Rate my 5th Gen Standard OU team!

I'm about to show you my 5th Gen Standard OU team.
I'm having some trouble with certain pokemon, and I want you guys to help me out.
Without further ado,here's my team:

635.gif

Sazandora/Hydreigon - Modest @ Choice Scarf
252 Sp.attack/252 Speed/6 HP
-Draco Meteor
-Flamethrower
-Dark Pulse
-U-turn

Mainly used as a revenge killer with Draco Meteor and Dark Pulse,it helps me take care of pesky Ghosts and Psychic types like Gengar and Specs Latios.
With Flamethrower,it just laughs at Steel types not named Heatran and with U-turn,I can gain some momentum on predicted switches whilst being able to hit Tyranitar for a bit of damage. Overall a very important pokemon in my team thanks to its resistances to Ground,Fire,Electric,Water,Grass,Ghost,Dark, and Psychic.

Jolteon - Modest - Choice Specs
252 Sp.A/252 Speed/6 HP
-T-bolt
-Volt Change
-Shadow Ball
-HP Ice

Similar to Hydreigon,Jolteon is amazing for revenge killing, but I use him to kill bulky waters, which would otherwise be very annoying for my team.
Volt Change is once again, used for momentum while still hitting hard,Shadow Ball lets me hit Latios, whom I out speed by 8 points and HP Ice is there for a Pseudo BoltBeam combo and allows me to hit other dragons(and Ground types) harder than just using Shadow ball.
Being able to switch in on Thunder Waves and other Electric attacks is immensely helpful as well.

Breloom.png

Breloom - Jolly @ Toxic Orb
252 Attack/252 Speed/6HP
-Focus Punch
-Stone Edge
-Spore
-Substitute

The classic SubPunch set.
I don't have much to say really, other than he collides with another member of my team(you'll see) and he doesn't really do much.

073.gif

Tentacruel - Calm @ Leftovers(Liquid Ooze)
252 Hp/252 Sp.Def/6 Sp.attack
-Surf
-Giga Drain
-Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin

My team is not all that stallish, but Toxic Spikes really wear down opposing sweepers and walls.
Tentacruel is just amazing. Laying hazards, spinning them away, absorbing opposing Toxic Spikes, and being able to tank some special hits.
He's also great against Rain teams since he resists most of their attacks and can hit some of them for Super Effective damage.
Mainly used to tank some special hits for my team whilst laying hazards.

Nattorei - Impish @ Leftovers
252 HP/252 Def/6 Attack
-Power Whip
-Gyro Ball
-Stealth Rock
-Leech Seed

Acting as a physical wall and being able to take Dragon,Water, and Electric(Especially for Tentaruel) attacks for my team while, like Tentacruel, laying hazards and causing mayhem with Leech Seed.
With Gyro Ball,he can punish pokemon that boost their speed to obscene levels and with Power Whip,he can handle some Water types as well.
My best weapon against SubSeeders and Toxic stallers.

609.gif

Shandera/Chandelure - Timid @ Salac Berry(Flame Body)
252 Sp.Attack/252 Speed/6 Def
-Fire Blast
-Shadow Ball
-Substitute
-Calm Mind

An experimental set. Shandera laughs at most walls.
With a great amount of Sp.attack, decent speed, being able to take weak Super Effective moves, and making walls like Blissey and Porygon2 cry,Shandera is a great team player and an awesome late-game sweeper.
With dual STAB moves, only a select few pokemon can truly wall me and with a Salac Berry,I can boost my speed to finish the game.
Flame Body is there just so I don't get walled by Porygon2 and to troll physical hits from the likes of Scizor.

Well, that was my team. Please rate it,and help me find what would make it better!

Threats List:
(No pictures, sorry, but the computer is super slow today and it would be hell to put them all)

-Heatran
Not only can he hit my whole team for Super Effective damage,he's pretty bulky and can be hard to take down and with so many sets,he's always trouble.

-Gliscor
Poison,great healing,good attack and defense stats,immunity to status(Poison heal),and a ton of resistances.
Gliscor is always a pain to take down no matter the set.

-Tyranitar
Sandstorm whittles down my pokemon's health as he smashes through everything. He's also incredibly bulky and as Breloom is the only pokemon with a fighting type move,he's super hard to scare off at times.

Well,I know that list is short, but I truly don't have much trouble with much else.

From what I can tell, if Tentacruel is gone, variants of Heatran without a Scarf look like they could wreck your team, as well as Urugamosu (hehehehehehehe...Volcarona). Perhaps if you tried Roobushin or Goruugu as an alternative to Breloom, since you say that he doesn't do much and Roobushin and Goruugu can play similarly as tanks. You could try...

Roobushin @ Leftovers (Encourage)
Adamant-252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
-Bulk Up
-Mach Punch
-Drain Punch
-Payback

OR

Goruugu @ Choice Band (No Guard)
Adamant-252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
-Shadow Punch
-Earthquake
-Dynamic Punch
-Rock Slide

Why, does it not boost all moves, but cancel secondary effects? If it does, I see no problem. If it doesn't, sorry, I don't use it too often. In that case, just use Guts, unless you want stronger priority and more health from Iron Fist. Sorry.

You might want to read up on exactly how Encourage/Sheer Force works. None of those moves you listed gets an Encourage boost.
