Hello everyone. This is my first team. It's a 5th Gen OU Team, and the main strategy of the team is to clean as much as possible before Trick Room Reuniclus attacks.

So, here's the team:

598Ferrothorn.png

Ferrothorn @ Shed Shell
Ability: Iron Barbs
EV: 252 HP-88 Def-168 SpD
IV: 0 Speed
Nature: Sassy
Moves:
Stealth Rock
Spikes
Power Whip
Gyro Ball

Ferrothorn acts as one of my walls and it's also my Lead Pokemon. Ferrothorn can set up Stealth Rock and Spikes. If the opossing lead is a Ferrothorn counter, like Infernape, Heatran or Hydreigon, Ferrothorn can switch back to one of his teammates. If the opossing lead is a pokemon Ferrothorn walls, Ferrothorn can set up freely. The EVs and the Nature given balances the Defense and Sp Defense, while making this pokemon more resistant to Starmie, Gengar and Latios. Shed Shell is the item used, because it's the only way to escape from Magnezone. As a wall, Ferrothorn is mostly used for:

1- Resist Espeons attack and hit hard with Gyro Ball
2- Power Whip Gastrodon if it doesn't have Earth Power
3- Switch in to Gyarados and hit with Power Whip
4- Take some hits of Haxorus and attack back
5- If healthy enough, resist Mamoswine's Earthquake and attack with Gyro Ball
6- Come into Politoed and attack with Power Whip
7- If Salamence isnt using any fire type move, Ferrothorn can come and attack
8- Resist Starmie's attack and Whip him
9- Resist Tentacruel's attack. Even though Power Whip and Gyro Ball are not very effective vs Tentacruel, Ferrothorn can set up the spikes
10- Switch in against Vaporeon and Whip him
11- Wall Venusaur as long as it isn't using Hidden Power Fire

593Jellicent_Female_Dream.png

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EV: 248 HP-216 Def-44 Speed
Nature: Bold
Moves:
Scald
Will-O-Wisp
Recover
Taunt

Jellicent and Ferrothorn work well together. Jellicent is my other defensive pokemon. The EV and the Nature given are basic for Jellicent. The ability Water Absorb is for the Water immunity. Jellicent can come in on many of the pokemon that gives Ferrothorn problem, except for Hydreigon. Jellicent is also the spin blocker on this team, and it's also the one that will cause a 50% to Hi Jump Kick Mienshao if predicted correctly. Jellicent's job on this team is:

1- To make Cloyster's sweeping job more difficult
2- To spinblock and cripple Donphan
3- To cripple and wall Gastrodon
4- To resist a lot of Heatran's attacks and attack back, trying to burn it with Scald
5- To resist Hammer Arm, Meteor Mash and Bullet Punch from Metagross and burn him
6- As said before, to make Miensaho suffer from residual damage
7- Switch into Ninetales (watching out for Drought + Solarbeam) and Scald it
8- Resist everything that Politoed brings except Toxic
9- To wall Scizor, resisting Bullet Punch, Superpower and U-Turn. Cripple him, and never switching out to avoid the Pursuit
10- Take some of Terrakion's moves and cripple
11- Spinblock Forretress and hit with Scald

392Infernape.png

Infernape @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EV: 252 Atk-252 Speed-4 Sp Atk
Nature: Naive
Moves:
Overheat
Close Combat
U-Turn
Mach Punch

Standard Mixed Infernape. As said before, this team's core strategy is to hit everything that can wall Reuniclus before setting up the Trick Room with Reuniclus and sweep. Infernape is basically here for that job. The EV given it's for outpacing pokemon with 107 or lower speed stat. Overheat is for a single stabbed blow, Close Combat for basic coverage, U-Turn for scouting and to recover the stat changes produced by Overheat and Close Combat, and Mach Punch to hit with a priority attack. The Inferno Monkey is here for:

1- Attracting Water-type attacks for Jellicent's recovering
2- Hit Blissey and Chansey where it hurts with Close Combat
3- Destroy Celebi with Overheat
4- Burn down opposing Ferrothorn
5- Burn down Forretress
6- Revenge killing Hydreigon with Close Combat
7- Hit Jirachi with Overheat
8- Use overheat to burn down Skarmory
9- Hitting Tyranitar with Close Combat if wearing Choice Band, or revenge kill him with Mach Punch if it's the Choice Scarf user

248Tyranitar.png

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EV: 156 HP-252 ATK-100 Speed
Nature: Adamant
Moves:
Stone Edge
Crunch
Pursuit
Aqua Tail

Tyranitar (sorry for the big picture) is a beast. The Choice Band set it's just about raw power and to destroy almost anything that comes in front. The EV given are standard. Stone Edge and Crunch are for STAB coverage, and Aqua Tail is helpful for pokemon like Gliscor and Landorus. Pursuit is the Psychic and Ghost destroyer. Tyranitar is in this team because it's the opposing fighting types favorite foe. As Tyranitar lures fighting types, Reuniclus can come here and do the Trick Room and sweep. Tyranitar job is:

1- Attract fighting types for Reuniclus
2- Kill Espeon
3- Pursuit opposing Jellicent
4- Pursuit Latias
5- Pursuit Latios
6- Do normal damage to Magnezone with Aqua Tail
7- Kill the Calm Minded Reuniclus
8- Basically, destroy

579Reuniclus.png

Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EV: 192 HP-62 Def-252 Sp Atk
IV: 0 Speed
Nature: Quiet
Moves:
Trick Room
Focus Blast
Psychic
Shadow Ball

The Multiplying Pokemon (again, sorry for the huge picture). With a good team support, this Pokemon is lethal. Outspeeding everyone except for minimum speed Ferrothorn (after Trick Room, of course), hitting hard with the three moves given and not taking damage from hazards, status, Life Orb or even the sandstorm summoned by Tyranitar on this team, Reuniclus is a major force. The EV given are standard for a Trick Room Reuniclus. Even though the team works for killing everything before Reuniclus can sweep everything else, here are some of his checks:

1- Laugh at Conkeldurr's Payback and hitting with Psychic
2- Take some shots from Infernape and attack back
3- Killing Lucario with Focus Blast
4- Resist Mienshao's Hi Jump Kick and hit hiM
5- Given his immunity to Toxic, he can just take everything Tentacruel throws and attack back
6- Although on a slight degree, dealing with Terrakion
7- Resist Tornadus attacks and attack back
8- 4x Life orbed STABed Psychic for Toxicroak

381Latios.png

Latios @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EV: 252 Sp ATK-252 Speed-4 HP
Nature: Modest
Moves:
Draco Meteor
Surf
Psyshock
Dragon Pulse

Even though the team resolves around making everything more easy for Reuniclus, Latios is a great bonus. Latios really enjoys when the foe's Tyranitar is out, and that is a job that Reuniclus can accomplish. Latios Draco Meteors are extremely powerful, and Surf plus Psyshock makes great coverage. Dragon Pulse is for an alternate STAB without the stat drop of the Meteors. Latios can:

1- Hit Rotom-W with a powerful Draco Meteor
2- Outspeed dragons like Dragonite, Salamence and Hydreigon that aren't wearing Choice Scarf
3- Tie speed Gengar and attack
4- Basically, if Reuniclus gets down but manages to kill Tyranitar, Latios is the one that will come and hit hard.

So, that's my team, I hope you all like it. Please leave comments and all type of suggestions. Thank you very much for your time.

CHANGES

I decided to Choice Scarf Latios so I can easily kill Gengar, because it was killing my team easily. The Modest nature is to compensate for the lose of the Choice Specs
