What is the bug?
Opp's Smeargle outsped and used Spore before my Zap in the following replay:
Skip to Turn 12.

No berry was consumed, no speed stat was dropped nor raised.
This is Gen 3 OU singles ladder, not hackmons. The Smeargle does not have priority boosting, like Prankster.
Spore is not a priority boosted move either.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
