Ok well I've been gone for a while because of school and what not and now that I actually have time back(yes! victory!) I picked my DS up again. Well after looking at what the comments that you guys gave me I remade my rain dance team into something that beastly. It has flaws because I'm still new at this but that's why I'm posting :D
Ok here goes...
Floatzel @ Damp Rock
Adamant Nature
Swift Swim
252 Atk/232 HP/16 Spd
~Waterfall
~Rain Dance
~Taunt
~Ice Punch
My wonderful lead. He is amazing coupled with my Manectric he has some massive speed and can deal some serious damage with powered up and STAB Waterfall and can handle dragons, flyers, and plants pretty well. Taunt is for anyone planning to Trick Room my swift swimmers. I got the EVs and this Floatzel from StarmanXL's advice on my old rain dance team so thanks! :]
Manectric @ Leftovers
Timid Nature
Lightningrod
252 Spd/128 SpAtk/128 SpDef
~Light Screen
~Rain Dance
~Protect
~Thunder
My other lead to help set up with Floatzel. While Floatzel taunts those Trick Roomers Manectric Light Screens to defend against drawn electric attacks on Floatzel or for later on to survive my super powered Surfs. To scout I have Protect to see if there are any choicers or to nullify drawn electric attacks. Thunder for 100% accuracy and it does a good deal of damage with its SpAtk EVs and it's STAB.
Kingdra @ Life Orb
Modest Nature
Swift Swim
252 SpAtk/192 Spd/ 64 HP
~Surf
~Dragon Pulse
~Signal Beam
~Rain Dance
My bulky sweeper. With mad type coverage, especially against plants because that seems to be my weakness, and crazy Life Orb, Rain Dance, EV, and STAB boosted Surf and STAB Dragon Pulse Kingdra really does pack a punch. With all it's bulk it can use Life Orb effectively and still last long. Rain Dance is in because with the many resistances it has it should last long enough outlast a Rain Dance and so if no other dancer is out I can reset the stage.
Latias @ Leftovers
Timid Nature
Levitate
196 SpAtk/132 Spd/60 HP/60 SpDef/60 Def
~Substitute
~Surf
~Psychic
~Thunder
Latias is wonderful. Speed to outrun a great amount of enemies. Bulk to survive a good while and still strong SpAtk to wreak some havoc. Substitute to prevent statuses like poison and buy time to attack with other moves. Thunder for 100% accuracy and spreading paralysis around. Surf for the boost from Rain Dance and to heal all pokemon who can get healed from water, and finally Psychic for STAB and coverage. Thinking about replacing Psychic with Recover, Refresh or Helping Hand still not sure on that...
Toxicroak @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature
Dry Skin
252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
~Fake Out
~Brick Break
~Sucker Punch
~Ice Punch
Toxicroak is my powerhouse physical sweeper. Fake out for the priority and flinching. Brick break for STAB a strong move against steels and normal types. Sucker Punch for its base power and its priority. And Ice Punch for type coverage over dragons, flyers, and plants. Pretty basic.
Lapras @ Leftovers
Modest Nature
Water Absorb
252 HP/104 SpAtk/76 Def/76 SpDef
~Surf
~Ice Beam
~Toxic
~Substitute
Lapras is the one I'm not too sure about. Good wall and has potential for sweeping (especially if I do get Trick Roomed somehow...). Substitute to prevent stats and to hide behind something while Toxic eats away at the other pokemon's health or while I Surf them to death. Ice Beam for coverage and STAB. I think Lapras should be sporting a healing move of some sort but that's just me. Suggestion please!
Thanks for looking leave some comments I could use the help :D
