Welcome to Week 4 of RBEL2, A tournament where Pulse is supposed to write a funny joke here but has run out of material!

All matches other than the dedicated Bo5 slot are Best-Of-Three.

Standard Tournament Procedures
Like all other tournaments on Smogon, the Random Battles Extension League will follow the general rules and guidelines. Please read them carefully, especially if this is your first team tournament. Please also note that replays are required to verify your wins.
What constitutes ghosting in a Random Battles game can be a particularly fine line, so before commenting in a RBEL game, always ask yourself: “Would my comment reveal information that hasn’t already been explicitly revealed in this battle?” Examples of ghosting include suggesting that an unexpectedly fast Pokemon might be holding a Choice Scarf, that a previously-revealed mon being sent back in with full HP must be Zoroark, etc.
The deadline for all games is Monday February 17th at 5AM UTC

5 - Team Glalie vs Team Kangaskhan - 7
Gen 9 Random Battle (Bo5) - Found it to vs Lucas2543 (Very nice pairing. Both are good so this is a close one. Gonna have to bold Lucas for the experience but it can go either way)
Gen 9 Random Battle - LYLEWAKEUPTHEYHIT vs Peum (both are struggling a bit, I think this can also go either way)
Gen 9 Random Battle - teamtea vs Sylveesnom (team is doing a good season against a snom who is struggling
Gen 8 Random Battle - dex vs Star Wheel (Star is more experienced in rands and I rate them a bit higher)
Gen 7 Random Battle - Hairoll vs drizzle (more experience, better showing. Hairoll is one of the toughest oppos tho an upset can be possible)
Gen 6 Random Battle - UnzipsCrogre vs Mirbro (Mirbro is once again showing why he's a very solid rbel player. I didn't see enough from unzips to be confident in this predict tho)
Gen 5 Random Battle - Shynii21 vs Scizor Boladão HIGHLIGHT (2 very good players. Scizor is having a very impressive run so got to bold for the momentum after Shynii21 losing last week. Hyped to see it)
Gen 4 Random Battle - Gyarikkuho vs El químico del pueblucho (an other interesting pairing. I think El químíco has proven mord in this tier in general)
Gen 3 Random Battle - Dragonillis vs Javi HIGHLIGHT (I didn't really know J'avais level before this tour in rands and ngl I'm impressed. Great match that could go either way)
Gen 1 Random Battle - 13enji vs Maris Bonibell (got to bold the rbtt player)
Gen 9 Random Doubles - AIRedzone vs Optidox (very close pairing once again. Will go with the more experienced player)
Mystery Box - Docteur Grandhomme vs DripLegend (maybe a hot take but I'm more impressed by docteur atm After seeing drip struggle in wcop. Close pairing tho since drip has more experience)

Some doubles Predictions:


AIRedzone vs Optidox:

Both are around the same skill level I’d say so I’m going with the better record. Both have been cooking, and I can totally see some room to improve on both ends.

SirSquishi vs srvoltmike:

Last week was rough for Mike, however I don't think that display is indicative of how good he really is. Big Mike starts the comeback here trust

tkhanh vs jackofspadesman: awesome mu been waiting for this since the tour started

I think Jack is overhyped. If he ditches his overinflated ego, he'd be one of the best in the pool if not the best, however as of right now, I'd say he's in the middle of the pack. Meanwhile, tkhanh has been dominating. I think he is one of the best players in the pool with aggressive plays paired with really solid endgames. Excluding some :blobwizard:luck:blobwizard: , I think he clears the rest of the pool cleanly.
