My first thought through OU team!
Hey, so I've always just thrown together some walls and sweepers and used it as a team. I didn't do too bad with those teams but not soo great either. This is my first semi-structual team that I've made. I decided to base the team off my two physical/special walls and went on from there. So here it is-
THE TEAM-
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ambipom @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician
EVs:6 HP/ 252 AT/ 252 SP
Nature: Naive
- Fake Out
- Pursuit
- Ice Punch
- Taunt
My anti-lead. I wanted an anti-lead for this team, he seemed suitable. Fake out is to just get some free damage. Pursuit is to destroy the most popular lead Gengar. It 2HKO's Gengar and breaks sash if it retreats. Ice Punch is for Salamence and Yanmega leads, but it stops there so I need sugestions for that move. And finally taunt is for everything that wants to set-up.
Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs:252 HP/ 74 AT/ 184 SP
Nature: Adamant
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Dance
- Taunt
My bulky sweeper. The reason for different EV spread than typical Bulky Gyara is because I like to max HP EV's before I touch defensive EV's. AT are there because I'm not worried about defense. Speed to outrun Jolly Tyranitar. Basic move-set, only problem I have is accuracy and PP on Stone Edge. I like EQ better but I don't want sweeps ruined by an opposing Gyara. I need your opinion.
Salamence @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs:6 HP/ 252 AT/ 252 SP
Nature: Adamant
- Dragon Claw
- Rock Slide
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
My all-out physical sweeper. I wanted something that would definitely do some damage before dieing or setting-up. Dragon Claw for STAB, EQ for coverage, and Rock Slide over Stone Edge for Flinch and a little better accuracy. I don't like Specsmence that much and I think a Max Attack Salamence with DD will be sweeping a bit more.
Azelf @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs:10 AT/ 252 SA/ 248 SP
Nature: Hasty
- Psychic
- Flamethrower
- Thunderbolt
- Explosion
My all-out special sweeper. All physical teams arn't too great, gotta have a special attacker and this is mine. Speed to outspeed base 130 neutral speed nature pokes. Psychic for STAB, Flamethrower and Thunderbolt for coverage. I don't like a set-up move on something soo fragile. Explosion to ensure he takes something out.
Gliscor @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs:252 HP/ 162 DF/ 96 SD
Nature: Impish
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
My physical wall. I wanted a good Physical/Special wall duo(other than SkarmCressBliss), Milotic and he seem like an amazing duo. Both with reliable recover moves. Whats super-effective on him Milotic resist. Milotic's weakness to electric, he covers. Her weakness to grass, he's neutral to. Tho grass can be a slight problem for this duo. I didn't want to leave him with no SD, the EVs arn't 96 for any specific reason, I just wanted some, but not too much. That hits 210 SD and 358 DF. If you have any suggestions on an actual EV spread on him please tell me. Earthquake for STAB and some damage, might change to something that certain pokes arn't immune to. Knock Off and Stealth Rock for support. Roost to heal.
Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs:252 HP/ 74 DF/ 184 SD
Nature: Calm
- Surf
- Hypnosis
- Toxic
- Recover
My special wall. The special side of the duo. Defense EVs just to have some defense, again they arn't 74 for any specific reason. EVs hit 212 DF and 365 SD. If you have any suggestions on a real EV spread than please tell me. Surf for STAB and damage sake. Hypnosis to put pokes out of commission. Toxic for stall wars and recover as a reliable recovery move.
So theres my team. Please rate and give me suggestions, they are VERY appreciated and needed. Also, I've only used this team on shoddy, in which it performs great, but obviously wi-fi is different. I'll make and use on wi-fi once I(with the help of you) perfect it. Thx!
