Rate my First pre-pokebank OU Team!

Hiya, I'm relatively new to competitive battling, so any criticism is welcome! I have read a decent amount about it, without posting anything (I tried once but it was not in the right forum, so got blocked ;-) Hopefully I'll get it right this time!) So here I'll try again! I'm playing on cartridge (so no pokebank, and with a (probably) smaller level than on sims).

here's my team!

Lead (usually)/ sp wall

upload_2013-12-3_21-48-3-jpeg.5066

Tyranitar, Adamant hard stone/ Tyranitarite
Ability: sand stream
252 EV HP ; 32 EV att; 224 EV sp def
  • Crunch
  • stealth rock
  • stone edge
  • earthquake

A pretty normal lead here, if not a little original (given abysmal speed)? Given the amounts of Charziards and Talonflames out there right now, getting up SR is a priority for me, as it also breaks sturdy, focus sash etc. Its' sp def can tank a lot of hits, especially in the sandstorm (even super effective) and therefore he doubles as a special wall. Stone edge to hit flying, EQ to hit rock/ ice/ steel/ poison (you know the type tables better than me!) and crunch as a relatively powerful stab to scare away psychics and ghosts (also scares away/deals with magic bounce users like Espeon). He usually takes a decent amount of damage in the first two rounds, but then switches out. If I clearly see someone going to make mincemeat out of him (Roserade for example), I send out Skarmory to scare it off/ deal with it. Maybe use rest instead of EQ (Hydreigon has it) and have him hold a lum berry for longer use?

Sometimes, when I am unsure on what Pokemon the opponent is leading with, I'll lead with Rotom, his high speed + volt switch allows me to place Tyranitar if I can, is that a decent move or should I try to limit it?

Defensive wall:

Skarmory, Impish Leftovers
Ability:
sturdy
224 HP / 252 Def / 32 SpD
  • spikes
  • brave bird
  • whirlwind
  • roost

Great physical wall, Skarmory is my main reply to Gliscor. He walls him beautifully, and they are all over the place right now... Place spikes to add on to Tyranitar's SR, brave bird to deal some damage and not fall prey to taunt, roost to heal and whirlwind to throw an annoying/overpowered opponent out, and deal hazards damage in the same process.

All-Arounder:

Rotom wash, Modest @choice scarf
ability:
levitation
100 EV HP ; 252 EV sp att ; 156 EV speed
  • will-o-wisp
  • trick
  • volt switch
  • hydro pump
A very decent revenge killer thanks to choice scarf. Out-speeds almost anything out there (not boosted). Volt switch to mess around with opponent (force the switch then switch yourself). Hydro pump for the stab, will-o-wisp to cripple physical attackers, and trick to force switches. Rotom is also my answer to Azumarill who can tear half my team apart in no time... Volt switch takes of a decent amount of health, and then I switch to Scizor and use bullet punch.

I was wondering whether I should run scald instead of Hydro pump, as it is more accurate and might give the opponent a burn, so I can take away will-o-wisp and have a free slot with something else?

Offensive and Mega Evolution:

Scizor, Adamant @Scizorite
Ability:
technician
248 EV HP ; 252 EV att ; 8 EV Speed
  • pursuit
  • Bullet Punch
  • U-turn
  • Roost
So this is my main mega evo, boosting a already very decent attack and defense. bullet punch is there for revenge kill, pursuit to get evident switches, u-turn has the same function as volt switch with Rotom, and roost is there for longevity. Scizor is my main threat to fairies, resisting them and hitting hard. Forcing the switches also deals the entry hazards damage I have hopefully put down before. Scizor has very good offensive a defensive synergy with Rotom, and so these two effectively form the core of my team.

Mixed attacker:

Hydreigon, Mild, Expert Belt
Ability:
Levitate
4 EV HP ; 252 EV SpA ; 252 EV Spe
  • Draco Meteor
  • Fire Blast
  • Earthquake
  • Roost
So this is my mixed offense. I don't have a pokemon in my team with very high special attack, so Hydreigon has 2/3 offensive moves special. Fire blast is the only fire move in my team, and takes care of ferrothorn, Forretress, Skarmory, and bulky grass types (for the most part). Draco meteor is to hit hard on anything that doesn't resist it, and earthquake is the physical move, to use on special walls (Tyrantiar, Blissey, etc) Roost is here to keep him as long as possible in play. I just have to be careful to that 4 times fairy weakness... Expert belt is chosen over life orb to stay in the fray longer, though since I use roost, I should maybe run life orb?

Support:
upload_2013-12-18_22-45-36.jpeg

Sylveon, Bold, Light clay
Ability:
cute charm
252 HP; 252 Defense, 4 EV sp defense
  • Wish
  • Reflect
  • Light Screen
  • Moonblast
So this is my team support. First of all, EV are there to max defense (pretty bad BS...) and HP, so that passed wishes are better. Also gives it more bulk, and there is enough special defense to begin with. Reflect and light screen defend the team, and wish heals those in need. Moonblast is the only fairy type move I have, and is there for decent damage (95 BP + stab) and to not fall prey to taunt.

Conclusion:
I think I have a pretty balanced team, but there are a couple of problems/ weaknesses. Ironically, each time I see Rotom-W in the other team I take a huge sigh. I have no grass move to take care of him with, and he is a relative pain to take down... Azumarill is also a pain to take care of...
I have no Ice moves either... Which is a pain a pain when dragons are concerned (Garchomp, Dragonite...) as well as gliscor, but I just don't know which move to trade for an ice move... Maybe take away will-o-wisp and hydro pump from Rotom, and add ice beam and scald?

Otherwise, my team has resistances for every type, and I think they have a pretty decent synergy, but I want advice from you guys! Any constructive criticism is welcome, so fire away!

Life Orb Scizor is superior to Mega Scizor for attack power, so unless you're trying for a bulky attacker you should stick with LO instead.

Thanks for answers! Though I have to admit that spikes has regularly been a good help, so I'm going to keep that on him :)
I will try life orb on Scizor, though I am afraid of the residual damage...

Any other propositions, regarding my problems/ weaknesses? Or move sets that seem wrong or the like?
