Rate my First Team. Baton Pass with only 2 passers?

2 is all you'll need, my friend. I really have no idea if this would work, but that's why I'm here! Any and all comments and constructive criticisms welcome. In the red font is something I'm unsure about.

Ninjask- Speed Boost
Leftovers
Jolly Nature
252 Speed/252 HP/4 Def?
Substitute
Protect
Baton Pass
?

This Ninjask just sits behind subs and protects, and just accumulates Speed Boosts to Pass to my next member. I don't know what to use for a 4th move, and I'm also not sure about the EV's

Smeargle- Own Tempo
Leftovers
Jolly Nature
252 Speed/252 HP/ 4 Def
Spore
Belly Drum
Baton Pass
Ingrain

The real shocker. A boosted by (hopefully 6) Smeargle should have no problem sleeping the enemy. Then, it Belly Drums, Ingrains, and Passes. I'm not sure if Ingrain is necessary, however it does stop Whirlwinds and Roars.

Weavile- Inner Focus
Life Orb
Jolly Nature
252 Speed/252 Attack/ 4 HP
Night Slash
Ice Shard
Brick Break
Aerial Ace

The sweeper once you get all this to work. The only thing that can really beat this beast is Bullet Punch Gross.

Starmie- Natural Cure
Life Orb
Modest Nature
252 Speed/ 252 Sp Atk/ 4 Def
Surf
Thunderbolt/ Ice Beam
Recover
Rapid Spin

It Rapid Spins! And it's got some great special attacking options. Not sure on the item... Also, tbolt or ice beam?

Forretress- Sturdy
Leftovers
Relaxed Nature
96 Def/ 252 HP/ 162 Atk
Gyro Ball
Earthquake
Spikes
Explosion

A tank. And it sets up spikes. Not much more to say.

Dragonite- Inner Focus
Lum Berry
Jolly Nature
4HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Speed
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Fire Punch
Earthquake

The revenge killer. Dragon Dance it up, then sweep. Simple as that.

What are the weaknesses? Can the small chain work? If it does, I'm pretty sure I'll win the battle, is there something that can better fill Weavile's Place? All constructive criticisms most welcome.

Thanks- Master Yumyums

First of all, I suggest you read the Baton Pass Team Building Guide. It will provide you with way more information this rate will ever give. I suggest you read it, make changes, play with the team a bit more, make more changes, and then post it. After that you'll have a better team, and will get better responses.
