Hey,
nice team

A few thoughts on it:
- Instead of Never Melt Ice you could use Focus Sash on Weavile, which gives your more safety against all sort of threats.
- I am not too big on Scarf Excadrill in the meta, so having a more bulky Excadrill and a Scarf Volcanion seems like a possibility that could be worth trying.
- 4 attacks Leftovers Volcanion is a bit wasted potential immo. I would use Substitute or Roar over Hidden Power Grass or Sludge. With a bulky drill, removing Sludge Wave can be fine.
- On Gardevoir I would use another set, with Psyshock over Psychic and Taunt over Wisp. This should help you break bulkier teams better.
- On Garchomp you can use an Impish nature for a better physical bulk, while I think the extra speed mostly wont help you. I would also use Fire Blast over Flamethrower, as it threatens Skarmory with a 2HKO, which Flamethrower doesn't.

I hope you find this helpful and thanks for sharing the team :)
