Raining On Your Parade; an OU Rain Dance Team!

rain-dance.jpg

Read First
Yes, that read is a D/P article about Rain Dance. And that is what this team is based around; utilizing Rain Dance to smash anything and everything in its path in a quick, short fashion. However, everything has it's qualms and I need help tweaking my team. So this is why I am here, because I need your help.
This team has hit 1200 (from a terribad score of 950), and fluctuates up and down. The team can only be as good as the player, so i guess it's just me not allowing it to reach its max potential.

"The Starter poke"
[pimg]388[/pimg]
Deoxys-D @ Damp Rock Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 132 Def / 124 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rain Dance
- Stealth Rock
- Recover
- Night Shade

Deo-D is used as a Bulky version of an SR user and a physical wall. Normally, I would set up SR on the first turn, then I could one of two things; Keep him as a physical wall and slowly kill things with Night Shade and Recover, Or, as he is going to die, use Rain Dance, and allow me to bring in a poke which I can abuse swift swim with.
The problem with Deoxys-D is his unintelligible bulk. The longer he is alive after a rain dance, the worse my situation is. And he is often not dying to things like CB scizors U-Turn (does 70%). I have considered changing him with something, but I am not sure what. Suggestions?
"Physical Sweeper"
[pimg]211[/pimg]
Qwilfish (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Waterfall
- Poison Jab
- Explosion
As a crappy pokemon, it is quite hard to readily sweep a team with this. Well, dragging it from the depths of NU has its perks; Nobody sees it coming. And with the quickness of the rain, it can harm pokemon that are weakened for the KO. it handles dragons well under rain, as it can quickly finish off them with poison jab. Hitting a fairly decent attack of 317, the pokemon can do lots of damage to unsuspecting pokemon. And with life orb, it can do even more, getting those much needed KO's. After it's time is up, and rain will end the next turn (or it is severely weakened) Qwilfish releases its' most powerful attack; a 250BP Explosion. I like calling it a nuke, because it seriously damages or KO's pokes that take the blow. Also, this pokemon has the job of KO'ing Celebi, which is a problem to most of the pokemone here.
Like I mentioned earlier, the problem with this pokemon is that well, it just sucks. I mean, it does hit like a truck in the rain, and it is faster than a lot, but it is so frail it is ridiculous. Scizors' CB bullet punch. which is resisted, is a clean OHKO. Which isn't the only problem with its fragility. Most of the time, Qwilfish is coming in from a death, which (hopefully) set Rain Dance up before it died. Once Rain Dance is done with, there is no point in keeping Qwilfish in the field, forcing the switch in my opponents favor. But normally, it does not last as long as Rain Dance does, which is a shame.
"F Ferrothorn" (Physical Clean Up)
[pimg]669[/pimg]
Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
- Quick Attack
Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn. Oh how I hate thee. Resisting all of my moves except 2. 2. FML. Its okay, because Terrakion is here to save the day. And while it doesn't benefit from Rain Dance, Rain Dance certainly appreciates it. Taking on the likes of Ferrothorn is the best thing that he can do which my Rain Dance Abusers cannot. Forcing switches which i can double switch to and hit something hard with a hydro pump... Nice.
While it doesn't necessarily benefit rain, it certainly takes down the timer on the Rain Dance. And that is problematic towards my team, it is beneficial to get rid of the nasty nasty Ferrothorn. Max Speed + scarf ensures I go first. period. However, it also means i cant switch moves. Also, it is seriously weak to priority, which, while my other teammates have no problem with, is bad for when Terrakion is the last man standing.
"Liquid Refreshments" (Rain Refresher/Abuser)
[pimg]385[/pimg]
Jirachi @ Damp Rock
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Rain Dance
- Water Pulse
- Thunder
- U-turn
The Refresher of Liquid. or Rain Dance user #2. Bulkier than that of my lead, Jirachi comes in and sets up rain dance for the team. To help with the offensive pressure of the team, I have added Thunder and Water Pulse, both which have nice chances to Paralyze and Confuse, respectively. A slow U-Turn is used to get in a SS user in safely, which can destroy teams. Also, handily resists dragon moves, such as outrage, draco meteor, and Dual Chop (lol).
One of the biggest problems with Jirachi is the addition of another exploitable ground weakness. And a lack of recovery, but that isn't all that important. Also, I don't really have my EV's in order, can someone help me out with it?
"Special Sweeper"
[pimg]272[/pimg]
Ludicolo (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Hydro Pump
- Focus Blast
- Rain Dance

Ever seen a Ludicolo sweep a team? I have. Ever seen it single-handedly take on the likes of scarf Salamence and survive? I have. Ever seen a Ludicolo take on Tyranitar and Ninetails to troll the team? I have. This. Is. Not. A. Toy. And its derpy face and little Sombrero is a joke. It's the hulk Smogon, just deal with it. With Hydro pump being stab of choice, Rotom-W loves coming in to do, well, something, only to get hit with Giga Drain and replenish Ludicolo's reign of terror. It is RIDICULOUS how crazy amazing this monster is. Normally, on an average battle, it gets 2-3 KO's. Unless it gets 5. or 6. Resisting Scizors bullet punch, Ludicolo gets the OHKO. Really, if your not switching in Abomasnow, this thing is getting something hurt. And even if you ARE switching in Abomasnow, it gets taken out with a Focus Blast (on the switch).
It has a hard time dealing with dragons. That's all.
"Wall Breaker"
[pimg]230[/pimg]
Kingdra (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 92 Atk / 252 SAtk / 164 Spd
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Rain Dance
- Waterfall
- Draco Meteor
- Hydro Pump
Kingdra is the wall breaker of the team. It can KO both Skarmory AND Blissey, which not many pokemon can do. It can also severely main pokemon and even has enough bulk to replenish rain to continue its sweep. If quilfish has weakened Celebi, Kingdra can also take on CeleTran, and Can take on Skarmory+Latias combo. It does have issues with FerroCent, though. But i mean, What doesn't?
Once I have let loose a DMeteor, I have trouble taking things out with a hydro pump, simply. And Waterfall is too weak at times. But that is about it.

So, that's my team! Let me know what you think, and suggestions are always welcome!

Zapdos with Heat Wave can take out 4/6 Pokemon, just letting you know.
And itd get one in before i come in with a pokemon thatd rip it to shreds. Plus, with stealth rock and the fact it is quite uncommon, I dont have too much trouble with it.
