Rain Dance Really Dominates? Read Details...

First off, I would like to say hi smogon peeps. I decided to post my team here because I trust the expertise of smogon. I recently put together a rain dance wifi team and need some help with it. I've had decent success with it although I've only finished a few battles due to random disconnects. All advice (including personnel/item changes) will be greatly appreciated and considered.

On to the team...(Changes in red)

Gliscor @ Choice Scarf
IMPISH
Hyper Cutter
252 HP/116 DEF/176 SPEED
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace
-U-Turn
-Stealth Rock/Stone Edge

My lead. Surprises some with an early Earthquake or Aerial Ace for good damage. Should be able to outspeed pokemon such as Roserade, Infernape, and Jolteon for a possible OHKO. I'm only considering replacing Stealth Rock because I can never find an opportunity to use it in battle. U-Turn when out of options.

Swampert @ Damp Rock
RELAXED
Torrent
240 HP/216 DEF/52 SPATK
-Earthquake
-Hydro Pump
-Roar
-Rain Dance

My main rain dancer. Sets up and spits out beefed up Hydro Pumps. Earthquake for STAB. It's supposed to act as a phazer but always runs the risk of eating a grass knot so I may replace it with something else. Stealth rock, maybe? *I did face a battler who had a successful phazer Swampert along with the setup of spikes, toxic spikes, and stealth rock.*

Ludicolo @ Leftovers
CALM
Swift Swim
204 HP/120 SPDEF/80 SPATK/104 SPEED
-Leech Seed
-Substitute
-Ice Beam
-Grass Knot

My special wall. Managed to survive a Draco Meteor and OHKO with Ice Beam. Serves as my Swampert counter counter. Tried out substitute and it's working great.

Kingdra @ Life Orb
RASH
Swift Swim
168 ATK/252 SPATK/88 SPEED
-Rain Dance/Draco Meteor
-Waterfall
-Ice Beam
-HP Electric 68

My rain dance sweeper. Managed to survive an Earthquake from a +1 attack Gyarados and OHKO with HP Electric. Waterfall for STAB and pseudo-boltbeam for coverage. I like Rain Dance but I feel like I need Draco Meteor for a super-powered Big Bang Attack inspired finish.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
BOLD
Serene Grace
252 HP/100 DEF/156 SPDEF
-Thunder
-Water Pulse
-Psychic
-Wish

Serves as my annoyer with the chance of paralysis and confusion. Psychic for the Serene Grace special defense drop. Wish is self-explanatory, I think.

Spiritomb @ Leftovers
BOLD
Pressure
252 HP/252 DEF/4 SPATK
-Dark Pulse
-Calm Mind
-Sleep Talk
-Rest

My status absorber. Surprises most opponents due to its defenses. I noticed a lot of Lucario like to switch in against Spiritomb but aren't always successful at taking it down. Dark Pulse because of STAB and no immunities. Sleep Talk has been sort of a gift and a curse due to it randomly picking the wrong move at times. In one battle, I managed to get 6 Calm Minds off but after I used Sleep Talk again, it randomly chose Calm Mind again :(. Still a favorite, though.

Here's my team. Please give suggestions that could possibly improve my team. Depending on how much time I have, I may work on a threat list.

Thanks for reading.

HP Fighting and Shadow over CM and Dark Pulse because Dark Pulse is set up bait for most (all) fighters, most SR/T-Spikers/Spikers (Tenta to name one) and CurseLax/Pert.

Getting rid of Calm Mind and Dark Pulse for HP Fighting and Shadow Ball would be great because I did notice pkmn try to set up on me when Spiritomb enters. Though, I don't believe the ghost/fighting combination can threaten Tentacruel (I should really take a look at the analysis).
The only problem is that getting a HP Fighting Spiritomb would take so long to breed or require me to give up my first born child to trade for one on smogon. I guess trading for one would be my best chance. I'll take a look around the wifi forums. Thanks for the input, HoundoomDude.

@pokecollector: thanks for the information. Any thoughts, ratings, comments on the team?

I noticed my team is pretty slow and if the rain is down, I may lose. I have big issues with Zapdos. Since I have no rock moves at the moment, Zapdos can come in late and do damage.
I want another rain dancer so Kingdra doesn't have to set itself up. I guess Jirachi is the weakest link at the moment (it usually gets set up on). It just hasn't done enough to make me feel it's contributing enough, I may have to adjust its moveset/EVs some more.

Any thoughts, ratings, or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Good team. Use Rain Dance Jirachi, so you can rain dance, then thunder. Don't want to thunder without 100% accuracy.

Draco Meteor on Kingdra.

I want to put Rain Dance on Jirachi but I don't know what move to replace. I thought about getting rid of Psychic but I would have no shot against Venusaur/Roserade/etc. who often come in to set up Leech Seed.
Getting rid of Water Pulse would let Tyranitar come in and do serious damage (although Water Pulse is not that good at stopping Tyranitar anyway). I'll have to decide soon.
I think Draco Meteor is a done deal as soon as I breed a new Kingdra. My current Kingdra doesn't have enough Speed IVs to truly dominate.

Thanks for the advice MetaNite!
