Gen 8 Rate my gen 8 OU team pls

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Extreme Speed
- Fire Punch
I chose dragonite because it easily survives the first hit and then sweeps after 2 dragon dances. Dragon dance is mainly to one hit every mon and outspeed them, dr claw is stab, extreme speed for the priority and fire punch for dealing with bulky steel types mainly. It has a very strong base attack so adamant and full evs, and speed so dragon dance actually helps .....

Melmetal @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Double Iron Bash
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Earthquake
super bulky mon which survives all its weaknesses mostly so weakness policy is the item, it can then easily one shot the mon. double iron bash is stab , double iron bash and the punches are boosted by iron fist, earthuake is mainly for mons who dont take much damage from the punch based attacks. 252 evs on attack cuz its a bulky attacker and 252 spd cuz it has good hp and def so good spd would make it good against all mons, thus the careful nature.

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Eruption
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Flash Cannon
bulky sweeper helping a lot against rillabooms and ferrothorns and all those mons ......... I didnt like magma storm cuz of accuracy so eruption and lava plume as stab, earth power is just a good coverage move and flash cannon for fairy types mainly... full evs on hp because spd and def are more or less same.. and full evs on spa ofc for boosting all moves.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Protective Pads
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Aqua Jet
- U-turn
- Close Combat
awesome mon cuz yeah surging strikes which is stab, aqua jet for priority, u turn for ehh grass types and close combat for steel types and normal mainly.. protective pads help a lottt while using surging strikes against mons w rocky helm. jolly and 252 spe for max speed and full attack evs to boost its sweeping... fast physical sweeper.... really good against ground types and fire types.

Nihilego @ Power Herb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Power Gem
- Meteor Beam
- Sludge Wave
- Psychic
awesome fast sweeper. At first use meteor beam which usually kills the other mon using power herb and then beast boost does its work so i can sweep. full spe evs and timid so it outspeeds all mons and full spa so beast boost makes a huge difference ... sludge wave helps w fairy mons and grass... psychic for fight mons n all.... this mon can really engage a full sweep

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Defog
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance
good lead for the team, high attack and speed evs cuz i want it to be a fast sweeper. life orb further boosts damage.. defogger mainly cuz dragonite's multiscale wud work then (exactly why i dont have any hazard moves) earthquake is stab, rock slide for flying types n all... swords dance to boost attack and sweep, intimidate helps against physical sweepers.

This is my first post so if there is something wrong do tell me :)

Hi! I have some suggestions for your team.
First of all, I want to say that E-Speed Dragonite is not the best choice in Gen 8. In SS you don`t have Tera, which makes this move indispensable in SV, Its also blocked by Lele Psychic Terrain, and in SS only scarf Users like Lando-T, Tapu Lele or Kartana can outspeed +1 Dragonite, that's why you don't need a priority move on Dragonite.
Leftovers are also a bad choice for offensive Dragonite sets, you don't have a good removal in team (especially if you want to lead Lando) that's why I suggest you use HDB to always keep Multiscale.
Dragon Claw is neutral or weak move against all types except Dragons, and because of the low BP, thats not a crushing move.
You always need an EQ to hit Heatran, Toxapex, and hit harder mons like Melmetal.
So, the set I proposed:
Dragonite @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage/Dual Wingbeat
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch

A few suggestions about Melmetal:
Weakness Policy is a joke set in non-trick room teams, and if you want to run SPD spread and have more special bulky, Assault Vest will be the best choice. I would never use Careful nature, Adamant is always much stronger.
My set for your team:
Melmetal @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Double Iron Bash
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Earthquake
If you want to run Weakness Policy anyway, I would recommend at least run 252 HP EVs.

Heatran is a very good SPD wall and threat for stall teams (I don't see any way to beat stall with this team, I feel like it's guaranteed 0-6)
But even if you don't want to run Magma Storm+Taunt Set and want to play offensive Heatran, I would still recommend that you change Eruption to Protect for check Choice-items mons, or Stealth Rock, because it's still a very necessary move in any team (especially in HO).
You can also still run Magma Storm even without Taunt, is a very strong move with cheap-damage and traps opportunity.
If you want to have fun with 4 moves, just run Specs.
But my set:
Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Protect/Stealth Rock/Magma Storm
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Flash Cannon

About your Lando-T:
Offensive Landorus can still be strong, but SD set not so good in SS, due to the lack of Z-Moves. Life Orb also doesn't make much sense, if you dont run Stone Edge and Knock Off.
Your team really needs at least one utility mon, and Lando has always been the best choice for this role, therefore, I suggest that set:
Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SpD / 16 Spe
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Stealth Rock

Improvements for HO set:
Landorus-Therian (M) @ Life Orb/Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Swords Dance/U-turn

I hope I helped and have a good laddering!
Also, your team also has a couple of threats, for example Kartana with any set can get 6-0.

Hello nice team idea I have some suggestions for you as well

1. For :dragonite: I recommend the set below with fire punch which allows you to break past corv and ferro. Additionally jolly nature allows you to outspeed dragapult after one dragon dance.

Dragonite @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire punch
- Roost

2. I see you had a balloon :heatran: in the beginning so I suggest this set below as it allows you to play mind games vs lando this heatran also opens up your :dragonite: for a sweep because it weakens lando allowing to not have to slot ice punch for it.

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Stealth rock

3. This team is in need of speed control so I highly suggest scarf :urshifu-rapid strike:

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Ice Punch

4. The :landorus-therian: suggestion and spread by the user above was a very good one but I will probably suggest the Defog toxic variant here for removal.
Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SpD / 16 Spe
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- U-turn
- Defog

5. Run this standard :nihilego: spread instead

Nihilego @ Power Herb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 80 Def / 176 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Meteor Beam
- Sludge Wave
- Power Gem
- Grass Knot

grass knot allows you to not get stuffed by things like :hippowdon:

6. I did agree with making :Melmetal: av which gives you a nice special sponge which this team needs.

I would not recommend running that Dnite set, you cant touch Balloon Heatran, and you have no chance to break Clefable/Quagsire without stab moves and Adamant nature. Roost Dragonite has too many checks in SS and cant be a main sweeper.

Made a few modifications, any views abt them..
Zeraora @ Air Balloon
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Plasma Fists
- Close Combat
- Acrobatics
- Knock Off
I was really struggling with water types and dragonite was not doing much... plasma fists is stab, close combat is high damaging, acrobatics power doubled after balloon pops and knock off is rlly helpful

Melmetal @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Double Iron Bash
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Earthquake

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Taunt
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Protective Pads
Ability: Unseen Fist

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Aqua Jet

Nihilego @ Power Herb
Ability: Beast Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

- Grass Knot

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SpD / 16 Spe
Careful Nature
- Defog
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Toxic

It's probably better, but acrobatics are useless on Zeraora, I would recommend changing it on Bulk Up for sweep potential or Play Rough for beat Garchomp/Buzzwole. And boots is better than Balloon, you don't have to running Defog on Lando.

made some changes and my team is doing pretty well but a kartana can sweep it all, so what do I do?
Weavile @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ice Shard
- Triple Axel
- Knock Off
- Swords Dance

Melmetal @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Double Iron Bash
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Earthquake

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Flash Cannon
- Taunt

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Protective Pads
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes

- Close Combat

Nihilego @ Power Herb
Ability: Beast Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Power Gem
- Meteor Beam
- Sludge Wave
- Grass Knot

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SpD / 16 Spe
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Toxic

replace weavile and try to use that set:
Buzzwole @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 248 HP / 104 Atk / 44 Def / 112 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch
- Toxic
- Roost

That EVs spread allow you to walls all Kartana/Weavile sets and outspeed special defensive Lando-T set, also if you replace Weavile you should running Knock Off on Lando (replace Toxic). Try to running Rocks on Heatran and Defog on Lando better, you dont need Flash Cannon on that mon.
