I'm a relative n00b to competitive battling as I made a sandstorm team only a few weeks ago and and stuck with it but sometimes I just get nailed. Anyway here is the team....

HIPPOWDON@Leftovers Impish 176hp/84def/248spD
Stealth Rock/Stockpile/Roar/Slack Off
Def/SpD Wall and Lead. Gets Stealth rock up first then stockpiles to max and then roars opponents team.

TYRANITAR@Choice Band Adamant 180hp/252 atk/76spe
Stone Edge/Crunch/Pursuit/Aqua Tail
Physical Sweeper

GLISCOR@Bright Powder Jolly 252 hp/spD
Substitute/Knock Off/Roost/Earthquake
Starts with substitute then uses knock off.

SANDSLASH@Bright Powder Adamant 252 atk/hp
Substitute/Swords Dance/Earthquake/Rapid Spin
Starts with substitute then swords dances and sweeps. Rapid spin comes in handy too

SWAMPERT@Leftovers Careful 252 spD/hp
Curse/Sleep Talk/Rest/Waterfall
Special wall

HEATRAN@Choice Scarf Naive 252 spA/spe
Fire Blast/Earth Power/Explosion/HP Elec
Special attacker. hp elec for gyarados.
I sometimes use this pokemon too....

CRADILY@Leftovers Careful 252 hp/def
Stockpile/Recover/Toxic/Rock Slide
Def/spD wall. With suction cups can be a right nuisance lol
As you can see this team relies on bright powder+sand veil a lot of the time but the effectiveness is usually good though.

Sandslash is completely shut down by anything that resists Earthquake anyway, unless you plan on killing Gyarados with Rapid Spin.

I won't go too far into minimodding but I suggest you expand the descriptions and fast before Haunter locks it or anything.

yeah I created a topic before without descriptions and he deleted it so this time I include them and hearing its still not enough?! it should be obvious what the roles are anyway after seeing movesets, nature and evs!

so yeah I can take rapid spin off sandslash. To be honest it had another attacking move before but someone said give it rapid spin

You probably don't get it. Previously your "RMT" was level zero. Now it's level one.

I believe we require at least a level three, i.e. Pictures, one-paragraph descriptions, proper formatting, appealing names and themes, and maybe a team building process.

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Take a look at the RMT archive to see what kind of descriptions we are looking for. PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
