Baton Passer (Lead)
dpmfa291.png

Ninjask @ Focus Sash
EVs: 176 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Spd
Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Protect
- X-Scissor
- Baton Pass
- Swords Dance

Ninjask uses Protect in the first turn to guarantee a Speed Boost. It'll then Swords Dance in the next turn to boost attack and guarantee survival compliments of Focus Sash. After one more Protect for another Speed Boost, Ninjask will Baton Pass the next turn the boosts to Weavile. If damaging weather such as Sandstorm is in play, Ninjak will use Protect for a Speed Boost and switch to either Forretress or Blissey depending on the opponent.

Physical Sweeper
dpmfa461.png

Weavile @ Focus Sash
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spd
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Pursuit
- Ice Shard
- Brick Break
- Night Slash

Focus Sash will guarantee that Weavile lives after the Baton Pass so Weavile can sweep from there. With the Speed Boosts, Jolly nature no longer becomes a necessity so Weavile gets an Adamant nature for added power. Ice Shard and Night Slash, both of which get STAB, will be Weavile's main options of sweeping with Ice Shard being chosen over Ice Punch to counter other moves with a Priority + 1. Brick Break is for type coverage and Pursuit for fleeing foes. If anyone can recommend an EV spread that will guarantee Weavile's survival without the need for Focus Sash but still a sufficient amount of sweeping abilities, it would be greatly appreciated.

PseudoHazer / Sleep Inducer
dpmfa169.png

Crobat @ Leftovers
EVs: 124 HP / 132 SAtk / 252 Spd
Nature: Timid (+Spd, - Atk)
- Taunt
- Air Slash
- Hypnosis
- Whirldwind

Once Forretress and Blissey have set up the Spikes / Stealth Rock, Crobat will just happily Whirlwind away all the remaining opponents that Weavile hasn't already taken care of and let them get killed by the field affecting items. The EV Spread makes Crobat super fast so that it can outspeed almost everything and it can also make a good PseudoHazer because of that. Anything that resists any of the field affecting items gets put to sleep by Hypnosis, Taunted to avoid Sleep Talking and finished off with Air Slash.

Anti-Spin
dpmfa477.png

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Def / 180 SpD
Nature: Careful (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Pain Split
- Fire Punch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunderpunch

Because field affecting items are such an important part of my team's strategy, it's only appropriate that it gets a Rapid Spinner killer. Fire Punch and Thunderpunch take care of the most common Rapid Spinners in the game while defensive minded Rapid Spinners such as Donphan will have to run from Dusknoir or risk getting its attack power crippled by Will-O-Wisp. Of course, Pain Split functions as Dusknoir's main means of recovery.

Spiker / Rapid Spinner / Physical Wall
dpmfa205.png

Forretress @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
IVs: 0 Spd
Nature: Relaxed (+Def, -Spd)
- Spikes
- Gyro Ball
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic Spikes

Once Weavile eats up a majority of the opponent's team, Forretress and Blissey will take over. If the opponent is a physical sweeper, then Forretress will wall it while setting up spikes. While a physical sweeper helplessly tries to break down Forretress, it'll set up Spikes and Toxic Spikes while Rapid Spinning away the opponent's if there are any. Should the oppoent switch to a special sweeper, then naturally, Forretress will switch to Blissey. If necessary, Foretress will attack with Gyro Ball.

Stealth Rock / Aromatherapist / Special Wall
dpffa242.png

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
- Softboiled
- Stealth Rock
- Seismic Toss
- Aromatherapy

If the opponent is a special sweeper, then Blissey will wall it while setting up Stealth Rock. Aromatherapy will cure any Pokemon inflicted with status conditions while Softboiled recovers Blissey's HP. Again, if necessary, Blissey will attack with Seismic Toss. Should the opponent switch to a physical sweeper to take down Blissey, then Foretress will switch in.

Well, first off, I like your team and it's general strategy, sounds like fun.

Im no pokemon expert so take my advice with a grain of salt, but it seems like wiht the fun speed boosts and attack boosts you might want a more bulky reciever. Weavile is a beast but don't you think that it would have a overkill speed and attack? I might have picked something more like TTar (though idk how sandstorm would work with this team), or something else pretty bulky like chomp or nite, maybe rhyperior?

Another thing is that I think that your strategy seems maybe reversed? It seems like it would be logical to set up your rocks and spikes first and shuffle around with crobat, then sweep a weakened team. Also it seems like your team is somewhat of a one-trick pony. If your initial strat doesnt quite go as planned you are in somewhat of a bind.

Cool, fun looking team, but I don't know how well it will do.

I see a problem in your strategy. The pokemons your passing speed to are already speedy (Crobat and Weavile) and your only other options are just not an option to past the speed boost to, as it'll be pointless. First things first, I would recommend running a Jolly Weavile with Choice Band, as this best suits your current Weavile's moveset. This allows Weavile to be a lot more independent and can work well without the help of Ninjask.

Next thing, I recommend ditching Ninjask for something more useful to your team. Just taking a glance at it, you have a glaring and obvious Lucario weak, notable the Swords Dance variant, who can OHKO every single one of your pokemon. You're probably looking on something along the lines of Zapdos, Gliscor, Gyarados or Salamence to do the job. Seeing how you lack a reliable special sweeper/attacker, Zapdos and Salamence would be your better options for now. Variants of these you should consider is the Restalk Zapdos, defensive roosting Zapdos, MixMence or SpecsMence.

Looking at some defensive threats, Celebi + Heatran + a bulky water is a problem you'll have dealing with. Let's take a look back at our open slot. Heatran and Celebi can wall them to no end. SpecsMence poses a threat to all of them so that is still a viable option. It probably won't survive as long as it is your only 'good' Lucario switchin, thus you'll need something that can just recover off the damage. This leaves use with one best option, MixMence with Roost.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Nature: Rash (you don't want a -Atk, Def, Spe or SpA nature here)
EVs: 120 Atk, 136 Spe, 252 SpA
~ Draco Meteor
~ Fire Blast
~ Brick Break
~ Roost

PS. Ontop of that, MixMence is a nice unpredictable lead.

On top of what the other writers said, like Bulkier lead, and MixApe weakness, you also happen to have three Rock Weaknesses and not 1 resistance, fear of Bulky Sweepers(ie Tyranitar with More HP than 4, Rhyperior, Metagross) as well as Mixed Dragons, and Sandstrorm issues. I also see this team struggling to find itself in either an offensive or defensive stance.

I would recommend switching Forretress with Bronzong. At first, this seems bad, as you lose Spikes and Toxic Spikes, but it allows Blissey to use another move over Stealth Rock to hurt Gengar, and Bronzong uses it better anyway. You get a Rock resistance and lessen problems with several threats, especially Metagross and Rhyperior. To furthur back that up, replace Crobat with Gliscor, it can then block those Pokemon furthur, all the while going the BP style. Swords Dance is probably the better pass option for Gliscor because then you can completely forget Ninjask and go for a Salamence, with a +2 Attack boosted CBMence or DDMence you have a sweep at your fingertips.

This basically leaves you with these teamwise:
Salamence over Ninjask
Bronzong over Forretress
Gliscor over Crobat

You will still have problems with Dragons and MixApe(Partially), but those can bee worked around, you can use Dusknoir to Burn them and then Blissey(With Ice Beam) beats MixMence and outstalls Chain Chomp. MixApe is just proper deception, switching in Blissey, Dusknoir and Salamence to wear it down with Life Orb damage and then finishing it with a swift attack, just be careful how you do so.
