XY UU RandM Chaos

Sup Beeches, if anyone was wondering this title refers to my alt RandM Chaos on ps in case anyone wants to battle

Its me redcell with another installment of "a shitty team i made that i think is good but it really isnt". I kid this team has been doing quite well for me so far, the highest rank i achieved with this team was about 1500, but lately the hax gods have not been kind to me (or i just suck, pick your poison).

This team is another attempt at a balanced offensive team with a florges and swamper defensive core because i didnt want to make another pink core team, a hydreigon for speed, defog crobat for them hazards, lucario as my sweeper, and a motherfuckin magneton becuase magneton is the best electric type ever. So here it is.

florges.png

Florges@leftovers
ability-Flower Veil
Ev's-252 Hp, 252 SpD, 4 SpA
Calm nature
-moonblast
-aromatherapy
-wish
-protect

It was either florges or blissey and florges>blissey. Florges acts my special wall and as my cleric, healing mons of there status and than wish passing to them or just pp stalling with wish and protect, either way you cut it florges is a real necessity. Moves are pretty self explanatory, i mean come on its florges, and the ev's are there to absolutely maximize my special bulk. I had been running mixed defensive florges for a while but she wasnt takin any hit well at all so i just chose to go all out specially defensive. I would run toxic but the moves i have now are just too important. Basically if i see a special attacker on their side of the field, i switch into this thing.

hydreigon_by_nagakura15-d4uurm9.jpg

Hydreigon@Choice scarf
Ability-levitate
Ev's- 252 SpA, 252 Spd, 4 Atk
Hasty nature
-Draco meteor
-Dark pulse
-u-turn
-Fire Blast

So i needed a scarfer on this team, as alakazam and the newly introduce tornadus-t (fuck that thing) were outpacing me and sweeping me, so i turned to my old friend hydreigon. Why this thing isnt on all teams i wont understand, even without specs or life orb, this thing hits like a tank. Ev's and moves are the usual, Draco to nuke things, dark pulse to hit things like jirachi and the not so frequently used metagross, u-turn to grab momentum, and fireblast for filler. This thing generally needs to be healthy on my team to at least take on banded v-create from victini or a flare blitz from darm. Sucker Punch users like honchkrow and Absol were really becoming a problem for me aswell, so I use hydreigon as my resist for those things as i outspeed and ohko with draco. Basically try and keep this thing alive.

crobat_by_jhallpokemon-d36lege.jpg

Crobat@Leftovers
Ability-Infiltrator
Ev's- 248 Hp, 252 Spd, 8 Atk
Jolly Nature
-Defog
-u-turn
-roost
-Brave Bird

With a nice plethora of resistances and an outstanding speed, crobat was my defogger of choice for this team. I use croat as my utility and my pivot, u-turning out of stuff that would otherwse kill me or defogging away the hazards that have been constantly. I use roost for longevity and brave bird as my STAB, and even though crobats attack is underwhelming it still can put a dent into things and pave the way for a possible lucario sweep. The 248 Ev's in hp are so i can switch into stealth rock 5 times instead of 4, and the rest dumped into speed and Attack so i can outspeed shit. This thing also serves as my dedicated Heracross stop, as it resists both of its stabs and laughs at knock off damage. Its also nice to have another thing that can check florges too :]
260_swampert_by_pklucario-d5zum5j.png

Swampert@Leftovers
Ability-torrent
Ev's- 252 Hp, 252 Def, 4 atk
Relaxed Nature
-Stealth Rock
-Roar
-Earthquake
-Scald

I needed i fire resist on this team, i need stealth rock, and i needed something to phaze setup sweepers out, so i looked to swampert. Swampert offers great bulk and typing, the ability to phaze, and stealth rocks, so picking him was easy. Fire types such as victini and darm would be a problem if it werent for this guy. This thing deals with threats like SD Lucario and Mega Agron nicely too, so thats always a plus. Ev's are to maximize the defensive bulk, stealth rock because its the best move ever and every team needs it, roar because i dont like things setting up, eq as the stab of choice, and scald because burning things is always a plus. Considering possibly switching to Defensive Mega Amphy though, im only really not doing it because than i lose out on rocks, but again its only a consideration.
lucario-04-gif.gif

Lucario@Life orb
Ability-Justified
Ev's- 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Extreme Speed
-Crunch

Lucario is my Late game sweeper, he kills alot of things usually. Is there much more to be said? Yes? Fine than. Once lucario gets a swords dance up, its usually game from there as nothing is taking hit thats not named slowbro. Standard set, i prefer jolly over adamant just because the extra speed is nice, and the moves are standard. I use crunch to not get walled by ghost types and so i can at least get 50% off on slowbro at +2. Thing is my stop to scarfers that outspeed Hydreigon like minshao and victni, as e-speed can kill both of them at +2. Okay victini needs to be at 50 but lucario is still a great sweeper.
Magneton.png

Magneton@Choice Specs
Ability-Analytic
Ev's- 252 SpA, 252 Spd, 4 SpD
Modest nature
-volt switch
-thunderbolt
-flash cannon
-hidden power grass

Here he is ,the star of the show. Ive said it before and ill say it again, magneton is not to be fucked with people. This thing WRECKS like no other. Crocune givin you a problem? Magneton will handle that shit. Honchkrow Trying to sucker punch you and sweep you? Switch into magneton and volt switch that motherfucker. Basically magneton nukes shit, especially with analytic. I opt for analytic over magnet pull because steel types arent that big of a problem, and i opt for hidden power grass over fire because i like to hit swampert and non specially defensive hippowdon hard if they try and be cheeky and switch in on a thunderbolt or volt switch. Heres a quick calc for you guys to demonstrate the power

252+ SpA Choice Specs Magneton Flash Cannon vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Florges: 216-254 (60 - 70.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Basically this thing doesnt give 2 shits about anything

Alright might as well post a threat list:

Mega Aerodactyl- A well played mega aero with eq can be quite troublesome for my team if swampert is dead, as Hydreigon only has a chance to OHKO after stealth rocks and crobat cant do shit to him. If you see aero, keep swampert alive.

Tornadus-T- Usually depends on what set it is. If its the special attacking set florges can handle it, but assault vest is troblesome. If its the no item physichal attacking set, swampert can handle it. If its mixed just quite, because this team cant handle it.

Victini- Only a problem if its mixtini. If its mixtini hydreigon outspeeds and OHKOS, if hydreigon is dead, pray that florges can take a hit. Otherwise just quit.

Lucario- See tornadus-t. If its mixed or nasty plot, quit.

Well thats my team guys. As i said this team has been pretty succesful for me reaching about 1500, but i want to get higher so suggestions as always will be taken. Thanks to all the dudes in the uu lobby for helping me make this, and with that i bid you all farewell. Thanks, and have a nice day :]

Team looks fairly solid just a few suggestions:

Since U-turn is for scouting and momentum you don't need a Hasty Nature on Hydregion. Go for Timid so your defenses don't suffer and even with a Hasty Nature U-Turn isn't doing significant damage anyways this also gives you the option of sticking the remaining 4 EVs into either of it's defenses to further make use of it's resistances.

I recommend switching Crobat from Leftovers to Black Sludge as it's the same passive recovery and is a great way to mess with Trick Users that want to try to slap a Choice Item on Florges

Also Crobat's spread needs some tweaking so I recommend this:

120 HP/208 Atk/4 SpD/176 Spe

Since you're using Crobat as a pivot you don't need nearly as much Speed as you have invested. 176 gives you enough to outspeed Timid Alakazam (since Tornadus-T is gone no need to invest as heavily) and if you have to sack Crobat it's a great way to scout for an opponent's Scarfer. 208 Atk means Brave Bird will hit reasonable hard and even U-Turn will do decent damage to Psychic and Dark Types as you switch out to the appropriate check/counter. If outspeeding Alakazam isn't a big deal feel free to drop the Speed to 136 and either go for more Atk or HP.

Next on Swampert I'd drop your HP to 240 (you'll be at 401 as opposed to 404) and up your Atk to 16 to let Earthquake deal a bit more dmg while still keeping Max Def and very good bulk

Other than that the team looks solid. Happy Laddering :)
