Rate My Forretress

Hi guys im brand new and i am looking to make a forretress and I was wondering if this was a good setup for it.

Forretress:
252 HP
162 ATK
96 DEF

Toxic Spikes
Rapid Spin
Stealth Rock
Gyroball

can toxic and stealth be both used?

This set is the standard. Try using this before attempting to make your own set.
