<Here is my current OU Team. Though it is still under construction somewhat, it seems to have brought much success in online play w/ others.>

579.gif
Reuniclus@Leftovers/LifeOrb
Ability: MagicGuard
Nature: Bold
Ev.'s: 252 Defense/100 Sp.Attack/156 Hp
Attacks: Psychic, FocusBlast, CalmMind & TrickRoom.
*Used as a Sp. sweeper after a few CalmMind set ups: 1-2x CalmMind then Trickroom. It's speed is 61 which is great for Trickroom. Though it is walled by Sableye and Spiritomb, it still is a great addition to my OU team. Also covers the weaknesses of allies, such as status block; meaning it can be switched in to a poisoing or burning status moves without recoil.*

Darmanitan@ChoiceScarf
Ability: SheerForce
Nature: Jolly
Ev.'s: 252 Speed/252 Attack/4 Hp
Attacks: FlareBlitz, Superpower, U-turn & Rockslide
*Used as a physical sweeping scout. Darmanitan serves as the "powerhouse quickster" of my team. My Darmanitan runs FlareBlitz very proudly w/ worry as it has wish support from Alomomola, for Hp recovery.*

Alomomola@Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
Nature: Bold
Ev.'s: 252 Defense/106 Sp. Defense/150 Hp
Attacks: Scald, Wish, Toxic & Protect
*As a physical wall, Alomomola shrugs off all attacks barr Sp. attacks. She easily switches into Dark, Ground and Rock type attacks that try and KO it's allies, Reuniclus, Darmanitan & Gengar. She also provides Wish support throughout the battle to ensure that my chances of being KO'ed are lessened, as well as stalling should she be needed to restore her own Hp, poison an unstatused foe or burn the opponent w/ Scald.*

Claydol@Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Calm
Ev.'s: 252 Sp.Defense/150 Hp/106 Defense
Attacks: EarthPower, Ice beam, Stealthrock & Rapidspin
*Claydol is my overall setter and spinner. Icebeam scares Dragons, Flying and opposing ground types. Ice beam also covers Grass types w/ poor Sp.defense such as Tangrowth. EarthPower rids me of Electric and Fire types w/ strong electric attacks as well as being uneffected by spikes and Earthquake. Stealthrock support allows my team's sweepers to OHKO what they can without having to worry about being revenge killed by sashed opponents.*

94.gif
Gengar@Blacksludge
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
Ev.'s: 252 peed/252 Sp.Attack/4 Hp
Attacks: OminousWind, GigaDrain, ConfuseRay & Substitute
*Gengar is the most unique of my Sp. Sweepers. His high speed, ability to avoid FakeOut+Normal gem Dw Hitmonlee(Unburden) and ability to confuse the foes fast is what makes him so wonderful. The combo of ConfuseRay+ Substitute+ OminousWind w/ the chance of all stats being boosted behind a substitute makes him a dangerousa threat to almost all teams. Along w/ OminousWind's use, it can become even stronger in Sp.Attack, Speed and both Defense stats. GigaDrain is for Hp recovery as it is more likely to be attacked on sight, plus substitute's cut in Hp. ConfuseRay is effective as it gives a chance for Gengar to set up the sub while the foe may hurt themselves in confusion.*

242.gif
Blissey@Leftovers
Ability: NaturalCure
Nature: Calm
Ev.'s:252 Hp/252 Sp.Defense/4 Defense
Attacks: SeismicToss, Rest, SleepTalk & Shadowball
*Blissey is pretty much as Sp.Bulky as my team gets. As a RestTalker, it can never be assured a OHKO by a Sp. attack. Seismictoss Blissey's precious gift as it always inflicts 100 Hp damage to the foe. Shadowball allows Blissey to hit Ghost types and need not to worry about being walled completely by Ghosts who think to switch in and try to set up on her.*

<Rate my team or give suggestions on how it can/may improve somewhat to become more effective, please?>

As a physically defensive bulky water, I'd go with Vaporeon. This set also offers wish support, which is welcomed too.

Vaporeon@Leftovers
EVs:248 HP 252 Def 8 SpD
Trait:Water Absorb
-Wish
-Protect
-Scald
-Roar/Toxic/Ice Beam

This is pretty much alomomola in OU form. Vappy has the same walling capabilities but also a way to hit other walls back. Quite frankly, alomomola offensive stats don't cut it in OU.
