel before getting hit. Rock-types like Diancie and Rhyperior can take whatever Sneasel throws at them and OHKO back with their STAB moves. Fairy-types like Aromatisse, Diancie (again), and Granbull also all take a hit from Sneasel and OHKO it with STAB moves, the latter of which can Intimidate it and cripple it with Thunder Wave.
The combination of Aromtisse and Registeel deals with all of these problems. Aromatisse can tank Fighting-type moves for Sneasel and deal heavy damage back. It also provides the essential duties of a cleric with Wish passing and Aromatherapy to heal status. Registeel covers Rock and Fairy-types thanks to it's pure Steel-typing and can proceed to put them on a timer with Toxic + Seismic Toss.

Step 3:
215.png
683.png

655.png

Looking at my team, I needed some more power on the special side, allowing me to take on physical walls better. I also really needed an answer to Steel-types, as the team couldn't deal with any Steel-type other than like Klink. And who's going to bring a Klink? So, I went with Delphox. It's fast and powerful, hitting anything without good Special for a huge amount of damage and it's Fire-typing allows it to demolish Steel-types.

Step 4:
215.png
683.png
379.png
655.png
009.png

To put it simply, I NEEDED a spinner and I NEEDED a Water-type. 2 Rock weaknesses with no spinner puts me in BIG trouble. So, I chose Blastoise. Blastoise is bulky, which means that it will probably get off a spin without dying. It also covers some of my team's weaknesses like Rock, Ground, and Fire.

Step 5:
215.png
683.png
379.png
655.png
009.png
640.png

To round out my team, I chose Virizion. I needed a way to beat bulky Water-types and Electric, so Virizion was a perfect choice. It's Grass-typing makes it good for taking Water and Electric moves, and it's natural Special bulk helps it take all of the Ice Beams that Water-types have. From there, it can KO or setup on these Pokemon, which shuts down the problem for the rest of my team for the rest of the game.

The Team:

Slick Jr. (Sneasel) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash
- Knock Off
- Swords Dance

The man of the team, Slick Jr. here is my physical sweeper. It's able to handle top threats like Flygon, Druddigon, and Sigilyph very well thanks to its offensive typing. With its sky high speed, it's able to act as a nice revenge killer, too. It outspeeds most of the metagame, barring things Accelgor, and can heavily damage much of it, too. Ice Shard provides priority, which is always nice, and can take out Scarf Flygon before OHKOing Sneasel. Icicle Crash is my main STAB move, pretty standard. Knock Off provides both utility and power, being able to cripple switch-ins by removing their items. Swords Dance gives me the power to sweep, or at the very least throw at a super powerful Ice Shard. The Life Orb is needed to do a good amount of damage.

Vogue (Aromatisse) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Aroma Veil
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aromatherapy
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect

My Aromatisse, named Vogue, is my special wall and cleric. It's bulk and typing give it the tools to wall powerful threats like Meloetta and Scarf Hitmonlee. It's also my way of dealing with status ailments, using Aromatherapy, which otherwise cripple my teams. Pokemon like Mega Banette and Alomomola thrive off using status conditions to their advantage, so being able to get rid of them is huge. Aromatisse is also able to keep my team healthy by passing fat Wishes to its teammates, which is especially important as this is the only thing on my team with a Recovery move at all (Spoilers: No Synthesis on Virizion). Registeel and Blastoise especially appreciate this, as being slow and bulky means that they have to take hits to functions. Moonblast gives me something to actually hit major threats that just so happen to be weak to Fairy, like Scrafty. Protect guarantees that I get recovery from Wish if I stay in since in order to be a cleric, Aromatisse kinda has to stay alive. Leftovers are there to add to Aromatisse's longevity.

379.gif

I am Regi (Registeel) @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Seismic Toss
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Protect

I AM REGI, to take all the physical hits, because Registeel here is my physical wall. It can wall and cripple any Fairies that want to KO Sneasel or Virizion and maybe even KO them. Pokemon like Granbull would do a number on my team if it wasn't for this guy, thanks to being a Steel-type. It also meshes well with Aromatisse, covering Poison and Steel-types that try to take it down. Seismic Toss weakens anything but Ghosts. This can really speed up the process of taking out a certain threat when combined with Toxic. Toxic will cripple anything that isn't Steel or Poison-type (Seismic Toss deals with those barring Haunter) and weaken it for the rest of the game. Stealth Rock helps weaken threats like Sneasel and Fletchinder so my 3HKOs or 2HKOs turn into 2HKOs or even OHKOs. Protect is there to give me free Leftovers turns and stall with Toxic. To add longevity, I have Leftovers, just like Vogue.

delphox.gif

( っ *~*)っ*:・゚✧ (Delphox) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Flamethrower
- Psyshock
- Grass Knot

My good ol' Delphox functions as a special sweeper. Delphox's typing and power make it a great asset to my team that is can't deal with some Pokemon like Qwilfish or Fighting-types when Aromatisse is weakened. It's offensive typing of Fire/Psychic deals with a wide array of Pokemon from Poison-types to Grass-types to Fighting-types and eliminating them at any given moment, so I don't have to worry about them. Delphox has a very powerful 114 Special Attack stat which makes it able to hit anything without significant Special Defense investment pretty hard. Flamethrower is my main STAB option. I chose it over Fire Blast for its much better accuracy, which allows me to pick up KOs when I need to pick up KOs, instead of risking missing. Psyshock can break down more Specially Defensive mons, specifically Virizion before it can set up and sweep me. and is otherwise my Psychic STAB option. Calm Mind lets Delphox function as a wincon by forcing a switch and setting up. Grass Knot deals with Gastrodon, which would otherwise destroy me if Virizion is down. Life Orb adds extra power while not locking me into a move like Choice Specs or Scarf would.

009.gif

Donatello (Blastoise) (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Torrent
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam
- Aura Sphere / Dark Pulse

Donatello, my Blastoise, serves as my hazard removal and a special tank. Rapid Spin is a huge asset to my team, with 2 rock weaknesses both holding Life Orbs, without Donny here, they would faint VERY fast. Luckily, they don't thanks to reliable hazard removal. This more offensive AV set allows Donny to be more of a special tank that can take hits, dish them back and provide switch opportunities. Using Scald, Donny can land crucial burns as well as take out Rock, Ground, and Fire-types that are giving me trouble. Ice Beam hits Grass-types like Venusaur and Rotom-C for decent damage on a switch. Aura Sphere provides extra Fighting-type coverage, being able to hit certain Pokemon weak to it on the special side, like Magneton. I am considering switching that out for Dark Pulse, however, to hit spinblockers, mainly Cofagrigus. Assault Vest adds a ton of bulk to Donnatello, giving it the bulk to take many hits.

640.gif

Verizon (Virizion) @ Miracle Seed / Anything Else
Ability: Justified
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge

I got Verizon FiOS, and with it I gain a setup sweeper, late game cleaner, and answer to Water-types. Pokemon like Alomomola, Gastrodon, and Blastoise are very hard to deal with, so having Virizion is very imprtant. It's typing allows it to take on Water-types and do heavy damage back with Leaf Blade or force a switch and setup to win. It also as Fighting-type offense to the team, which is a nice bonus. I chose to use Swords Dance Virizion instead of Special as the team needed more physical attackers to be able to take out anything with Calm Mind that decides to set up on Registeel, which is very important so that I don't get swept by things like Calm Aromatisse. Close Combat is Virizion's hardest hitting move and is able to do massive damage to anything that doesn't resist it. Stone Edge hits any Fire or Flying-type switching in for massive damage and OHKOs Fletchinder. Miracle Seed is my current item to power up Leaf Blade and maybe bluff a Choice Band.

Threatlist:
662.png
Fletchinder - Fletchinder can setup Swords Dances on Registeel or Arommatisse and proceed to sweep my team. Toxic stalling it works to an extent, and without the rare Flame Charge, it can't do much to Registeel, but if Registeel is gone and it has a chance to set up, it can be over real quick. I was in fact nearly swept by one once.

and
640.png
may also be threateing, but I haven't run into any problems with either.

Hey there your team is good looking, I've only some minor suggestions about the EVs spread:
683.png
379.png

Aromatisse and Registeel are your defensive backbone and they can check well a good portion of the meta, but I'd make Aromatisse the physical wall and Registeel the special one. Aromatisse has a better typing which allows it to check physical threats such as Medicham, Flygon, Scrafty much better, while Registeel can sponge special attacks better. Also on Registeel i would try Thunderbolt instead of Protect, this will give you a really solid check to SubBU Braviary, which is difficult to manage at the moment.
009.png

Assault Vest Blastoise isn't really viable because Blastoise really needs the passive recovery of Leftovers, while Ice Beam and Aura Sphere/Dark Pulse aren't useful as a possible Toxic / Roar set. Said this I'd go for a more defensive spread of 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD alongside a Bold Nature in order to give Blastoise more bulk as possible to tank hits. Scald / Rapid Spin / Toxic / Roar is the moveset I suggest you, with Toxic to give troubles to spinblockers and Roar acting as an emergency button againist setup sweepers that can abuse of the passivity of Blastoise (i.e. SubCM Meloetta, Shed Skin Scrafty, SD or CM Virizion, SubBU Braviary)
640.png
215.png

Now I see Dugtrio as a real threat to your team. It can trap Registeel, Delphox, Virizion, and Blastoise if weakened enough o_o I suggest you to run Coba Berry on Virizion in order to catch it when it tries to revenge kill you after a kill. I would also give Pursuit Sneasel a try, it will help you more againist Dugtrio and you can trap Psychic-types such as Sigilyph and Meloetta. With Sigilyph out of the game you can go for Zen Headbutt on Virizion, so you can hit Posion-types harder.

That's all I have, I hope my suggestions will help you :3 good luck and stick to ru :)

Thank you for the rate! All of the changes you suggest sound good to me, so 'ill apply them. Small question, but when you said to have Pursuit on Sneasel and Zen Headbutt on Virizion, they replace Swords Dance, right?
Pursuit over Swords Dance
Zen Head over Stone Edge since w/o a boosting item Virizion is super weak. Your team handles stuff that edge hits pretty greatly so You'll want to run more optimal coverage
