RAINY DAY

INTRODUCTION
Hello to all and welcome on my second RMT. I hope enjoy reading about the Rate My Team. I originaly build this team and two other for the Smogon Tour Season 13 but I can't do it because I will be absent. I can't ladder too much because I have big problems with my Internet so I often disconected from the server and I can't peaked high. It's my favourite team on BW. I love all tier, but I prefer Over Used because of climates. I decided use a Rain because it's really abused if the Weather War is won and it's really easy to build and use. I use a surprising and efficace thing on my team : Rain Dancer Starmie which is excellent and really powerful. Of course, I use Politoed, after, there are classics Pokemon on a Rain : Ferrothorn, Gyarados, Latios and Virizion. On my team, I have one Climate Hunders, one Rain Dancer and many Pokemon which can set-up.All my Pokemon can be an efficace counter to all climates. See this in details with the presentation of the team.
PRESENTATION OF THE TEAM

Politoed (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
IVs : 12 Spd
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
- Toxic
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
IVs : 12 Spd
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
- Toxic
Of course, for a Rain, Politoed. He is usualy my lead because he is outspeed by Tyranitar and I can have the Rain on the begening and get a free Hydro Pump. He is my main Rain abuser because he is really terrible with the Rain, he can 2HKO anything without resistance with Hydro Pump, except Chansey/ Blissey and can 2HKO even resistances. He can attract Ferrothorn and weak him with Focus Blast. I can also lure the Spec with Hydro Pump and use Ice Beam again Dragonite which think, I'm lock into Hydro Pump Politoed has also an excellent bulk, especialy Special ones, he can resist to a +2 Dragon Pulse from Latios without SR and nearly all with and can resist to U-turn from Scizor Choice Bander even with SR. With the 3 Attack, I can have a big pressure and force switches to abuse of my Entry Hasards.
Moves except Toxic are pretty classic on Politoed because it's the 3 Attacks. Hydro Pump is for the incredible STAB and obviously stab for an Offensive Rain, it's really powerful and nothing wants to take one especialy in Rain. ice Beam is for prevent Dragonite set-up, he is 2HKO when Multiscale is active, give more coverage, help again Landorus and grass types. Focus Blast is for Ferrothorn who often switch on Politoed and Tyranitar, they are 2HKO with Stealth Rock. Toxic can seem strange on the 3 Attack but it's an excellent move, common switch in who can be anoying for my team especialy Rotom-W, Latios, Gastrodon and Jellicent and it also allow to lure the Defensive set.
Quiet Nature and 12 IVs in Speed let me outspeed by Tyranitar for get the Rain since the begening of the match and get a free move.A lot of players lead with Tyranitar because they think have the Sand Strom on the begening of the match. It is really important for have the advantage on the begening of the match. After this, it's the classic reaprtition. Quiet Nature is for maximise Special Attack, anything is 2HKO except Chansey/ Blissey. HP Evs let me make profitable of Politoed's good bulk, he can resist to a lot of moves especialy special ones.

Ferrothorn (F) @ Leftovers
EVs: EVs: 252 HP / 132 Def / 124 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Thunder Wave
A classic on a Rain, Ferrothorn. She fits good on all Rain because he provide ssupport, Stealth Rock and paralys. He can also force switches with Leech Seed. Se is a good stallers, he is really hard to OHKO. With the Rain, he checks a lot of Pokemon like Lati@s, Rotom-W, Starmie, Nite and Haxorus. Generaly, he survives until the Late Game Sweep and I sacrifice him to get free placements. Unfortunately, she is a solution for seting up a lot of Pokemon so I uses her with prudents especialy when there is Magnezone.
Moves are classics on Ferrothorn, Stealth Rock is here for Entry Hasards support, I can transform a lot of 2HKO to OHKO and 3HKO to 2HKO with. Leech Seed forces the switch for get a tour of Stealth Rock or Thunder Wave. Power Whip for a powerful stab, I can 2HKO Tyranitar, most of Water types and Terrakion with SR with this excellent move. Thunder Wave for help again Pokemon which can set-up on Ferrothorn and then destroy my team especialy Scizor SD, Lucario and Toxicroak.
Evs in Defense with the Relaxed Nature are for resist to Superpower from Scizor CB, I can also resist to CC from Scarf Terrakion and OHKO him with Power Whip. The rest goes to Special Defense, even with this investissement, Ferrothorn has an excellent 299 Special Defense.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Rain Dance
- Rapid Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Thunder
One of the greatest Pokemon with the Rain, Starmie. He is just excellent with the Rain support because he can 2HKO nearly all things with Hydro Pump, Latios is 2HKO after come twice with Stealth Rock. Originaly, I used Starmie for the Spin for Gyaradosbut I decided use Rain Dance over Ice beam because I'm really depending of the Rain and all other Pokemon can't have this role. Stamie, also abuse to Thunder with the Rain for 2HKO most of Water Type, especialy Jellicent, which normaly block the Spin. Starmie is often the "Star" of the match because of his power with the Rain and Rain Dance. Starmie is also my Revenge Kill to a lot of Pokemon because of his really hight speed, nothing common without a scarf can outspeed him. Starmie is also my main WallBreaker because a switch into Hydro Pump is really destructive for Stall, nothing except Chansey/Blissey/Ferrothorn can switch in, Jellicent is 2HKO by Thunder with SR.
Moves are classics except Rain Dance. Hydro Pump, of course for the stab with an incredible power. Thunder for the coverage and touch Water types with efficiency, they are OHKO or 2HKO for the most resistance. Rapid Spin for help Gyarados and also Polioted who must often switch for win the Weather War. Rain Dance, because I'm really depending of the Rain and also because Venusaur is a Pain with the Rain.
Evs are straightforward, max Special Attack and max Speed for outspeed anything, even Magnezone Scarf is outspeed. I prefer use Leftovers over Life Orb because I find Starmie's mission too important.

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Substitute
- Waterfall
- Bounce
Gyarados, such a boss, and one of the greatest Pokemon on a Rain, he isn't use too much but he is really efficace. He is really destructive, even Skarmory can have trouble. It isn't hard to him for set-up because of his great typing and his great defenses. After a kill, he became really hard to counter with Moxie and can easy kill an adverse team. He is the major reason of the Spin becaue without SR, he can easy destroy anything without problems. He is underestimate but really efficace especialy with the Rain. Substitute realy help because Rotom-W can't revenge kill him with Volt Switch so I can easy be on +2. Gyarados is nearly all my finisher and can easy do this mission with Moxie.
Moves are classic on Gyarados. Dragon Dance for set-up. Substitute for destroy revenge killer such as Rotom-W, Landorus and Terrakion Scarf and block problems of statuts especialy the burn. Waterfall for the stab, it has too much power especialy when it's boosted by the Rain. Bounce for help again Grass, Jellicent and Gastrodon. I prefer Bounce than Stoen Edge because Breloom and Virizion can be a pain.
The repartition is straightforward : max Special Attack and max speed. I used the classic repartition but Terrakion Scarf was a pain because he wasn't outspeed by Gyarados on +2, for one point, I prefer Speed tie with another Gyarados.

Latios (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
- Surf
- Recover
Latios is really perfect on my team. It fits really good. He is my counter to other Offensive Rain and for Sun because anything on a Sun or a Rain can 2HKO Latios, except Offensive Heatran and Volcarona but I can outstall Heatran. Latios is also a lure to weak Tyranitar, Jirachi and Scizor. Tyranitar is 2HKO on +2 by Surf, Jirachi Specialy Defensive is 2HKO on +1 and Scizor is 2HKO without Calm Mind. Latios is generaly sacrifice for help my team to don't be block. Latios won't be my finisher because of his role of Stall Breaker. I prefer Latios than Latias because I lose some important 2HKO with her and I'm wall by Jirachi Specialy Defensive.
Moves are self-explanory. Calm Mind for boost his Special Defense and Special Attack, he is really dangerous and Bulky after one or two. Dragon Pulse for the neutral and powerful Stab even Steel can be 2HKO on +1. Surf for abuse to the coverage an the Rain. Recover for have a better Staying Power and use more Calm Mind.
The repartition is straightforward, maximise Special Attack and Speed. I prefer use the Leftovers because I don't lose a lot of kills and I can use more Calm Mind.

Virizion @ leftovers
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
The second finisher if I need it. He has the best typing in Over Used, he has a resitance to a lot of typing especialy a resistance to the EdgeQuake so he is a really good counter to Sand Storm and Electrick typ because, I have 3 wekness to Electric Type. His Speed is really high, he can outsped nearly all thing in OverUsed and can speed tie with Terrakion, it's te reason to use him and not Breloom. He has an excellent Special Defense, it's the second reason to use him. When he put one Sword Dance, it's really easy, he can hard hits. His double typing has an excllent coverage just Lati@s, Hydreigon, and Flying Dragon resist to this but I have Stone Edge for all this, they are 2HKO on +2.
Moves are again classic on Virirzion. Sword Dance for set-up. Leaf Blade for the stab, which can haxx and which destroy water types. Close Combat for the second stab, Ferrothorn is OHKO on +2. Stone Edge for the coverage and hit hard Dragonite.
The repartition is also classic, maximise Attack and Speed for hit hard and speed tie with Terrakion Choice Bander. I prefer run Leftovers for Sand Storm.
CONCLUSION
I hope the reading was pleasant. Excuse me for my English because I'm spanish and I have a really bad english. I'm open to critics and councils so don't hesitate to do that. Don't hesit to use my team. Say if you don't understand something howewer, I think, I made a complete description. Thanks to read my second Rate My Team. Good bye.
