I'm really sorry guys, but im new to the site and i see people talking about their rankings, and i was wondering how i could get ranked? I hope i'm not infringing some rule, but i probably am. I trolled through the FAQ section and i couldn't find anything. Could someone help me?

On Shoddy, you mean? Just use the "Ask a Simple Question, Get a Simple Answer" thread on the Shoddy section.
To check your rating, sign on to Shoddy, then type /record followed by your name in the chat. For example, if i wanted to check my record, I would type:
/record Malkyrian
and a small box will come up containing your rating. Your Conservative Rating Estimate (CRE) is what is used for leaderboard.
