ORAS OU Rate my Bisharp Team

Hi All!
I haven't played the game for almost a year now, so I'm trying to get back into competitive pokemon.
I've recently made an OU team around Bisharp, but my performance with it hasn't been so well. Can you guys tell me what I should change that would make this Bisharp team better?

Hi there Frosty_Black, cool team. However, I would advise you to add at least 3 sentences of description to each Pokemon to explain the set according to the RMT rules and add at least some sprites and/or colour to your RMT, for it will draw more people to give it a rate.

Otherwise, for your team I would get a Pokemon that can learn Rapid Spin or Defog like Excadrill to remove the Stealth Rock for Charizard loses 50% of its health when it switches in.

But that's only my 0.02c
