Rate a noobs team?

Hey I'm kinda new to competitive battling despite playing pokemon most of my life. I've been battling for about a week now and I made a team that can win 4/5 games but I was hoping some veterans could help me out with improving it.

Conkeldurr

Conkeldurr (F) @ Flame Orb Trait: Guts
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Atk / 128 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drain Punch
- Facade
- Mach Punch
- Payback
I went with a status orb Conkeldurr, wether or not it was a good idea I'm not so sure, I find that him taking damage from a burn as well as from the other player really doesn't keep him in for very long. I chose drain punch so that I can heal myself, mach punch for attacking first, payback so I can get a hit on psy/dark/ghost type pokemon, and of course facade to give my flame orb meaning.
Froslass

Froslass (F) @ Focus Sash

Trait: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Spikes
- Signal Beam
- Destiny Bond
- Ice Beam
Froslass is useful for one time use against a pokemon my team just can't get a hit on. I attack first, see if my opponent faints, if not, next turn I use destiny bond on 1 HP. She's not just a suicide pokemon though, I've managed to do a fairly successful 1 HP sweep a couple of times.

Claydol

Claydol @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Rapid Spin
- Psychic
- Earthquake
- Reflect
Claydol is great against electric type pokemon, what with being immune to them. He also has levitate, so ground type attacks are nullified too. He's my only psychic type which is probably bad, but I hardly ever need one anyways. He has rapid spin because I have losing half my HP from switching in, it's also good for setting up froslass' focus sash. I might switch out reflect for something else because screens just aren't my thing.
Shamin
tumblr_lyi0uemk1l1qg7r22o1_500.gif
Shaymin @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Seed Flare
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Rest
This is where the legendaries start on my team, shamin's a great grass type sweeper, along with heatran and suicune I have very few weaknesses I can't cover. Hidden power water is a nasty suprise for any slow fire type that expects to endure the first hit and OHKO me on the next. Rest makes him stay in longer just in case.
Heatran

Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Magma Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Rest
- Hidden Power [Electric]
Heatran is my most defense oriented pokemon suprisingly, I usually use teams that are more attack oriented. He's still a great asset to my team, OHKOing most pokemon, water types are it's bane though, and it goes down in one hit from earthquake. Still, how can I resist him, he just so awesome! He has rest just like Shamin but I rarely use it on him, only if I'm really in a bind. Hidden power electric is so I have something to use if I'm stuck against a water type.
Suicune
tumblr_m2tlwrbbaD1r03f1ao1_500.gif
Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Ice Beam
Last but certainly not least is suicune, she just tears through the competition, out-speeding everyone to hydro pump them right off the playing field. Calm mind is great if the opponent is asleep to set up for a massive sweep. Hidden Power electric was kind of an experiment but I kept it because it was a great asset to the team being my only electric attack. Also Ice beam is great against dragon types.

So That's my team, if you have any suggestions please don't hesitate to post them, I'd love to hear your feedback. Thanks for your time!

Hello, your team looks pretty interesting, plus you made yourself a FWG core too. I think I can help your team out though.

First off on Conkeldurr,I think you should change facade to bulk up, and conkeldurr's ability to iron fist.WIth iron fist, Change flame orb to leftovers. Conkeldurr dosen't really need life orb that much, and with it being slow, it might kill itself with LO recoil if it can't drain punch. Plus conkeldurr becomes more of a defensive powerhouse on your team. The EVS on conkeldurr look good, but change payback to ice punch. Ice punch works better with iron fist and it gives more coverage to it as well.

On Claydol, Change reflect to stealth rock. Stealth rock is a superior move than reflect for your team, as it can help turn some 2HKO's to OHKO's. Reflect didn't do much for you anyways, and you should always have a source of SR in OU.

On Shaymin, Change HP water to HP ice. earth power allows you to take down fire types anyways, so water is wasted coverage on shaymin. HP ice allows it to take down dragons who resist both seed flare and earth power, making it better coverage.

On heatran, Change dragon pulse to earth power. This will let heatran take down opposing heatran that don't have a speed boosting nature. dragon pulse is bad coverage compared to earth power anyways. if you have trouble with dragons, change hp electric to hp ice if you have to.

I think I fixed up your team a bit, I hope I was able to help you out.

I was almost too distracted by Bronzong's butt blast to rate lol.

Anywho, my suggestion is to change Heatran's HP type. Chances are you're not going to be taking chances leaving Heatran in on Gyarados and Suicune already has HP electric anyways(or you could sub out suicune for a Rotom-W). A good HP type would be HP grass or HP ice since it gives your dragon resist an easy kill on a outrage locked x4 weak dragon type and hp grass gives you the jump on Gastrodon switch. Alternatively you could also try out toxic over hidden power.

Hope I helped.
