Quiver Dance Sweeper(Volcarona) @ Leftovers / Electric Seed
Ability: Flame Body
Level: 50
Tera Type: Dragon / Grass
EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 Spe (Timid) or
252 HP / 172 Def / 36 SpA / 4 SpD / 44 Spe (Modest)
- Fiery Dance / Flamethrower
- Quiver Dance
- Giga Drain / Struggle Bug
- Protect

Set Details:
========
- Volcarona has always been a formidable setup sweeper since it was introduced, being by far the strongest Bug-type with access to Quiver Dance. Its Fire and Bug typing is great into many Restricted Pokemon including Zamazenta-C, Zacian-C, Calyrex-I, and boosting its special bulk with Quiver Dance allows it to potentially outrun and outtrade Restricteds such as Lunala, Terapagos, Miraidon and Calyrex-S.
- Volcarona can use either the Electric Seed of Leftovers item. Electric Seed allows Volcarona, when paired with Miraidon, to boost its weaker Physical Bulk, while Leftovers can be used to give Volcarona extra overall bulk since it will be alive for many turns
- Volcarona has 2 main sets it can run:

- Leftovers Disruption Volcarona:

This spread typically runs the moves Fiery Dance and Struggle Bug, with the EV spread of 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 Spe with a Timid Nature. Its main goal is to setup once with Quiver Dance, after which it will outspeed maximum speed Calyrex-S. Afterwards, it will be able to lower the attacking power of any opposing special attackers with the move Struggle Bug. Can be either Tera Dragon or Grass, though Dragon is more common to resist both STABs of Ogerpon-H. Its EVs allow it to outspeed Adamant Urshifu and Calyrex-S after a Quiver Dance boost, while also making sure Urshifu-R requires all 3 hits from Surging Strikes to KO Volcarona, maximizing the chance of a Flame Body burn onto Urshifu. Leftovers is the item of choice for Volcarona to stay on the field for as long as possible.

- Electric Seed Sweeper Volcarona:

This spread runs the moves Fiery Dance/Flamethrower and Giga Drain, with the EV spread of 252 HP / 172 Def / 36 SpA / 4 SpD / 44 Spe with a Modest Nature. Its main goal is to find the opportunity to turn itself into a win condition by setting up once or twice, when afterwards it becomes nearly impossible to remove off the field. Flamethrower can be used over Fiery Dance to have better odds of getting an OHKO onto Zamazenta-C after one Quiver Dance boost. Tera Grass is used to boost damage of Giga Drain as well as resisting attacks from Urshifu-R and Miraidon.
Electric Seed is the item of choice because Volcarona already has a natural way of recovery in the form of Giga Drain, so being able to immensely improve its Physical bulk is preferred over Leftovers.

Teambuilding
=========
-
Quiver Dance Volcarona is nearly exclusively found on Miraidon teams. This is because Volcarona is good into nearly all the Pokemon/combinations of Pokemon which Miraidon finds troublesome, including Zamazenta-C, Zacian-C, Chien-pao and most importantly Rillaboom. As a setup Pokemon, Volcarona ideally finds itself positioned in front of Pokemon that it resists, such as Rillaboom and Calyrex-I, or slower setup Pokemon, such as Terapagos.
- When positioned properly, Volcarona can easily win games on its own after 1 or 2 Quiver Dance boosts, and therefore can be used as a terrifying win condition
- One of the strongest counters to Volcarona is Ogerpon-C. Having the Sturdy ability, it can always take a hit from Volcarona no matter how much Volcarona has set up, and can attack in return with a 4x effective Ivy Cudgel.
- Other weaknesses of Volcarona include strong Physical attackers which it doesn't resist (Urshifu-R, Urshifu-S, Iron Hands, Ogerpon-H, Groudon, Koraidon), and strong Special attacks that either outspeed it and threaten a OHKO (Miraidon, Chi-yu), or bulky special attackers that still do big damage to it even after it sets up (Raging Bolt, Landorus-I)
- Volcarona is commonly paired with Grimmsnarl, who can set up Reflect for Volcarona to take more Physical hits. This is especially beneficial for Volcarona's lack of physical bulk and very little methods of boosting it. Despite overlapping in typing, Volcarona is also commonly paired with Incineroar, since Incineroar's Intimidate ability weakens the opponent's Physical attack, similar to Grimmsnarl's Reflect.
- Even though not mentioned above, Volcarona's natural typing is great into Calyrex-I, however its matchup into it varies. This is because Volcarona is vulnerable to Leech Seed, an incredibly effective way of breaking down opposing setup Pokemon/Zamazenta-C commonly seen on Calyrex-I. However, if Calyrex-I doesn't have Leech Seed, Volcarona generally matches up well into it.

Quiver Dance Sweeper (Volcarona) @ Leftovers / Electric Seed
Ability: Flame Body
Level: 50
Tera Type: Dragon / Grass
EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 Spe (Timid) (1) or

252 HP / 172 Def / 36 SpA / 4 SpD / 44 Spe (Modest)
(3) Glad to see the enthusiasm but three EV spreads is a lot, keep the Modest set and pick whichever of the two Timid spreads you feel work best. Also remove the parentheses and numbers at the end
- Fiery Dance / Flamethrower
- Quiver Dance
- Giga Drain / Struggle Bug

- Volcarona has always been a formidable setup sweeper since it was introduced, being by far the strongest bug type Bug-type with access to quiver dance, one of, if not the strongest setup move in the game Quiver Dance. Removed fluff Its Fire-Bug and Bug typing is great into many Restricted Pokemon including Zamazenta-C, Zacian-C, Calyrex-I, and its ability to boost boosting its special bulk with Quiver Dance allows it to potentially outrun and outtrade Restricteds such as Lunala, Terapagos, Miraidon and CSR Calyrex-S.
- Talk about the unobvious moves here
- Since it lacks Physical bulk, Volcarona can either use the Electric Seed item to boost its lower Defense stat, or it can rely on a partner Pokemon such as Grimmsnarl to set up Reflect. This should only be about the items themselves, rewrite this to talk about why and when Leftovers and Electric Seed are used

- Volcarona is also an excellent counter to Rillaboom since it quad resists Grass and can burn Rillaboom every time it tries attacking it. It can switch into many physical attacks such as Ice Spinner from Chien-pao, Body Press from Zamazenta-C, Collision Course from Koraidon among many others. Move this bullet point to the teambuilding section
- Volcarona has 3 main spreads/sets it can run:

- (1) Bulky Leftovers Disruption Volcarona: This spread typically runs the moves Fiery Dance and Struggle Bug. Its main goal is to setup once with Quiver Dance, after which it can do significant damage and lower the attacking power of Pokemon such as Calyrex-S, Flutter Mane and Calm Mind Terapagos/Lunala.
- (2) Offensive Electric Seed Sweeper Volcarona: This spread runs the moves Fiery Dance and Giga Drain. Its main goal is to find the opportunity to turn itself into a win condition by setting up while having a way of healing itself. The additional speed it used to speed creep slow Zamazenta-C and max speed Kyogre/Groudon, allowing it to either set up or attack these targets first. Tera Grass is used to boost damage of Giga Drain as well as resisting attacks from Urshifu-R and Miraidon.

- (3) Bulky Leftovers Zamazenta-C counter Volcarona: This spread runs the moves Flamethrower and Giga Drain. Its main goal is to setup a Quiver Dance to outspeed Impish Zamazenta-C and Adamant Chien-pao, allowing it to KO Zamazenta-C with Flamethrower the next turn. Flamethrower is used over Fiery Dance, Volcarona's signature Fire-type move, for the additional power boost for the KO onto Zamazenta-C at +1 SpA. The Def EVs are to survive two Zamazenta-C Body Press's after Leftovers Recovery. Tera Grass is used to boost the power of Giga Drain, a very crucial move for hitting Zamazenta-C's most common Tera type, Water. This is good and accurate work but it all needs to be reformatted in the way the template is laid out

As a setup Pokemon, Volcarona ideals finds itself positioned in front of Pokemon that can't do big damage to it Mention an example, I'm also not a big fan of this wording changing it to "Pokemon that can't threaten it" feels better, allowing it to sweep the game.
- One of the strongest counters to Volcarona is Ogerpon-C. Having the Sturdy ability, it can always take a hit from Volcarona no matter how much it sets up and can return with a 4x effective Ivy Cudgel. None of Volcarona's common teras resist Rock and Ivy Cudgel being a non-contact move does not trigger Flame Body. As a result, Volcarona commonly finds itself on teams with both Miraidon and Zamazenta, the latter being one of the biggest counters to Ogerpon-C. The information in this bullet point is good but it feels fluffed up, you should condense it to just mention Ogerpon-C can't be knocked out in one hit and threatens Volcarona with Ivy Cudgel
- Other weaknesses of Volcarona include Urshifu-R (if tera is burned), Urshifu-S, Incineroar, Iron Hands, Ogerpon-H, Groudon, Koraidon, Miraidon and Raging Bolt. Generally, Dragon types are a big issue for Volcarona, so having something on your team that removes Dragon types (e.g Miraidon) is highly beneficial.
Mention how are these all weaknesses of Volcarona, if these threats are similar for example Koraidon and Miraidon both outspeed Volcarona, threaten to OHKO it and Volcarona can't deal much damage to them, they can be grouped together
- Volcarona is commonly paired with Grimmsnarl, who can set up Reflect for Volcarona to take more Physical hits and potentially burn more foes Not really relevant, this is something the redirection set tries to do more often. This is especially beneficial for Volcarona's lack of physical bulk and very little methods of boosting it. Despite overlapping in typing, Volcarona is also commonly paired with Incineroar for the same reason. You should mention how Incineroar helps, leaving it vague like this implies it does the same thing as Grimmsnarl
Quiver Dance Volcarona is nearly exclusively found on Miraidon teams. This is because Volcarona is good into nearly all the Pokemon/combinations of Pokemon which Miraidon finds troublesome Simplify this to something like "Volcarona has a great matchup against Miraidon's threats like", including Zamazenta-C, Zacian-C, Chien-Pao and most importantly Rillaboom. As a setup Pokemon, Volcarona ideally finds itself positioned in front of Pokemon that it resists, such as Rillaboom and Calyrex-I, or slower setup Pokemon, such as Terapagos I wouldn't use Terapagos as an example here, Calm Mind Terapagos hasn't been as popular as Choice Specs and Power Herb sets recently.
- When positioned properly, Volcarona can easily win games on its own after 1 or 2 Quiver Dance boosts, and therefore can be used as a terrifying win condition
- One of the strongest counters to Volcarona is Ogerpon-C. Having the Sturdy ability, it can always take a hit from Volcarona no matter how much Volcarona has set up, and can attack OHKO Volcarona in return with a 4x effective Ivy Cudgel.
- Other weaknesses of Volcarona include strong Physical attackers which it doesn't resist (Urshifu-R, Urshifu-S, Iron Hands, Ogerpon-H, Groudon, Koraidon) Avoid using parenthesis and just mention these as a regular sentence, you also don't need these many examples so pick whichever three you like or feel are best, and strong Special attacks that either outspeed it and threaten a OHKO (Miraidon, Chi-yu) Same as above, or bulky special attackers that still do big damage to it even after it sets up (Raging Bolt, Landorus-I) Same as above
- Volcarona is commonly paired with Grimmsnarl, who can set up Reflect for Volcarona to take more Physical hits. This is especially beneficial for Volcarona's lack of physical bulk and very little methods of boosting it. Despite overlapping in typing, Volcarona is also commonly paired with Incineroar, since Incineroar's Intimidate ability Probably worth adding Will-O-Wisp here too but of course Assault Vest Incineroar doesn't use it so up to you weakens the opponent's Physical attack, similar to Grimmsnarl's Reflect.
- Even though not mentioned above, Don't really need this opener Volcarona's natural typing is great into Calyrex-I, however its matchup into it varies. This is because Volcarona is vulnerable to Leech Seed, an incredibly effective way of breaking down opposing setup Pokemon/Zamazenta-C You should rewrite this to something like "opposing setup Pokemon such as ... and bulky Pokemon like Zamazenta-C" commonly seen on Calyrex-I Fluff. However, if Calyrex-I doesn't have Leech Seed, Volcarona generally matches up well into it.
