Rate my battle frontier team if you can.

Okay, to make things clear, since this is a battle frontier team, it'll have only three pokemon. Not six. (Got an infraction. X_X ) I just hope that by 'EV spread', zerowing did not mean exact stats.

Anyway, here are the three pokies I use at the battle frontier.

I need advice on items.

Meh sweeper: Garchomp (OMG! An OU/Uber. Shocking, no?)
Nature: Jolly
Ability : Sand Viel
EV trained in Attack and speed.
Stone Edge (for all those icies)
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Crunch

Meh something-that-is-good-in-offense-AND-defense: Metagross (Oh, no! Another pseudo-legendary)
Nature : Adamant
Ability: Clear Body
EV trained in Attack and defense
Explosion(just in case)
Zen Headbutt
Meteor Mash
Brick Break

Meh Trump Card: Spiritomb (Oh the horror. NO weaknesses?!)
Nature : Rash
Ability : Pressure
Ev trained in Sp.Attack and Sp.Defense.
Dark Pulse
Psychic
Shadow Claw
Shock Wave/Calm Mind (What do you suggest?)

I usually use Giratina, Empoleon, Infernape and Torterra (least desired) if I have to use 6 pokemon like in the league and cafe and all. I used vitamins and stuff to get them EV trained. And please, no flaming on using Garchomp. I like them , thankyou very much. Also suggest better moves if you feel so. Well, rate me if you can. I wouldn't mind if someone suggested a poke in place of my Spiritomb.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

15. As a site dedicated to competitive battling, we request that your team is as competitive as possible within its given metagame. In-game teams, gimmick teams and teams that demonstrate a lack of understanding of the metagame will be closed. Battle Tower teams are permitted. "Theme Teams" are also OK as long as they demonstrate an understanding of the competitive metagame they are to be used in. This is completely up to the discretion of the mods.

I'm not sure if a mix Spiritomb with Shadow Claw and Shock Wave is competitively viable. Also, take a look around other teams in the forum to see what is expected for EV spreads, etc. I'm not going to infract you here because you're new and have just received one, but please pay attention to the rules if you post another RMT, thanks.
