Ive been playing pokemon since 8 but I just started the shoddy metagame last week. Yea im running a Mr. Mime in OU. I want to be different and daring. Hes more useful then you think.

Lead metagross
376.png

Item: Lum berry
Nature:Adamant
Ev:252hp 236atk 12def 8 spe
Moves:
~Bullet punch
~explode
~earthquake
~Steath rock

Metagross is my lead. First turn I use steath rock unless there is an azelf or a areodactyle as my opponent. For azelf I bullet punch or explode. For Areodactyl I bullet punch it till its dead then steath rock. If my opponent has a fire lead that I think is faster then metagross I switch in heatran.
Originally I had metagross carrying Occa berry but I was having trouble with sleep inducers and machamp so I decide Lum berry was better.

Defensive Latias

Item: Leftovers
Nature:timid
Ev:128hp 252spee 128sp.atk
Moves:
~Dragon pulse
~recover
~reflect
~Calm mind

Defensive latias is really helpful. She can absorb all kinds of attacks and isnt hurt much by steath rock. When latias absorbs an atck if that attack takes out to much damage I just recover and im good. If I see a ground move incoming to either my heatran or my metagross I switch her in. Another good thing is when I switch latias in many think its choice specs latias or choice scarf so I get a free turn to calm mind or reflect as they switch.

Passer Mime

Item: Leftovers
Nature:Calm
Ev:42hp 216spe 252 sp.def
Moves:
~Baton pass
~Nasty Plot
~Charge beam
~Substitute

Hes good at his job. His job is setting up a sweep for my starmie, But he can only do it against sp.atk'ers. First turn I usually substitute second turn I nasty plot third turn I baton pass. Mr. Mime's Sp.Def peaks at 372. I was going to have celebi be my baton passer but celebi hasnt gotten nasty plot on shoddy yet so I figured I could use Mr. Mime. It helps when my latias sets up a reflect just in case of u-turn or random physical attack. He can give the others on my team a +2 sp.atk too, but i like starmie the best.

Sweeper Starmie
121.png

Item: Expert belt
Nature:Timid
Ability: Natural cure
Ev:4hp 252spe 252sp.atk
Moves:
~Ice beam
~Thunder bolt
~Surf
~Psychic

Starmie is one of my fave out of the many sweepers in the current metagame and when ppl see that he has no life orb they assume its a choice scarf or choice specs and switch in a pokemon who can absorb the previous attack. Then I switch my attack and their anti starmie gets screwed over too. I had it using hydro pump but the 80% accuraccy had me losing starmie because it missed, so i switch to surf which still gets STAB.

Gengar
94.png

Item: Life orb
Nature:Timid
Ev:4def 252spe 252sp.atk
Moves:
~Shadow ball
~Hidden power fire
~Focus blast
~protect/substitute

Im not really sure why gengar is on my team. I can easlily replace him. so if you think i need a pokemon on my team say good bye to gengar. i guess hes my back up sweeper if starmie faints. hidden power fire is for scizor, focus blast is for tyranitar. Gengar feels out of place on my team and thats why I came on to RMT. I really wanted a replacement for gengar that could better help the team. His only job right now is countering tyranitar and scizor.

Scarf Heatran
485.png

Item: Choice scarf
Nature:Naive
Ev:4Atk 252spe 252sp.atk
Moves:
~Fire blast
~earth power
~explosion
~Hidden power electric

Heatran is more my revenge killer, and when they swap in a earthquake user like gliscor I usually switch in latias. But if your rating my team you already know that. Every one has seen a set like this at least once. It is pretty common. I recently switch dark pulse to HP electric because i thought it better helped my team, but im thinking about changing it to HP grass to take out swampert.
