Rain!

Hi, this is my first post that I didn't mess up on :P I need some mega help with a rain team so I can whip some people in an upcoming competition. Please Help!!!

The obvious start would be Politoed
Politoed@Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Nature: Bold
~ Scald
~ Protect
~ Encore
~ Perish Song/Ice Beam

Politoed is like the obvious lead here cause of Drizzle. Scald gives the burn damage with its awesome 30% and the STAB. Protect earns a slot to Rack up Lefties as it has no real recovery moves, and also to stall burn. Encore is for trolling other leads or pokemon with status moves. Stealth Rock for example.Perish Song forces switches that I can use to my advantage or Ice beam gives grass coverage as fire types are at the disadvantage and are common.

Ferrothorn@Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Nature: Relaxed
~ Spikes
~ Leech Seed
~ Protect
~ Power Whip

Ahh, Ferrothorn the counter to almost every team with, in the rain, only 2 2x weaknesses [fire and fighting]. Spikes is a duh as it is basically the main staple to setting up. Leech Seed gives Ferrothorn extra recovery and weakens a poke/makes it switch out. Protect allows Leech Seed and Lefties to kick in and also stall out any status moves. Power Whip is a great move and, just in case, used as a last resort.

Latios@Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
~ Surf
~ Draco Meteor
~ Psyshock
~ Hidden Power [Fire]

Latios is the mega sweeper of the game if you can play your cards right. It outspeeds most of OU and can KO most of it in 3 hits or less. Surf, coupled with the rain boost, makes a nasty scar in any pokemon, regardless of the type. Draco Meteor is crazy strong and a staple to Latios' survival. Psyshock is for those pokes oriented in special defense. Hidden Power fire is for those Ferrothorns that just won't die!!

Jolteon@ExpertBelt
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid/Modest
~ Thunder
~ Volt Switch
~ Hidden Power [Grass]
~ Shadow Ball

Jolteon is my Special Scizor in some ways. It has its super power STAB Thunder to basically OHKO anything in its path. Volt Switch is like a special U-turn, but for Jolteonz. Hidden Power Grass is for the Gastrodons who think they can switch in and kill Jolteon. Shadow Ball is just a space filler, but I'm open to anything whatsoever. I can also trick people into thinking it's specs if there is a super effective move I used. This can go to my advantage.

Blissey@Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Nature: Bold
~ Wish
~ Protect
~ Toxic
~ Seismic toss

This is my special wall. I figured if there's a latios roaming around that isn't mine, I can use this against it. Blissey's Wish mechanics allows her or any other pokemon to have at least 3/4 of their health back with her psychotic HP. Protect allows her to have it herself, being a greedy little Poke. Toxic is to stall sweepers or the simplest non-steel tank. Seismic Toss allows her to actually damage a pokemon, like a Conkeldurr switch it can at least take 100 damage.

Scizor@choice band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Nature: adamant
~ Bullet Punch
~ U-Turn
~ Superpower
~ Pursuit

The standard Scizor set, this gives my physical sweeper away as its basically the most used ever. This feisty poke has massive attack and decent speed I suppose. This also allows a nice amount of HP invested in case there's a mach punch or two coming around the corner. Bullet Punch is the most used move ever on him/her. 90 base power after STAB and technician, coupled with the fact this is a move going first makes me greedily want it. U-turn is to scout for switches or get some damage on a switch with a perfect tactic. Superpower is just in case I need a strong move to hit a Ferrothorn, Heatran, and Magnezone with a OHKO. Pursuit gives this a switch advantage for me and disadvantage for the opponent. 120 base power after technician and a switch? DANG I WANT THAT!

This group of pokemon not only cover most [if not all] of the OU threats but one step ahead. If there are any suggestions in helping me, PLEASE comment below. This team seems like it covers not only every type but every pokemon I see in OU that are overused there..if that makes sense. Thanks for your help :D
