Haban Berry (Raging Bolt) @ Haban Berry
Ability: Protosynthesis
EVs: 176 HP / 44 Def / 152 SpA / 136 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 20 Atk
- Thunderbolt / Thunder
- Draco Meteor
- Thunderclap
- Calm Mind / Charge

[SET COMMENTS]
* Thunderbolt is the main Electric-type STAB move, but Thunder makes Raging Bolt more reliable against Primarina, as Thunder can OHKO it, so you don't have to worry about potential Weakness Policy or Encore after using Calm Mind or Charge. Thunderbolt should be used when it does neutral or super effective damage against frailer foes like Primarina, Corviknight, and Metagross without an Assault Vest. Against foes that can survive Draco Meteor followed by Thunderclap like Hoopa-U and Urshifu-S, it is safer to use Thunderbolt or Thunder into Draco Meteor.
* Draco Meteor hits Electric-resistant foes like Rillaboom and should be used against bulkier foes like Hoopa-U, Skeledirge, and Gouging Fire. It also 2HKOes Unaware Skeledirge.
* Thunderclap is a priority move that helps to KO low HP Pokemon like non-Assault Vest Metagross after one use of Thunderbolt. Draco Meteor into Thunderclap does slightly more damage than Thunderbolt into Thunderclap against neutral targets, but Thunder into Thunderclap does more. Thunderclap also counters Custap Berry users like Primarina and Hoopa-U by attacking on the turn they use their Custap Berry.
* Calm Mind and Charge are both here to boost Raging Bolt's power and special bulk. Both moves especially help against Primarina, though Charge is more reliable against it and Calm Mind is useful in more matchups like against Rillaboom, Iron Hands, and Spectrier.
* Haban Berry allows Raging Bolt to win against Dragon-types such as Regidrago and Gouging Fire, as it can OHKO them after surviving a Dragon-type move. However, if those Dragon-types are holding a Haban Berry, Raging Bolt can't OHKO them and is 2HKOed back.

Make sure to put Thunderbolt in the first slot with Thunder slashed

you car opt for Thunder instead.
can*, make sure to look through and try to make sure things are spelled and formatted correctly

* Haban Berry allow Raging Bolt to win against Dragon-types like non-Haban Berry Gouging Fire and Regidrago, being able to KO them back after surviving a strong Dragon move.
Emphasize more that Haban Raging Bolt really struggles against opposing Haban Dragons

* Draco Meteor is Raging Bolt most powerful STAB move, and should be used against foes like Hoopa-U, Skeledirge, and Gouging Fire.
Describe more why you should use Draco over your other moves. Its stronger than Thunderbolt, and it can hit Dragons hard and hits things that resist electric

* Calm Mind and Charge are both here to boost Raging Bolt’s power and staying ability, Calm Mind boosting both Electric- and Dragon- type moves by 1.5, while Charge boost Electric moves by 2.
Mention that both of these specifically help the Primarina matchup, and that Charge is more reliable, but Calm Mind is useful in more matchups.

* Thunderclap is a priority move that help to KO after Draco Meteor or Thunder was used.
Word this a bit differently, how it can be used to pick off low health targets.

* It is a 50/50 between attacking and setting up against Primarina as it can use Encore or wear an Assault Vest or a Wacan Berry.
Against less specially offensive Primarinas and also Specs, it is safe to use Charge/Calm Mind t1.

* Thunderbolt is the main Electric STAB, but if you need to hit bulkier Primarina
The idea behind Thunder is to OHKO many Prims from full, make sure to make that clear.

* The Defensive EVs allow Raging Bolt to tank a Play Rough from Adamant Azumarill and Hyper Beam fron Choice Scarf Timid Porygon-Z, while the Speed EVs allow it to outspeed Pokemon with a base 60 in this statistic like Primarina. Remaining EVs are placed in SpA.
We need to confirm this but it might be worth running more bulk to make sure you always live a max Spatk Primarina Moonblast.

* Draco Meteor is Raging Bolt most powerful STAB move, and should be used against foes like Hoopa-U
I believe Tbolt into Draco Meteor is optimal against Hoopa.

It should be used when it does neutral or super effective damages against foes like Primarina,Corviknight, and Metagross without an Assault Vest.
Mention that against targets that Draco into either a second Draco or Tclap can't KO, its better to click Tbolt/Thunder into Draco.

* Thunderclap is a priority move that help to KO after Draco Meteor or Thunder was used. It also counter Custap Berry users like Primarina and Skeledirge by attacking in their Custap Berry turn.
Mention into neutral targets, Draco into Thunderclap does slightly more damage than Thunderbolt into Thunderclap, and Thunder into Thunderclap does more damage than both of those.

It also counter Custap Berry users like Primarina and Skeledirge by attacking in their Custap Berry turn.
Dirge is weird to mention here since even Max Spatk Torch Song into Blaze Blast burn only has like a roll or two to KO.

I'd like to see this again before I stamp it. Lmk when its ready for another pass.

EVs: 136 HP / 44 Def / 184 SpA / 8 SpD / 136 Spe
Modest Nature
We decided on this EV spread for this set (tanks Wacan/AV Prim and Azu)
EVs: 176 HP / 44 Def / 152 SpA / 136 Spe Modest Nature

However, Regidrago totallly lose if those Dragon types are wearing a Haban Berry.
Reword this to make it a bit more clear, and change Regidrago to Raging Bolt

* Thunderclap is a priority move that help to KO low health Pokémon, like non-Assault Vest Metagross after a Thunderbolt. Draco Meteor into Thunderclap does also slightly more damages into neutral targets.
Make it clear that specifically Thunder into Tclap does more than Draco into Tclap, which does more than Tbolt into Tclap. Also just say that it can help KO low health mons after an attack instead of just Thunderbolt

but if you need to hit the majority of Primarina's sets, you can opt for Thunder instead
Its more for Prim reliability, since otherwise you risk Encore on CM/Charge or Weakness Policy on a T1 Tbolt

* Draco Meteor is Raging Bolt most powerful STAB move. This move is more powerful than Thunderbolt and can hit Dragon-types harder. It also hit foes resisting to the Electric type like Rillaboom, and should be used against foes like Hoopa-U, Skeledirge, and Gouging Fire.
Make it clear that against neutral targets, Tbolt is better for frailer things while Draco is better for bulkier ones.

Would like to take another look before stamping.

However, if those Dragon types are wearing a Haban Berry, Raging Bolt can't OHKO them.
Just mention that it cannot OHKO them and gets 2HKOed in return.

Tera Type: Electric (tera is banned, remove.)
Draco Meteor followed by Thunderclap (like? mention examples.)
Calm Mind is useful in more matchup. (examples)
* It is usually safe to use Calm Mind or Charge against Primarina, but be careful because some sets can use Encore on the first turn. (you already mention this in the Thunderbolt / Thunder tip, either remove this or remove that from there.)

* Thunderbolt is the main Electric-type STAB move, but if you want Raging Bolt to be reliable against Primarina, you it can opt for Thunder instead, as it Thunder can OHKO them Primarina, (AC) so you don't have to worry about potential Weakness Policy or Encore on after using Calm Mind or Charge. It put either "Thunderbolt" or "Thunder" here as I don't know what "It" is referring to should be used when it does neutral or super effective damages damage against frailier frailer foes like Primarina, Corviknight, and Metagross without an Assault Vest. Against foes that can survive Draco Meteor followed by Thunderclap like Hoopa-U or Urshifu-S if single strike, if its rapid strike put "-R", it is safer to use Thunderbolt or Thunder into Draco Meteor.
* Draco Meteor is Raging Bolt's most powerful STAB move. This move is more powerful than Thunderbolt and can hit Dragon-types harder. dex info It also hits foes resisting to the Electric type resistant to Electric-type moves like Rillaboom, (RC) and should be used against bulkier foes like Hoopa-U, Skeledirge, and Gouging Fire. Draco Meteor also 2HKOes Unaware Skeledirge. see my comments at the bottom
* Thunderclap is a priority move that helps to KO low health Pokémon, low HP Pokemon like non-Assault Vest Metagross, (RC) after a one use of Thunderbolt. Draco Meteor into Thunderclap does also does slightly more damages damage than Thunderbolt into neutral targets, but Thunder does more. It Thunderclap also counters Custap Berry users like Primarina and Hoopa-Unbound by attacking on their the turn they use their Custap Berry turn.
* Calm Mind and Charge are both here to boost Raging Bolt’s Bolt's power and staying ability special bulk., Calm Mind boosting both Electric- and Dragon- type moves by 1.5, while Charge boost Electric-types moves by 2. They Both moves especially help against Primarina, though Charge is more reliable against it, (AC) and Calm Mind is useful in more matchups, (RC) like against Rillaboom, Iron Hands, (AC) or and Spectrier.
* Haban Berry allows Raging Bolt to win against Dragon-types such as Regidrago or and Gouging Fire, as it can OHKO them after surviving a Dragon-type move. However, if those Dragon types Dragon-types are wearing holding a Haban Berry, Raging Bolt can't OHKO them and is 2HKOed back.
* The Defensive defensive EVs allow Raging Bolt to tank a Play Rough from Adamant Azumarill and Moonblast from Assault Vest and Wacan Berry Primarina, while the Speed EVs allow it to outspeed base 60 Speed Pokemon with a base 60 in this statistic like Primarina. Remaining EVs are placed in SpA Special Attack.
* Use Draco Meteor against Skeledirge as it can be Unaware, and otherwise Draco Meteor can 2HKO. its already stated above that you should use Draco Meteor against Skeledirge, if you still want this extra detail, look at my change in the draco meteor sentence

* I edited it so it isn't as relevant, but if you can change into => versus or against, then you should (into in this context is informal)
* for the last sentence in the 1st bullet point, "foes" is plural so the examples should have an and ("or" would work if they said "foe", but the context wants plural anyways)
but awesome work on this check overall! I just cut out some fluff
GP Team done
credit Gambit too!
