Rate/fix my OU team

Opener: Pollitoad
@Leftovers
Surf
Ice beam
Perish song
Toxic
6 speed 252hp 252 special attack
I have to apparently write 3 sentences about this pokemon....Well pollitoad is really obvious the rain dance helps like 3/4 of my team out thats aobut it his perish song can stop people setting up and toxic is always good + ice beam for skarmory because people love to open skarmory and if you let skarmory set up you are going to loseee. Surf can also get over ninetales and thats a real bitch to your team as sunny day will kill you and there will be no rain also poli is a good sac as he isn't very useful apart from the rain
Keldeo
@leftovers
Justified
Calm mind
Secret sword
Substitute
Surf
252 Special attack 252 speed 4 special defence
Special attack sweeper if my opponent has a pollitoad I open with him and go subsi calm mind and then sweep with surf/secret sword hes really good so this is my special side of the team. I need to be careful of jellicent cos he is really shutting him down as his typing + ability makes my offensive moves useless against him so I cant get a sweep with him if they have jellicent

Ferrothorn
Leech seed
Power whip
Spikes
Stealth rocks
252hp 252 defence 4 attack
Ferrothorn is really a YOU HAVE TO RUN IT this format he is really really strong he is basicly the new skarmory so not much to say about him hes really a staple card like dark hole in yugioh (inb4 ban for yugioh reference) and I need rocks just incase they are running a volcarona because if that thing comes in and gets a few quiver dances I am a dead man

Rotom-Wash
Choice specs
Hydro pump
volt switch
Trick
HP ice
252 HP 252 Special attack 5 speed
Rotom-wash is REALLY good he is a anti-sweeper I could scarf him but I decided to go with specs he can take down a shit ton of pokemon by himself and the trick can also screw up teams like batton pass. I am really thinking to scarf him tho cos I have no scarf on this team so sometimes if they send in a sweeper and set up I have no answers so I dont know if I should scarf or keep specs

Gengar
Life orb
Substitute
Pain split
Focus blast
Shadow ball
4hp 252 special attack 252 speed
I really love Gengar he is one of my favourite competitive pokemon since gen 1 he will ALWAYS be a strong pokemon in my eyes as he can take down half a team within a blink of an eye although he does drop really fast as well which is kind of bad he is good in some battles and terrible in others I don't know if I should keep gengar but I love gengar so I probably will I also MIGHT scarf him and teach him some other things instead of subsi idk about this

Scizor
Leftovers
techinitian
Bullet punch
Swords dance
Superpower
Bug bite
252hp 252 attack 4 special defence
Scizor is the one I am thinking of replacing he doesn't seem to fit in with the team very well I am thinking toxicroak but he is VERY dependent on the rain and that could be bad if I verse sandstorm/sunny day but he isn't holding his ground at the moment unless I can get a few sword dances then he is AMAZING life orb is tempting but meh I don't think scizor is the best sweeper out there

Well this is my team at the moment please rate and fix

This team needs great improvement; overall it's good, it has counters that needs to be addressed to.

-First, I'd suggest Specially Defensive Jellicent over Gengar. Jellicent has overall better bulk, better recovery source, and outclasses Gengar when it comes to relying on bulk, which Gengar does with Substitute and Pain Split. Jellicent also has good synergy with Ferro, making an excellent defensive core, soemthing that benefits your team greatly; Hazards and a SpinBlocker. Plus, you already have Sub Keldeo, so Gengar is outclassed in that department. Gengar is powerful, but overall, it's lack of defenses is it's ultimate downfall, making Jellicent the better option for your team.

-Second, I'd replace Rotom-W with Choice Scarf Garchomp. Rotom-W doesn't do your team much justice with Specs, and Garchomp not only has the power, it also has the blazing speed to handle your biggest threats, Dragon-types and Magnezone. Your team also lacks a Scarfer, and Garchomp would make for a better Scarfer for your team than Rotom-W would, due to it ridding of your threats, notably Lati@s, Kyu-B, and Salamence, much better.

-Next, I'd change your Scizor's set to a Choice Band Set. Leftovers + the set you currently have doesn't match much; as Scizor is to hit as hard as it needs to. Scizor with Choice Band makes an excellent revenge killer with Choice Band; it allows Scizor to hit right on the go, not risk taking damage from Pokemon such as Landorus. It also allows you to handle opposing Ferrothorn's, Dragon-types, and Magnezone (if predicted right with Superpower.) Your team needs a Pokemon to hit right on the go, and setting up would cause Scizor to not be as effective. You didn't want/like Scizor as a sweeper, this set would help Scizor be a great wallbreaker as well.

-Finally, I'd add more Special Defense EV's to Ferrothorn. With those, Ferro can take a Hidden Power Fire much easier; sporting a 3HKO from Latios/Latias. Also, I'd change Power Whip to Gyro Ball; Dragons are a huge problem to your team, and not only can Ferro wall them, he can finish them with Gyro Ball, notably Garchomp, not managing to OHKO Ferro.

I hope my changes have helped your team; I wish you luck with the team in the future! =)

Thanks, I have changed kelldeo to a scarfer and changed out ferrothorn to Haxorus. I think rotom-W is pretty good though I don't really want to get rid of him but yea I might put ferro back and change gengar for haxorus or maybe a starmie. for scizor I wil probably band him thats actually a good idea thanks for that
