Rate my battle frontier team

Okay, to make things clear, since this is a battle frontier team, it'll have only three pokemon. Not six. I desperately need advice on items.

Meh sweeper: Garchomp (OMG! An OU/Uber. Shocking, no?)
Nature: Jolly
Ability : Sand Viel
EV = 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Stone Edge
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Crunch

Meh something-that-is-good-in-offense-AND-defense: Metagross (Oh, no! Another pseudo-legendary)
Nature : Adamant
Ability: Clear Body
EV = 252 Atk/4 Sp.Def/252 Def
Explosion
Zen Headbutt
Meteor Mash
Brick Break

Meh Trump Card: Spiritomb (Oh the horror. NO weaknesses?!)
Nature : Rash
Ability : Pressure
Ev 252 Sp.Atk./4 HP/252 Sp.Def
Dark Pulse
Psychic
Shadow Claw
Shock Wave/Calm Mind (What do you suggest?)

Ok, here’s the strategy:

Open with Garchomp who is, undoubtedly a very good offense. Earthquake should mostly OHKO and if it doesn’t Crunch would kill. Especially if the first one against me is a psychic/ghost. Now, if I face another Dragon against me, Dragon Claw would take him down. Stone Edge exists to destroy the birds and half icies. And if I feel like taking a risk, I could take down the Glaceon in front of me too. But suppose I get a Milotic/Gyarados (Who ALWAYS seem to have Ice Fang.) I switch out to something which has a good offense, defense and has water and ice on his resistances.

Metagross takes down stuff with Meteor Mash, Zen Headbutt as part of his main Arsenal. But for all the Darks and Normals (like Blissey who never die), Brick Break ought to do the trick. But suppose a lot of HP goes down or something problematic comes up for the third poke like a fire breather and my Garchomp is down, Explosion’s the way to go.

Then comes in Spiritomb. If I’m in a tight spot I could always use Spiritomb which has no weaknesses and three immunities to take out the critter in front. Now, I’m confused between Shock Wave and Calm Mind because if you think about it, I have NOTHING to counter water types with. Not to mention Grass but I think Garchomp’s Earthquake would take down part poisons and Dragon Claw could help too.

I usually use Giratina, Empoleon, Infernape and Torterra (least desired) if I have to use 6 pokemon like in the league and cafe and all. And please, no flaming on using Garchomp. I like them , thankyou very much. Also suggest better moves if you feel so. Well, rate me if you can. I wouldn't mind if someone suggested a poke in place of my Spiritomb (I thought a Gengar would be a good choice but he’s taken down by Psychic attacks thanks to the half-posion type. Damn you Nintendo jerks!)

I would personally give Garchomp some sort of Fire move, whether it be Flamethrower, Fire Blast, etc. as it means you can hit ANY Pokemon in the game for at least neutral damage.

Meatgross is good but I would personally give it Bullet Punch for outspeeding faster Ice and Rock types like Rampardos, Glaceon, etc.

I would replace Shadow Claw with Shadow Ball on Spiritomb and choose CM to boost your Special Attack, as it allows for a potential special sweep if they lack a good special wall like Blissey.

In short, a Fire move for Garchomp, Bullet Punch for Metagross, Shadow Ball > Shadow Claw and Calm Mind on Spiritomb.

Rather meh team atm. I'd recommend to make Chomp's moveset SD/Outrage/EQ/Fire Blast. SD gives it ridiculous power to tear through nigh on anything. The other moves net it STAB and perfect neutral coverage.

On Metagross, make it the Agiligross mentioned in the analysis. This helps it outpace and defeat common threats.

And for Spiritomb... I like Spiritomb, but I'd say replace it with perhaps a Jolly Mamoswine. It'll get you revenge kills on Dragons with Ice Shard, and nothing will like a STAB EQ from that attack stat.

Hope this helps.

EDIT: Items. LO for Chomp and Metagross, with the option of Yache Berry for Chomp or Leftovers for Metagross. For Spiritomb, Leftovers, but if you go Mamoswine probably LO, although the analysis for Mamoswine may suggest something different.
