Start off with reflect and then flame orb will kick in and alakazam will be burned the synchronise effect will then be passed onto the opposing pokemon, whose attack will be lowered further. Trick can be used to pass on the burn effect if the opponent switches. psychic can be used then with alakazams speed and sp att. to inflict a lot of damage, along with its relatively ok sp. def.

So any feedback would be appreciated, but try not to be too critical!

Okay. Let's assume Bold nature, since your spread seems to be 252HP/252 Def/4 whatever

You basically made a sluggish Alakazam with mediocre SpAtk that probably won't live to put a Reflect on.

Flame Orb doesn't work with Synchronize.
Trick exchanges items, so you only can pass on Flame Orb to one pokémon. Damned you if you give it to a Guts abuser.

This Alakazam won't do "a lot of damage" with that speed and only 306 SpAtk with Psychic, a poor coverage type. And it won't live to use Recover.

If you want to spread Burn to the opponent, use Psycho Shift Cresselia. She does everything this Alakazam does infinitely better.
