Intro:
At my school we are hosting a Pokemon club and we have decided to take up the task of doing mono-type gym leaders as we have 18 members (perfect) I picked grass type because I wanted to be a little experimental. I've decided mega evolutions aren't as important to be used as Abomasnow isn't very beneficial to my team and Venusaur is an iffy for me. Im allowed to have 3 subs which I can use to fight with. it is not necessarily doubles or singles either. I've posted the rules on the post and yes, the swords of justice are allowed. (I'm a sophomore in high school, please don't complain about the names.)Team:

Trevenant is the one I usually use as an exceptional tank. I have used him to tank through ghost type teams and use him to burn opposing physical sweepers. He is good at crippling other walls too, he is not neccesarrily the star to my team but he can take out 3 ghosts in the ghost mono team before dying because of lack of sun. He works extremely well with making people switch out which gives me the opportunity to get a free will o wisp, cutting their attack and letting me eat them alive with horn leech+ leech seed combo.
Lillith(Lilligant)@ Wide lens

Nature:Timid
Moves: Sleep Powder, Quiver Dance, Petal dance, Sunny day
My newest member to my team, using it for the first time was a blast against an OU team, Garchomp was food for Lilligant as Liligant's bulk took the hit quite nicely and she sleep powdered him and quivered 2 times, sleep again and them I swept 3 members of thier OU team ( Garchomp was first, Lucario was 1 shot and aggron 2 shot) She is easily my most successful Pokemon as she can setup sunlight after she dies, with her boosts to speed and sp def, she becomes an impenetrable wall. Shes taken out so many pokeon in so little time the manager of our group almost banned Lilligant. I love it so much but my freind uses a sap sipper azumarill which does turn Lilligant into a free buff or 3... but other than that rare ability it wrecks.

Moves Rain Dance, Substitute, Surf, Ice beam
Ludicolo has been a pain in my butt since diamond, so i decided "heck why not use him." he is now my dancing buddy. He uses rain dance and boosts his recovery, substitute while the enemy tries to either attack or setup then surf them away with the rain dance boosted surf. Sub up, tanky, surf has killed a sheild position aegislash in 1 shot, killed a salamence once but i was lucky as its draco meteor missed my ludicolo. He's also my only fighter against fire and fighting really, so I believe he is a good asset to my team, not to mention his face aggravates everyone.

Im very confused on him as he is easily sweeped to the side, apparently he can be better but I just dont see it in venusaur, I love him to death but i dont know how he can be better than ferrothorn at being a tanky or roserade for her weatherball, I do have access to Chlorophyll but I have no idea how it could work. he is my least favorite member of my team as I dont know what to do with it, Im thinking of replacing him.

I can only have 3 of these, feel free to drop some more ideas on me but these are the ones i have my eye on, Shiftry and whismicott would be perfect in combination with a Virizion so Ill use one or the other.

Whismicott: Prankster whismicott has been getting my eye lately and can learn beat up without the stab for Virizion and stall the team so much and annoy them just like a sableye
Shiftry: Chlorophyll Sp.Atk Shiftry could wreck havoc upon the enemy team, It could use beat up on Virizion but Virizion would get hit by the stab giving Whismicott a little advantage.
Ferrothorn: Obviously a good Defensive stall and very powerful with a combination of curse+ gyroball ( would replace Venusaur) and can set up spikes/stealth rock.
Torterra: very good at getting rid of fire types, can throw up stealth rocks for opposing fire and flying, can learn rock type moves and ground with the stab earthquake.
Virizion: would be a god on doubles with a whismi/shiftry beat up boost, could EV train in speed and go straight for defense to tank Garchomp and the initial beat up, would make for a good sweeper all around but would take 2 subs away from me that i could use for exeggutor or even both Torterra and Ferro but it seems extremely worth it.
Conclusion:
I would really like your guys advice about improving my team and helping me find better alternatives against my weaknesses like if my Breloom is dead a Cloyster can just outright sweep my team with ice spear and skill shot, as for any Sp.Atk Fire sweepers...
