First of all, I don't like you Dragonite set; in fact the standard Dragonite set that is used is Hidden Power Flying, Dynamic Punch, Thunder or Thunderbolt, and Ice Beam.

Secondly, you're better off using Rapid Spin instead of Thunder Wave on Starmie. Your team might be fast paced but it lacks any real defense. You also don't have something that can take Lovely Kiss or Hypnosis, something like a Zapdos might help with that.
 
Zapdos isn't that great if it's your only Sleep Talker, because against Jynx, Snorlax and Nidoking it's in pretty big trouble.

Actually, the best Nidoking switch in is probably Zapdos even with Ice Beam from personally experience. Lovely Kiss Snorlax will screw anyone over because it's so hard to counter and will cause havoc on any teams without Heal Bell. Also, if you're that scared of Jynx just use Sleep Talk Snorlax.
 
Thunderbolt is for girls; 4hko on cune. HP Fight is for girls; use DP. Wing Attack is for girls; use DE/HP Fly.

Snorlax has a pussy set, change it. Works great despite the whole "cheap" thing.

Gengar's set doesn't take advantage of his versatality; works, but barely. Cookie cutter.

Machamp set does nothing; HP Ghost over EQ.

Starmie is completely random; remove it.

Screech over something on Buzz.

No phazer, spiker, spinner, etc etc stuff.
