ORAS OU Rate my Mega-Charizard-Y team!

Hello there,
This is my very first thread on this forum and I'd like to share my team with you guys! It's been like 1 year since I started playing Pokémon competetively, so I'm not that experienced when it comes to building teams, predicting Pokémon and moves and all that stuff. I did build some teams and did test them on Showdown or with some friends. However, I still don't really know whether my team is good the way it is, or if it needs some changes, even when it's just small ones. Any sort of criticism on my team is welcome!

So, I'm just gonna start listing my Pokémon for my OU team.

Shanghai (Excadrill) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head
- Earthquake

To start off, I'd like to introduce Shanghai to you guys. It's a simple choice-scarfed Excadrill. Obviously, I gave it a jolly nature and the choice scarf to outspeed some Pokémon, because it really does lack speed without it. For example, it can outspeed a Adamant choice scarfed Landorus-T. Earthquake and Mold Breaker are pretty obvious as well. It's a good STAB move and can also nullify Levitate. Iron Head is its second STAB move and Rock Slide does some good damage to flying and ice types. Actually, it is meant to be a spinner, but it does a good job as a physical attacker as well.

Anasi (Galvantula) (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Thunder
- Thunder Wave Volt Switch
- Sticky Web

Anasi is my lead Pokémon (in most of the cases) and is a sticky web user. Theres nothing further to explain, I think... Thunder is a great STAB move and thanks to compound eyes, its even better and hits most of the time. Bug Buzz is the second STAB move and does some good damage as well and helps me getting rid of grass, ground- and psychic type Pokémon. I prefer Thunder Wave over Energy Ball because it really does help me out to cripple Pokémon that'd like to set up. Volt Switch is pretty important to me, because my team lacks speed and I need the Galvantula to put out the Sticky Web if it gets removed. So I need to keep it alive. + I gain momentum too.

Charizard (M) @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Solar Beam
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Air Slash

This team actually is full of little supporters for my Charizard-Y, so I think I should talk about him next. A modest nature was chosen, so it can OHKO a 252 HP Rotom-W and 4 HP Tyranitar with Solar Beam. It also does an amazing job 2HKOing a 252 SP Def/HP calm nature Milotic with Solar Beam (even with Left Overs). I prefer Flamethrower over Heat Wave, because I actually did miss with Heat Wave. Two Times. Never trusting Heat Wave again, lmao. Hidden Power [Ice] is actually really good, since it can OHKO Garchomps, Salamences (just OHKOed both) and other annoying dragon and flying types.
I used to play Charizard with Hidden Power Electric but I don't know, Ice is just the better coverage move IMO. Air Slash is the secondary STAB move. As I said, my team has a lot of supporters for Charizard. For example, Galvantula. I actually went with that Pokémon and its Sticky Web in order to have a faster Charizard, since it kinda lacks speed. The rapid spinner Excadrill is a must-have, since I need a spinner, just in case I got a layer of stealth rock in front of me when I want to switch out Charizard. Anyway, that's all I got to say about my Charizard... Let's move on!

Uxie @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- U-turn

As I said, I lead with Galvantula most of the time. but sometimes I do lead with Uxie to put out my stealth rock and my screens, which really do help sometimes, when I want to set up a sweeper, for example. U-Turn is important to switch out when Uxie is done putting out the rocks and the screens. Impish Nature and 252 Def spread, in order to tank almost every physical attack. That thing has got some damn good defense.

Medeus (Haxorus) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage Dragon Claw
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance

As I said, I need Uxies screens to set up a sweeper. That sweeper is going to be Haxorus. It can take a lot of moves with light screen and reflect in front of it and can do some dragon dances. Sometimes it even manages to pull two dragon dances and turns into the ultimative sweeper. Poison Jab counters fairy type Pokémon like Gardevoir, EQ is a good coverage move and Outrage the main STAB. I prefer using Outrage in the late game, which really works well. But I'm not quite sure with Outrage. I kind of tend to Dragon Claws, but I dont know. What do you guys think? Which one is the better suiting move? I'm going to use Dragon Claw over Outrage, because I'd like to run my Haxorus with a life orb. And Outrage without Lum Berry seems pretty risky to me.

Versace (Milotic) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Protect
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Toxic

Milotic is my special defense wall. It does a great job tanking special attackers and kind of crippeling them with Toxic and sometimes even Scald, when I get the burn. Ice Beam is for dragon and flying types and does wonders against Garchomps, Salamences and other threats. Sometimes I do use Protect in order to find out, what my opponent is going to do. That's actaully all I got to say about Milotic...

So, after seeing my team and reading my explanations, what do you guys think? Should I replace moves, natures, some EV spreads or even a Pokémon? If yes, for what should I go? Leave a comment below, thanks for reading my RMT and helping me out! :)

Shizu!

Your team is looking pretty good, I have a few suggestions for you to consider. First off, for galvantula, I would replace thunderwave with volt switch so that you can keep galvantula alive for later in battles to reset sticky web incase it gets removed. Having sticky web up helps your team significantly, with most of your team right below the valuable speed tier. Also, for haxorus I would run dragon claw instead of outrage unless you switch life orb for lum berry. equipping a lum berry instead of life orb will allow haxorus to sweep better by avoiding crippling status.
