Rain Dance team. Rate please.

My team theme is Rain Dance, not so common anymore it seems. This team revolves around Stealth Rock. Without it, I cannot sweep well for focus sash is lurking around.
Please give constructive criticism.

Choice Scarf
Modest nature.
252 sp A/252 speed/6 defense
Shadow ball
Focus Blast
Destiny bond?/HP ICE?
Thunderbolt

An amazing lead. Gives no hint of my strategy and kills adamant scarfchomp with Destiny bond. Catches about 2 kos or so a battle. Focus blast for Darks, Shadow ball for STAB, Thunderbolt for DDGyra leads. Most people expect to absorb Hypnosis. In return, I usually open with Focus Blast, and switch after they bring out some counter to me.

Damp Rock
Modest nature.
240 hp/52 sp A/216 defense
Stealth Rock
Rain Dance
Hydro pump
Ice Beam

Sets up rain and SR. I hope I get 3hkoed, as then I could have SR'ed, Raindanced, and then they kill me. I don't run EQ on this set for a reason. First, my other mons cover what EQ would have, and Ice Beam hurts Grachomp switch ins. I like Hydro Pump A LOT more than surf, as the power could net me some KOs that surf wouldn't have. Benefits from Rain, too.

Life Orb
Modest
Swift Swim
252 speed/252 sp A/6 hp
Hydro pump
Draco meteor?/Rain Dance?
Ice Beam
Hidden Power: Electric 70

MY premier sweeper. Finishes off their team when SR is down. Hydro pump and life orb is a needed boost to finish off many variants of Blissey, though not many use bliss anymore. Ice beam OHKOs garchomp, which I like. Hydro pump over Surf because I feel that Hydro Pump will get me a lot more KOs than surf would, Of course. Should I go with Surf over hydro Pump, and should Draco Meteor be replaced with Rain Dance?

Life orb
Mild
252 speed/128 sp Attack/128 attack
Hidden Power: Ice 70
Close Combat
Dark pulse
Extremespeed

Set made by Seanrocks126 aka TacoMan of many forums. It's my sandstorm team counter incase one shows up and just really fills the blank spot of MixeD Sweeper in my team. Of course, Kingdra would be better sweepage, but Luke is my backup powerhouse of the team. HP Ice OHKOs chomp switch ins. Close Combat for Stab and for Snorlax. Dark pulse really helps against Deoxys-e switch ins, as do Creseelias get owned by it. Extremespeed is just to kill off what if faster than I am.

Damp Rock
Bold
176 Speed/252 HP/80 Defense
Wish
Rain Dance
Thunder
Psychic

He's my other rain setup pokemon incase Swampy dies. Gyara counter. Wish because I use LO twice, and I need the HP pretty bad sometimes. Thunder is 100% accurate in rain. Psychic for good STAB. Not much else to say.

floatzel.png

Floatzel
Choice Band
Lonely nature
252 attack/252 speed/6 sp Defense
Waterfall
Aqua Jet
Brick break
Ice Fang
Helps aid Kingdra in rain. Great when it can work. Waterfall and Aqua jet for Stab, and Aqua Jet picks off weak mons. Brick break for Blissey. Ice fang is for Salamence, who will be OHKOed. Really helps in the Physcial department of this team.

Please rate.

You may want to replace Floatzel with Kabutops. The latter has nice coverage coupled with STAB (Aqua Jet, Waterfall, Stone Edge), and it can also make use of Swords Dance, X-Scissor, Night Slash, Brick Break, and Aerial Ace. He can also take advantage of enemy Sandstorms and gain a nice Sp. Def boost. The downside is that he adds another Ground weakness, while still adding to that (even worse) weakness to Grass than its former placeholder.

Though Lucario is quite proficient in killing (especially the Choice Specs variant), you may want to consider giving Dugtrio a try. Arena Trap may help you eliminate some troublesome Pokemon, though Lucario could probably do the same. It's up to you.

I hope my advice was at least somewhat helpful.

What spread should I use for Kabutops?
Nature?
Also Duggy would be hard to fit in, as Duggy cannot be a mixed sweeper well.
Your advice did help me.

My RD Kabutops is...*checks*...Adamant for sure, but my computer isn't cooperating and I can't remember the spread offhand. It had Waterfall/Stone Edge/X-Scissor/Rain Dance @ Life Orb.

If you want something not weak to Ground, you could maybe consider Ludicolo, but idk what it would go over. Sweeping and stalling versions both work nicely, and it can be EV'd to survive a SpecsMence Draco Meteor if you go with the latter.

Also maybe consider Zen Headbutt on Jirachi to abuse ParaFlinch with Serene Grace.

Don't really like the Floatzel in the team. Mainly because you already have a few sweepers in there. So replace the Floatzel with the Rain Support Ludicolo.
