Rate my BL/UU team

Please note, this team is for BL/UU play, any advice that involves anything besides what can happen in OU is appreciated but it will sadly be over looked.

I'm not sure about my ability in BL/UU, nor my teambuilding skill in it, so I'm assuming somebody out there might be able to tell me how good, or bad my team is as of now.

I'll basically list each pokemon and what its purpose to the team is.

Staraptor@Choice Band
Jolly
EVs:6 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed
-Close Combat
-Brave Bird
-Double Edge
-U-turn
Notes:He serves as my lead. Brave Bird hits heavy with recoil but dishes out serious damage. I used Double Edge for basically the same purpose as Brave Bird:Strong STAB.

Vileplume@Leftovers
Modest
EVs:252 HP/252 Spec. Atk/6 Speed
-Sunny Day
-Energy Ball(thinking about switching to Solarbeam, but not sure if the low PP would be an issue since this 'Plume is built around staying alive)
-Hidden Power Psychic
-Moonlight
Notes:With Sunny Day, Moonlight is 100% recovery, the sole purpose of Vileplume is to stay alive as long as possible and put a dent in the enemy

Hypno@Leftovers(Insomnia)
Calm
EVs:252 HP/56 Def/200 Spec Def
-T.Wave
-S.Toss
-Psychic
-Reflect
Notes:I don't have a Hypno with Wish = \

Weezing@Leftovers
Bold
EVs:252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 Spec Def
-Pain Split
-Haze
-T.Bolt
-Will-O-Wisp
Notes:Haze is good in case I run across any pokemon trying to stat up

Ninetails@Wide Lens
Timid
EVs:252 Speed/252 Spec Atk/6 HP
-Fire Blast
-Energy Ball
-N.Plot
-Hypnosis
Notes:Fire Blast at first seems like a joke but with Wide-Lens it has roughly 93.5% chance to hit

Rampardos@Choice Scarf
Jolly
EVs:252 Attack/252 Speed/6 HP
-Zen Headbutt
-Head Smash
-EQ
-Crunch
Notes:He seems to be a good lead, but I find him useful with Head Smash later on when the enemy is worn down and can't really counter him effectively

This is my 1st attempt at a BL/UU team so please let me know if my team has any potential or if major work needs to be done, so far my record with the team has been 3-1 but I'm not sure how competent my enemies were, or if I just got lucky or what.

EDIT:Picked up a typo at the start...whoops!

Is this for Wi-fi or Shoddy Battle?

If its for Wi-fi ignore this post.

If its Shoddy then you have a problem in that BL/UU does not exist as a metagame.

Therefore you will need to decide whether you want to continue with this team and try it in OU, or whether you are going to eliminate the BL pokemon (Staraptor, Weezing, Rampardos) to make it eligible for UU.

BL/UU essentially equals BL. Anyway about the team, I'll just give some individual pokemon changes. I'm not too familiar with BL threats so can't really how you how your team will do as a whole.

I'd replace double edge on raptor. Doesn't need it to be honest. It only hits electrics harder than BB so not really worth the slot. Instead I'd give it quick attack. It hits hard for a priority move.

Replace energy ball for solarbeam if you want. It depends on how successful you are at setting up the sun though. If you're finding it hard, then stick to energy ball. PP is not a problem. I guarantee you your vileplume will not be alive long enough to use all of the PP no matter how much you think it'll hang around. Get rid of HP psychic. Useless. Either go for HP fire for boosts from the sun, HP ice for coverage or sludge bomb for stab.

Don't use headsmash on rampardos, use stone edge. You get hit for way too much recoil with headsmash and rampardos is fragile. Zen headbutt is iffy, personally I'd go with focus punch or pursuit but well if you like the flinch...
