Rampardos Rampage and Ursaring Unfairness

YA YEEE-AAH! so, i got this team. basic idea: set up tr, explode/KO a poke, then send in ursaring/rampardos to sweep. i can tell from my tests its a good concept, but it needs some refinement. give me that refinement. I dont care how you act in this thread- do whatever, but no trolling. no spamming either. i eat spam for breakfast. heres the team:

Azelf @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Trick Room
- U-turn
- Explosion
- Stealth Rock

Azelf's role in team- set up sr if possible. tr, take a hit with focus sash, then explode. simple, but 'zong does it better cuz hes fast in tr.

---
Bronzong @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk
Brave nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Trick Room
- Explosion
- Reflect
- Light Screen

dual screen zong sets up dual screens. tr, then explode. pretty fatal, and best tr passer on my team. help with more guys like 'zong to replace azelf and celebi. claydol? gengar? what? well, not gengar but more stuff like maybe a claydol

---
Rampardos (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/Brave nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Pursuit

the heavy hitter. gets a tr pass from 'zong or another, then hits really hard. eq pwns 'zong, weezing, and gengar cuz of mold breaker. stone edge for stab, fire punch for skarm and fortress. pursuit hits runners hard, but as most pokes are switched in after a KO with rampardos out it isnt the best idea. another idea with better coverage? tpunch maybe

---
Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Spd/4 SDef
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Calm Mind
- Baton Pass
- Trick Room
- U-turn

Conceptually, celebi was supposed to tr, then be faster than the opponent and therefore slower. celebi would do a "slow uturn" and switch in a new sweeper unharmed. in practice this does not work. calm mind and bp were for when i was going to add a special sweeper but i never got to it. =/

---
Ursaring (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk/252 HP
Brave nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Facade
- Earthquake
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge

base 130 attack maxed out would hurt anything. double that and add a power 140 stab attack and youve got a weapon of mass destruction. since hes like the slowest thing ever, hes un-outrunnable in tr, and hits super-duper hard. but focus sashes? yah, ursaring and focus sashes dont cooperate well. should i add protect + ttar on team to 1) allow toxic to kick in 2) let sandstorm do some damage to disallow focus sashing. also, should i use flame orb? help me here.

---
Heatran (M) @ Salac Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Earth Power
- Explosion

mostly added as a filler. i didnt really think through how the heck a heatran fits with all the rest, so please come up with a suggestion here. a choice band ttar? gallade? help a brother out here. at the moment, hes sorta a bulky sweeper who can switch into an attack and hit back, and who can take advantage of tr if he must.

Major SD Luke Weakness if you take out Heatran. If you get taunted and can't set up Trick Room, then Heatran is really the only thing that can stop a SD Luke (and it can only revenge kill it). Taunt + Lucario + Dugtrio destroys your team.

Your Azelf Lead looks okay, but you might want to make it a Trickscarfer (which would benefit you in TR) by replacing U-Turn (not going to really do anything anyways) with Trick and giving it Choice Scarf. This way, you can also automatically get TR up turn one almost guaranteed if need be.

You might want Pursuit over Thunderpunch on Rampardos since SE already kills Gyarados and you need something that can hurt Celebi and fleeing ghost Pokemon.

Celebi is just asking to be taunted/pursuited. What are you passing the CM to anyways?

Why does Heatran have a Salac Berry without a sub? There's not really a point to doing that. Make it Modest 252 HP/240 Spec Def/16 SPA with Lefties and this set:

Fire Blast
Earth Power
Substitute
Toxic/Will-o-wisp

Actually, go with a Quiet nature so that you are slower. If you need a fall-back fast sweeper, slap a choice scarf on your set, make it naive, and kill nubs.

I don't get your EV spreads for Rampardos and Ursaring. Just put those excess EVs in HP as it allows you to tank better overall, or find a set that effectively maxes your defenses using X-Acts calcs.

Make sure to include summaries along with your Pokemon showing their party role, or this will get locked ;)

i edited my team a bit to make it less... stupid, and added descriptions about the pokes so tay would unlock =)
what i REALLY, REALLY need is a new, slow as heck trick roomer.
that learns explosion. 'zong is perfect example.
someone help me fit, like, a claydol in. but a claydol and all the other stuff kinda begs to be a sandstorm team...
YES! a sandstorm trick room team! help me make this happen!

This is going to be short, but I played with a Trick Room team pretty extensively. I personally used Solrock to set up TR as a lead. This set:

Solrock @ Focus Sash
Brave (+Atk, -Spe)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
-Trick Room
-Explosion
-Rock Slide
-Reflect/Light Screen/Stealth Rock

I liked to play pretty fast paced with my team, so generally the turns went something like TR first, blow up. If you're facing a lead like Aero who will probably Taunt, you can rock slide. This reaches a pretty respectable 317 Attack, so Explosion and Rock Slide can actually do something. The last move slot just depends on what you want to set up, but generally if you SR first turn, you won't be able to set up TR unless its someone like Zong. Good luck, hope this helped
