'Raptor Attack!

Staraptor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Close Combat
- Return
- Pursuit

I love Staraptor. It hits so hard, and it takes down so many pokemon. I did almost 60 % damage to a 252 Def/ Impish Gliscor with Brave Bird. The only thing is Gyarados and Bronzong present problems as leads. Close Combat handles Bronzong, and Gengar can kill Gyarados.
---
Electivire (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 76 Atk / 252 SpA / 180 Spe
Mild (+SpAtt, -Def)
- Cross Chop
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power (Ice)
- Thunderbolt

The other half of the Dynamic Duo. This functions as a wall breaker and with a Motor Drive boost, can potentially kill a lot of pokemon.
---
Gengar (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Revenge Killer. Had trouble with Deoxys S with this party, and Gengar can function as its killer. Not sure what else I could do, as I don't want to add Dugtrio, and Focus Sash takes away from his speed. Any advice?
---
Machamp (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/6 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dynamicpunch
- Ice Punch
- Sleep Talk
- Rest

Sleep Absorber. Dynamic Punch is amazing. Will not put Heatran here, as that would make three Ground weak and two fire.
---
Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/138 Spd/120 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Thunderbolt

Spinner, Thunderbolt because Dragon is pretty much handled here.
---
Lucario (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Aura Sphere
- Vacuum Wave
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball

I love Lucario. He hits so hard, and is pretty tough to counter. Shadow Ball over Dark Pulse, because I hit Ghost for supereffective, but can get forced to switch by a normal. Not really worried about that.

Problem Pokemon-
Infernape- Starmie,
Garchomp- Lucario, Gengar, Machamp
Salamence- same as Garchomp
Tyranitar- Staraptor, Lucario (not sure, is Aura Sphere a OHKO?), Machamp
Celebi- Staraptor, Machamp,
Suicune- Starmie/ Electivire?
Swampert-? Togekiss- Gengar, Staraptor, Lucario
Spiritomb- Gengar, Staraptor
Donphan- Starmie, Gengar
Forretress- Electivire
Skarmory- Starmie, Electivire, Gengar
Blissey- Machamp, Staraptor
Cresselia- Lucario, Staraptor, Gengar (if weakened)
Azelf- Gengar, Staraptor

Any Advice?

Staraptor looks good, but U-Turn might be the better choice as it allows you to getaway from it's switch-in counters while hurting them as well. The things you'd be Pursuiting will outspeed you anyways, unless you use a scarf. I love Choice Scarf Gengar, my only suggestion is getting rid of Focus Blast for Hypnosis, as Tyranitar is already covered and Weavile can be slept. Machamp looks good, and referring to the part about Heatran, it's immune to fire, not weak to it. I would add more but I gtg now. One last thing is that CBtar kills Starmie, Gengar, and Staraptor with Pursuit and switching in on all three of them will be really easy.

Garchomp and Salamence seem to be your team's largest problems, you can't switch in to Draco Meteor/Outrage with anything at the moment.

I suggest using a Scarfed Heatran (Fire Blast/Earth Power/Hidden Power Ice/Explosion) over your Lucario since it stands more of a chance against the previously mentioned moves than Lucario does, even though it can't switch in too many more times (probably one extra if you are lucky). It would give you another Fire move switchin and a more reliable dragon move switchin.

I also recommend U-turn over Pursuit on Staraptor for the reasons rampaging_tyranitar outlined above.

Since Heatran is reasonably good at beating Deoxys-S with some prediction, you can probably afford to lose Gengar's Choice Scarf for a Life Orb, but ScarfGengar is often useful so you can choose what you want to do there!

Losing Lucario means it will be harder for you to beat Blissey and you lose a Tyranitar switchin, but you already have a reasonably bulky Machamp so hopefully you won't miss Luke too much!

You already have plenty of Ice moves on your Pokemon so you can probably afford to use Hidden Power Grass somewhere if you are concerned about Swampert by the way.
