Rate/Help my two teams (noob)

Hi, this is me and my GF's first time really trying to make a competitive/decent team. This is for X Y physical games so we are restricted to non-Pokebank moves. So uh, to the teams :)

Her team:

Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Calm nature
Regenerator ability
252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Def EVs
Spore
Giga Drain
Sludge Bomb/Clear Smog
Synthesis/Toxic

She really likes Amoongus with Giga Drain and Synthesis, Spore you obviously can't pass up (can you?) and I think Sludge Bomb is good coverage, however Clear Smog clearing out stats can be a huge advantage as well. Regenerator allows it to switch in and out to take advantage of matchups. However some Pokemon give Amoonguss a really hard time. Anything with Sap Sipper is really tough for example.

Snorlax @ Chesto/Lum Berry?
Careful nature
Thick Fat ability
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def EVs
Rest
Return
Earthquake
Sleep Talk/Pursuit

Part of the core with Hydreigon and Gardevoir. This guy is slow but very tanky and packs a punch as well. If no Sleep Talk, a berry is a must, but she really likes Sleep Talk (which does admittedly reduce the coverage); for example without the third coverage anyone immune to normal and ground (say, a ghost with Levitate which is totally uncommon) completely walls this guy. The good news is though it's mostly ghosts with levitate.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Relaxed nature
Sturdy ability
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe EVs
Rapid Spin
Gyro Ball
Stealth Rock
Volt Switch/Spikes

Rapid spinner and Stealth Rock layer and often suicides for those two, but that's OK. Gyro Ball helps give some coverage and damage. He doesn't really learn any bug moves, so she likes Volt Switch for the last slot. The problem is, first it's special, second preserving a low HP Forretress doesn't necessarily help much anyway. Is there a better option for slot 4 that does direct damage / helps in more immediate situations than Spikes or Volt Switch? Both seem servicable though.

Hydreigon @ Assault Vest/Choice Specs/???
Modest nature
Levitate ability
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP EVs
Dark Pulse
Dragon Pulse
Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Surf
Roost/Flash Cannon/U-Turn/Surf

Basically a coverage sweeper. Dark Pulse helps a lot vs things like Gengar that wall Snorlax. Flamethrower helps vs ice pokemon they might send out against a dragon. For the last slot, U-Turn is always useful, Flash Cannon could help vs fairies they could send out, Roost could help to heal up, and Surf is an option also.

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Timid nature
Trace ability
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP EVs
Moonblast
Calm Mind
Psychic/Stored Power
Wish/Thunderbolt/Focus Blast

Buffing sweeper. Moonblast and Calm Mind are standard, I tend to prefer Psychic over Stored Power (better than Psychic at 2 Calm Minds), but both seem valid. She really likes Wish support on her team, but Focus Blast seems to give great coverage for her, and Thunderbolt is an option also.

Spiritomb @ Sitrus Berry
Calm/Adamant nature
Infiltrator ability
252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD EVs
Sucker Punch
Pursuit
Shadow Sneak
Will O Wisp

Looking for suggestions for the 6th slot for this team as well as all other help. I penciled in the Spiritomb she's using, but she doesn't really like it and wants to replace it.

My team:

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Sassy nature
Iron Barbs ability
252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD EVs
Stealth Rock
Leech Seed
Gyro Ball
Protect / Power Whip

Pretty standard for Ferrothorn I think? Could also run Thunder Wave but I'm just not convinced of its usefulness. I personally like sassy over relaxed to help with his 4x fire weakness, plus the fact that Iron Barbs encourages opponents to hit him with special (usually non-contact) moves. But nature and IVs could be shifted over to more defense as seems to be normal. I like protect more than the coverage Power Whip gives but could be convinced otherwise.

Azumarill @ Assault Vest/Choice Band
Adamant nature
Huge Power ability
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe EVs
Aqua Jet
Waterfall
Play Rough
Brick Break

Also can consider Superpower obviously instead of Brick Break, but I'm hesitant to lose Atk on a non-Belly Drum set. I have also considered Bulldoze instead of Waterfall, is it worth having two water type moves in order to have a priority move? Does a ground help his coverage at all?

Banette @ Banettenite
Adamant nature
Insomnia ability
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD EVs
Destiny Bond
Will O Wisp
Shadow Sneak
Taunt/Pursuit

The idea is to hopefully revenge kill one poke and then Destiny Bond for another. Will O Wisp can help get 2 for 1 also if he switches into a physical attacker maybe. I'm also a little uncertain if Taunt is super useful on Banette because you don't get Prankster the turn you switch in.

Clefable @ Light Clay
Bold nature
Magic Guard ability
252 HP / 252 def / 4 SpD EVs
Wish
Aromatherapy
Moonblast
Reflect/Light Screen

Not sure which screen benefits my team most, but that's the one I plan to run. Could also swap the second screen in exchange for Aromatherapy if that would be more beneficial, but I really like Aromatherapy. Overall I think this is a pretty standard Cleric set. I also kinda like the idea of a Cosmic Power/Stored Power/Moonblast/Moonlight Unaware Clefable.

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge ?
Calm nature
Clear Body ability
252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Def EVs
Rapid Spin
Scald/Surf
Sludge Bomb
Knock Off/Protect/Toxic Spikes/Toxic

Need help with this guy's set. I don't exactly know what the role of a Rapid Spinner exactly should be, but I know I dislike entry hazards so I want one of these guys. I'm even open to switching him out for another pokemon, but I do like to have kind of a stall-based team. I do like having both the water and poison stabs on the team, I think they fit nicely with the rest of my pokemon. He also deals best with fairies I think.

Volcarona @ Life Orb
Timid nature
Flame Body ability
252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 SpD EVs
Bug Buzz
Quiver Dance
Fiery Dance/Fire Blast
Morning Sun/Psychic/U-Turn/Hurricane

I like Volcarona a lot and I think she fits well into the rest of my team, even though I hate the x4 Rock weakness. I'm not convinced of the value of Fire Blast even though I see a lot of people run it on their sets (I hate miss chance, but it does hit really hard). And I need a lot of help with the last slot, I really like Morning Sun to give some recovery (especially if you can get a Quiver Dance or two going) but on the other hand physical attacks take her down really quick anyway so maybe it isn't worth it. Also I'm not sure how desperately she needs a coverage move, considering she'd only be relying on her two STABs if Morning Sun were used with Quiver Dance which is obviously going nowhere.

Anyway that's our teams, I'm pretty sure they're not very good but I hope you like them but more importantly I hope someone can give us some advice. Even if it's small like how to improve our EV spreads (which are obviously subpar).

Hello.

One team per RMT. I'm locking this. You can PM an updated version of the team(s) respecting the rules and I'll unlock it.
Have a nice day.
