Rate My Competitive (Standard OU) Wifi battle team

This is probably my first attempt at OU standard rules, because I am begining to find NU boring.

Starting Info
This team is an OU or mixed tier team. It is mainly an offensive team with only one or maybe two walls. Success is based on how I set up for my two sweepers and use the utility pokemon two provide some support.

Set up Guys

THE LEAD
477.png

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 HP/ 4 Att/ 252 Speed
Nature: Jolly
-Taunt
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
-Uturn
General: This gliscor is your basic lead gliscor set. It can come in outspeed the enemy set up stealth rocks and get out. With a jolly nature and the EV spread it can outspeed most base 90 speed pokemon. However Gliscor can also get out with Uturn which also gives it a way to hurt pokes with levitate.
What he does against other leads:
482.gif
Azelf: One of the two common leads that has a faster taunt than Gliscor. I can just switch to Heatran and get a sub on the switch though.

068.gif
Machamp: One of my worst nightmares. I almost always lose at least one poke to this thing. I usually try getting in damage and revenge it with something.

149.gif
Dragonite: A little bit tough. I have to switch around till I get to Starmie for the Ice Beam usually.

407.gif
Roserade: I taunt it and laugh in its face as I set up my rocks.

260.gif
Swampert: A bit of a problem, but not too much of one. I switch to Starmie on the Ice Beam and Hydro Pump.

485.gif
Heatran: Taunt, set up my rocks, Earthquake it.

248.gif
Tyranitar: Taunt, SR, EQ.

291.gif
Ninjask: SR on the Protect and Taunt after the sub.

376.gif
Metagross: Taunt, SR, EQ.

142.gif
Aerodactyl: The second common lead that can use taunt before me. I switch to Starmie and Surf usually, sadly, it has a sash.

385.gif
Jirachi: SR regardless if it uses Trick or SR itself and switch to Heatran on the U-Turn. Sadly, it scouts one of my pokes.

392.gif
Infernape: Take the Fake Out, SR, and then Earthquake (although Fire Blast will do a nice chunk) or switch to Starmie.

Set up some defense
483.png

Froslass @ Light Clay
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 Speed/ 4 HP/ 252 SpA
Nature: Timid
-Ice Beam
-Shadow Ball
-Light Screen
-Relfect
General: Froslass can outspeed most pokemon and can easily get up both screens. Ice Beam and Shadow Ball provide two STAB attacks that can help Froslass get out of a jam or get a quick Super Effective move on an unsuspecting pokemon. Froslass is somewhat hard to switch into but can come in after my lead or a core pokemon is killed.
Synergy: Froslass has many weaknesses, however he isn't necessarily supposed to survive. However I could switch into starmie to deal with most of its counters.

Core

Super Spinner
121.png

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP, 4 SpA, 252 Speed
Nature: Timid
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin
-Grass Knot
General: Starmie's most important feature is Rapid Spin to get rid of nasty entry hazards. Also, Starmie is a great pokemon to switch into because it knows three types of moves and is an answer to most of my teams counters. With a timid nature Starmie can outspeed most pokemon and get off quick moves. Starmie is also somewhat of a wall pokemon with HP EVs and base defenses of 85.
Synergy: As mentioned earlier Starmie can come in and be a backup plan to the super effectives to Froslass, Blaziken, and Alakazam.

Cleric Wall
241.png

Milktank @ Leftovers
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 HP/ 136 SpD/ 120 Def
Nature: Impish
-Milk Drink
-Heal Bell
-Toxic
-Body Slam
General: Miltank is one of the most sturdy Pokémon in existence, and learns plenty of great moves to support her team. Heal Bell is a rare move, and Miltank is one of its bulkiest users, so she has few problems ridding herself and her team of status afflictions. Milk Drink is her signature move, and instant recovery is a massive boost to any defensive Pokemon. Body slam provides a STAB attack and can maybe cause parahacks. Also, with Toxic milktank could stall a poke out with its great defenses and milk drink recovery.
Synergy: Milktank is easy to switch into due to its great defenses and its ability to heal. This is the backbone of my team.

Sweepers

Special Trick
65.png

Alakazam @ Choice Specs
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 SpA/ 4 HP/ 252 Speed
Nature: Timid
-Psychic
-Energy Ball
-Focus Blast
-Trick
General: This Special Sweeper has to possible move options. I can stick with the choice specs to give alakazam a special attack of 573 and a base speed of 120. Its other route is to trick its choice specs to an enemy in order to just be annoying. If I give a certain pokemon the specs it could take it out of the match completely. Alakazams only counters are sucker punch or shadow sneak which could possibly one shot him.
Synergy: Little synergy because he is hard to switch into. However his counters are covered by Froslass.

"The Star" My Physical Sweeper
257.png

Blaziken @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Att/ 156 Speed/ 100 HP
Nature: Adamant (or Jolly)
-Agility
-Brave Bird
-Flare Blitz
-Rest
General: This pokemon is my physical sweeper that Froslass sets up for with dual screens. With agility Blaziken can outspeed most pokemon and hit them with Brave Bird or Flare Blitz to do massive damage. Rest is the recovery move for when he gets low on health.
Synergy: All of Blazikens counters can be dealt with by starmie with its various moves. Blaziiken normally will come in after froslass sets up screens and is killed.

Thank You

Why would you use Miltank instead of Blissey?
Try this set:
Blissey @ Leftovers
~ Aromatherapy
~ Softboiled
~ Seismic Toss / Flamethower
~ Thunder Wave / Toxic
Bold 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
It has a lot better stats.
Also, Froslass is a crap dual screener, as it has awful defenses. Try this. (As well as getting good physical walling along with Blissey)
Bronzong @ Light Clay
~ Reflect
~ Light Screen
~ Gyro Ball / Earthquake
~ Explosion
Relaxed 252 HP / 152 Atk / 8 Def / 96 SpD

I think they will work much, much better.
