Wallbreaker (Raging Bolt) @ Lucarionite / Diancite
Ability: Protosynthesis
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 20 Atk
Modest / Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Thunderbolt / Discharge
- Thunderclap / Substitute
- Volt Switch / Calm Mind

[SET COMMENTS]
Raging Bolt stands out as one of the premier special wallbreakers in the tier, boasting exceptional offensive stats and a formidable STAB combination. Lucarionite further amplifies its breaking power by granting it Adaptability and substantial stat boosts, whereas Diancite can be used to significantly raise its Speed stat, albeit at the cost of some firepower, and thus is only preferred when another better teammate has Lucarionite equipped, like Ceruledge or Kingambit. Timid nature helps Diancite Raging Bolt outspeed Great Tusk, Arceus formes, and Eternatus; a Modest nature allows Lucarionite Raging Bolt to reach feats like OHKOing offensive Arceus-Ground after minimal entry hazard chip damage. Raging Bolt utilizes Draco Meteor for its immense firepower and hit-and-run potential with Volt Switch. Thunderbolt and Discharge provide options for either dealing more damage or fishing for paralysis, respectively. Additionally, Thunderclap allows Raging Bolt to reverse kill Pokemon such as Urshifu-Rand Basculegion formes, and Volt Switch enables it go function as a strong pivot. Raging Bolt may also utilize moves such as Calm Mind and Substitute to serve as a devastating progress maker at the cost of Volt Switch's utility or Thunderclap's priority. It synergizes exceptionally well with pivots like Urshifu-R, Magearna, and Pecharunt to form incredible VoltTurn cores; Urshifu-R and the Latiasite versions of the latter two also deal with Ground-types such as Arceus-Ground and Great Tusk, with the former being able to check Blissey as well. Offensive partners such as Spectrier, Calm Mind Arceus formes, and Zamazenta also aid in dismantling opposing defensive cores and thus synergize well with Raging Bolt. Pairing Raging Bolt with hazard setters such as Hearthflame Mask Great Tusk and Magearna helps it secure KOs more efficiently, especially against foes such as Arceus formes. It faces troubles against Pixilate Extreme Speed users such as Dragonite and Regieleki; thus, it is usually paired with Pokemon such as Pecharunt and Arceus-Ground to deal with them.

Raging Bolt utilises Draco Meteor as its preferred Dragon STAB for immense firepower and hit-and-run potential with Volt Switch, while Dragon Pulse offers a weaker but more consistent alternative. Thunderbolt and Discharge provide options for either dealing more damage or fishing for paralysis, respectively. Additionally, Thunderclap serves as a valuable priority move for revenge killing what does it revenge kill? give some examples, and Volt Switch enables Raging Bolt to function as a strong pivot. Raging Bolt may also utilise moves such as Calm Mind and Substitute to serve as a devastating sweeper at the cost of Volt Switch's utility and/or priority. Raging Bolt synergizes exceptionally well with pivots like Urshifu-Rapid-Strike, Regieleki, Magearna and Pecharunt to form an incredible VoltTurn core, as well as with hazard setters such as Hearthflame Mask Great Tusk and Magearna to secure kills more efficiently. Should probably mention that Ground-types like Tusk and Groundceus can be a problem for bolt, and Pokemon that deal with that, such as Urshifu-RS and Hamurott make good partners

Lucarionite further amplifies its breaking power by granting it Adaptability and substantial stat boosts, whereas Diancite can be used to significantly raise its Speed stat, especially with a Timid nature, (RC) only viable with timid albeit at the cost of some firepower, (RC) and its an addendum so shouldnt be a comma thus only preferred when another better teammate has Lucarionite equipped like Ceruledge or Kingambit. Raging Bolt utilises Draco Meteor as its preferred Dragon STAB for immense firepower and hit-and-run potential with Volt Switch, while Dragon Pulse offers a weaker but more consistent alternative, especially with Calm Mind removed in accordance with dpulse slash, +1 draco is major for removing groundceus with extremely minor chip while dpulse doesnt do close to enough unboosted. I had personally discussed this with Zastra sometimes ago where I wished to omit Dragon Pulse, Discharge and Substitute from the set. Do you thing the latter two can also be removed in the process??

Also afaik, the entire analysis must be within a single paragraph...

I would keep Substitute as it has really good synergy with Diancite when Thunderclap isn't necessary, but you can 100% drop the other two.

And you don't need to have it in one paragraph, in fact it's generally preferred if its two to reduce cluttering.

yo do not drop discharge and substitute (also we are doing a 1 para format)
for clarification 2 para is fine when it gets cluttered but dont go too far into depth (this was my mistake, the analysis terms used are HORRIBLE and need renaming). basically trim the first a little and then mention the bad mus in the second bit - up to you if you want to make this 1 or 2 paras as theyre functionally identical but id try to avoid going over 6 lines for each side / 11-12 total
